I'm good with just about anything if you have any preferences
as for plots, I'm sometimes weird about coming up with them until the relationship develops

(Hmm, not really... We can do it that way. But uh, what setting should we do? Like supernatural, human, fantasy, spy...?)

We can do a combination of you want. Lately I've been into having my characters being thieves, but having one of them being a supernatural/fantasy creature while the other is human could also be super interesting)

How about humans with powers and have one be an assassin and the other a spy? You can choose who you want and they are be a thief as well as an assassin or spy.)

Ohhhh yeah! That sounds really fun. If you don't have any preferences, I'd like to have the assassin. Honestly I'm all into thieves, spy's and assassins. So like if you wanted the assassin that's cool c: )

(Hmm, city sounds good. Descriptions or no? Oh, and should they be allies, enemies, or independent?)

(Alright cool. If you want too?? If not, I could easily work it into a post(s). I feel like they should be independent or enemies that have a job together or just the same target.)

(Hmm, up to you. I can work it into posts or write it out in one. They could be independent and then Character A (your or my girl) goes to character B (my or your girl) because they both are the best in each group and A is wanting to take out their own agency because they betrayed them and they need B's help?)

"Get moving! You gotta be faster than that!"
Another day, another three hours of training the newcomers who thought they were all that. They didn't actually know anything - they only thought they did. And yet, it was always the same scenario. Bright and early, the trainees were brought into a facility that had structures built to simulate a city setting with dummies set up in various areas. Every dummy within the facility was connected so a wireless signal that would alert the trainer when it was taken down. Each one was given a target in whatever area, and twenty minutes tops to 'kill' them without touching the street and return to her. At the earliest, it would take them maybe 45 minutes. Some took over an hour. And when they all got back, sweating and out of breath, she'd simply tell them that they were to be broken and remade into something better, because that's what she did. Even the most arrogant of them were now respectful as well as skilled under her teachings.
She did all aspects of training. Basic, advanced, and expert. This was simply because she was the best in her group, which of course meant that she'd just love training every sap who thought they could handle it, right? Wrong.
Right now, it was a fresh group, and she'd just sent them off to take care of their mock targets. They'd already been slow to start, which she'd expected. So, she yelled to them just before they were outside the range of her powerful voice. Then they were gone. Heaving a sigh, she sat down on the rooftop she'd taken to, making herself comfortable. Pulling shoulder length, copper curls into a loose ponytail, Karin simply looked over the simulated buildings.
Letting light grey eyes sweep over possible drop points and searching points, she sighed. One of the good things about living in a city was that people hardly ever looked up, allowing assassins to free-run to whatever their location, or just for fun. One of the bad things was that a lot of times it was too crowded to simply drop onto a target from a vantage point and disappeared. You'd run into people, trip, and then you'd be out of luck and sure to get caught. So, other ways had been developed, mainly by her. Drop down a little ways away and perform a running takedown. Or find a near buy hiding place and hide the body. Most of the ways used by current assassin's had been developed by her, and she gladly took all the credit.
With some time gone by and nobody in sight, she glanced down at her phone, waiting for a notification that would tell her one of the fake targets had been eliminated. Of course, there was nothing. Not that she was surprised. "I'll give it an hour..." she mumbled to herself, standing up and stretching for maybe a moment or so. With time on her hands, she turned and took a running leap to a shorter building, tucking and rolling on impact. She ran for a bit until she was down on the streets and on her way to the door. Why waste away inside when she had an hour? Shoving her phone and hands in her jacket pockets, Karin made her way to the door, only pausing to turn on the camera system. With recordings, she'd be able to see who took the easy way out. Once that was up and running, she exited the building, taking a deep breath once she was outside. Fresh air was a blessing, after all.

The young woman was... very ticked off, to put it lightly. She knew when she agreed to be apart of the Arcane Agency they she'd have to be careful, it was that way with all agencies but, this...this was beyond what she thought they would do. Grinding her teeth together, the sharp icy blue eyed woman drove towards the last place she thought she would go to for help. The academy for Assassins. Thankfully her relations with them were very good, but still. Now she needed to ask them for help... and with this? Breathing out shakily, she reluctantly pulled over so she could gather herself before continuing. 'Come on Cassie, you can't break down now. Not yet.' She thought to herself, hands clenched in tight fists. Her nails dug into her palms and she gasped softly as she felt the nails break her skin. Biting at her lower lip, she brushed her black hair out of her face and she leaned over to the passenger side. Taking out a medical kit, she carefully cleaned her hands and then wrapped gauze around them. "Alright Cass, time to pull yourself together and get moving," she said firmly to herself. Then she started the car and took off, flying through the highway, easily dodging cars as she weaved around. The spy needed to get to the Assassins as soon as she could.
(Hope this is good. I kinda sorta... panicked when I saw how much you wrote. XD My muse has hated me for a while now so I wanted to reply with something close to as good as yours and it took me a while. >.<)

Karin quickly broke into a sprint after a few steps away from the building. She figured there was enough time to check in at the main building, go through paper work, look through the incoming jobs. Her group, simply titled the Guild Corporation, was a somewhat strict group. While she didn't run it, she might as well have. Just about everything was run by her before it happened. She didn't mind, but it was a bit taxing, especially if she wasn't actually running things. Still, she rather enjoyed having a say in just about everything that went on.
So, she took the run a few blocks down the street, dodging people effortlessly, whether it be a side step or giving them a light, polite shove out of the way. In a few minutes time, she was 'home' and walking through the door. A few greater her, while others nodded to her respectfully. Rather than going to her personal portion of the building, she took to the second floor, deciding to work on her poisons until something became more important.
