A man that tall was unforgettable, and Alden surely remembered one being there, though at the time he wasn't second in command. In fact, Alden was. Elliot must have moved up a couple ranks when he left. "Was he blonde? Brown eyes? Deep, gravely voice?" Alden pressed. He remembered quite well what Elliot looked like, if there was one thing Alden could pride himself on, it was his memory.
--
"If all he's known are the horrible things in life then I must be one of the best things that has ever happened to him. I don't understand why he would want to take advantage of me if that's the case." Alice said firmly. Well more or less firmly, she was still crying but she's held back more tears than the ones that had escaped. "Prove to me that he doesn't love me then. Only if he ever were to say he doesn't, or if he never even attempts to come to my aid, will I believe you."

"Yeah, that's him. How did you know?" Erin asked Alden, he assumed they'd worked together before, but hoped they weren't close. Erin wanted that man dead and intended doing the deed himself. He wanted to watch him beed the same as Ethan did. How could someone murder someone so young?
---
"What if he's simply doing his job? If he comes for you with more than just himself don't you think it would mean he'd recruited more from his boss? Him simply coming to rescue you doesn't mean much, don't you agree?" Astral took a seat once again after asking that, he didn't believe Erin would ever come, nor find them at the least.

Alden let out a small chuckle, as if he was hearing about an old friend. Elliot and him never really got along, mainly because he was just a horrible person. And true while Alden was a bandit, he didn't do nearly anything as bad as Elliot. "His name's Elliot." He said finally. "We used to work under the same boss actually. Not anymore, I gave that up a long time ago." Hopefully Erin knew where this was going, that Alden knew where she might be held and so on. Erin seemed desperate enough, this girl was everything to him apparently. And would be worth even more now that his brother was gone.
--
"If his normal job is being sweet and charming and ultimately seducing the young women he's kidnapped then yes, I suppose he is doing his job." Alice said with a slight huff. It almost hurt to say that, she would be heartbroken if he had been with other women before her. Even if they were before her, she would prefer to be the only one verses the newest.

"Tell me everything, how long has it been since you worked with him? Do you think he still works under that same boss? Where did you guys stay?" There was clear desperation in Erins voice as he asked Alden all of these questions. He needed to find her, Alice was someone he could picture himself with for the rest of his life. No one ever made him feel as special as he did. And that was a fact. Being able to hold her again was all he wanted in that moment, it hurt thinking she could be still travelling further away from him, she could have been handed off to the next line of bad people and they would lose the trail if Aldens old boss refused to tell them who had her. But he tried his best to be hopeful. He needed to find her, not just for himself, but for Ethan. As much as they didn't like each other he still gave his life hoping to keep her safe.
-
Astral didn't have much to say after that, she was very tenacious to the thought that Erin was truly in love with her. He almost begun to believe that thought himself before he shook that idea out of his head. "For all we know he could have found someone else already, he fell in love with you so quickly he could surely do it again." Astral stated as if he knew that to be true, like Erin had already found someone else to love and care for.

Alden raised a hand to silence the boy as he rapidly fired the questions. He needed a few moments to think before answering them. "It's been a while, though not too long. About ten years or so I would say is a safe bet. As for our leader? He would be there until he kicks the bucket that's a fact." He chuckled and took a sip of his drink. "You think it may just one location, but I'll tell you now, we have several bases."
--
Alice shook her head, she didn't want it believe the possibility of what he said could be true. But the more they argued, the more she felt he might be right. It broke her inside to think he was, even if it was just slightly true. "Has he shown to be very indecisive before?" She asked, sounding slightly desperate, and still quite as broken as she felt inside.

"When can we start?" Erin asked Alden as if he knew he would help, if he didn't he'd hope he could at least tell him where the several bases were. He wouldn't care how long it took to go through each one, he just knew he would so anything ti find her. "I need to find her as soon as possible, I fear she might be handed off or sold to the highest bidder" he said that with a sad tone to his voice, that thought scared him the most.
---
Astral had figured she was believing him at this point, so why not make it worse? "Erin was quite indecisive, yes. I'd be worried, if I were you. I couldn't imagine him coming to save you by choice, he'd been paid to kidnap you, yes?" This was a lie, he hardly knew a thing about his son, and even the little he did know could have easily changed as time passed. "Do you still believe him to love you?"

"you really want her back then?" Alden wanted to make sure he was sure about this. With just the two of them, it may as well be a suicide mission. "Going after her may kill the both of us. I want you to know what you're getting yourself into." He raised a challenging brow, trying to put on a deadly serious face. His blue eyes hard, and focused. Well, as focused as they could get after a long night of drinking.
--
Was it really true? Was Erin so indecisive he would forget about her, after doing what he did with her a mere ten hours ago? They had taken her a little ways past noon, which was about an hour since then. Wouldn't Erin be grieving for his brother? But out of grief, he may have gone to another woman. She wanted to believe him to be faithful, but it was hard to argue against all of the man's points. "Would he have really turned to another woman out of grief? Could you see him doing that?" She asked, her voice sounded more depressed, like a reality she didn't want to be real, was starting to sink in

(Hey no worries it's all good :') )
Erin nodded, he looked as serious as he could be while intoxicated. He just needed to see her again, that's all he'd ever want. "I need her back" he answered after a moment. He didn't really care if it got him killed, or Alden to say the least. He appreciated what Alden had done but he hardly knee the man. "Thank you, Alden. I don't think I could ever find her without you" he said and give a polite smile.
---
Astral looked her dead in the eye and didn't say anything for a moment, he wanted to think of a good enough answer to the question so it seemed reasonable. "Well if you truly believe he's in love with you, and he's as truthful and honest as a man you say he is. Then have hope." Toying with the girl became way to easy for him, it wasn't the fact he had no heart that made it easy, he still had emotions. But the fact she seemed to believe everything he had said made things to be simpler than he thought they would be. "But don't get your hopes up too high"

Alden shrugged. He was trying to act humble about it, but he would want to be part of a master plan to get two young lovers back together. "It's not a problem, you should be lucky I decided to take a walk today eh?" He chuckled, "But seriously, I hope you know what you're getting yourself into. What is she like that makes you tell me she is the love of your life?" Alden questioned as he put a hand to his chin, where his close cut brown facial hair was.
--
"I want to believe he loves me, he doesn't seem like a liar. Unless...he is?" Alice looked at Astral expectantly. It wasn't really a thought she was processing outloud, it was more of an indirect question. She wanted to know what she can about Erin, she loves him, and will probably never stop loving him until given the reason not to.

"She's everything I've ever dreamed of, she's sweet, proper, caring. I could go on but I'd rather not bore you to death" he said and chuckled he could go on for a lot longer, he had lots of reasons to love her. There were so many things she did that made it hard not to love her. "Most of all she genuinly cares about me, I haven't had that luxury for too long"
---
"You'd know that better than I would. Is he a liar, is he hard to trust?" Astral had no idea whether or not Erin was a good person anymore, but Alice made it sound like he was. (I gotta go for a couple hours sorry this is short, I rushed it)

Alden nodded at his explanation. He grinned as he spoke, it was entertaining and quite adorable to hear these things. To be helping this young man find his literal princess, sounds like something from a fairy tale. Who wouldn't want to be part of something like that? He could be like the Friar Lawrence, or Mercutio to this real version of Romeo and Juliet. "Sounds like you need her around then? Just make sure you love with your heart before your eyes, young men aren't so great at that you know. Try and change that hm? How old is she anyway? And how old are you?" He stated with a grin. Since she was princess, she must be quite beautiful, perhaps her personality wasn't the only thing Erin had fallen in love with.
--
"He hasn't given me a reason to think he is a liar or cheater. He just seems emotional, but that isn't always a bad thing." Alice stated quietly. It was true, he had not lied to her, or given her a reason think he was seeing another woman. Not when he was normally alone when he wasn't by Ethan or her.

Erin blushed slightly at the question, he knew they had an age difference but he didn't want to mention it. "Even if I was blind my mind would see her no different." He stated and avoided the questioning of their ages. He took another swig of his drink
---
Astral nodded as he listened, he enjoyed hearing about his son but more in an odd way, it wasn't that he hoped he was well or an honest man. He just liked hearing how he was as a person.

Erin's answer concerned Alden a little. What exactly did that mean? Well, it could be a lot of things. But if he wasn't ashamed by it or knew it wasn't wrong (or felt it wasnt) he would have given Alden a straight answer. At least, assumingly he would, unless the alcohol was working backwards for some reason. How old were they though? That was what he really wanted to know, to make sure that the girl was safe with him if she couldn't go back to his own country. "Well I need to know son, for legal purposes." Alden didn't want to get arrested for helping another criminal.
--
"What's your name?" Alice raised an eyebrow at him. Her eyes were less red from crying, now that it's passed. He probably enjoyed seeing her cry as he did nothing to help. Of course, she wasn't exactly expecting it either. He did kidnap her, for a second time.

He huffed lightly "i'm 18, she's 16 in a few days" he answered hesitantly, he didn't know how Alden would take the age difference or how much he'd care but he did have to answer either way. "Is that alright with you?" He asked and looked away, taking another drink as he did. He turned slightly more red than he already was when he asked, hoping he'd still help find Alice.
---
"Does that really concern you?" Astral asked Alice with a raised eyebrow, he figured he would tell her but inly if she really wanted to know. Otherwise he'd not tell her, as the time they'd be together wouldn't be for too long at all. "Maybe you can ask Erin whenever you see him next" he added afterwards before a light chuckle. He didn't expect she'd ever see Erin again, so it was fun to speak of

{good work Erin, thats a lot better than saying 15 and 18 lol}
Alden grinned as he listened to his answer. He was expecting something extreme, like 20 and 14. But thankfully it wasn't. "Why were you so nervous to answer? Two years is nothing! I'd say it's better than a lot of relationships, I've never approved of men marrying women who were younger than 15 or 16. Sure it's common, but it doesn't mean I have to like it." Alden said with a shrug. If he had a daughter, she certainly wouldn't be married until she was at least 16 or 17.
--
"Is there some reason I shouldn't know your name?" Alice raised an eyebrow in a challenge. Erin had not hesitated to give her his name. Then again, this man was not Erin. He was far from being anything like Erin.

"My father used to tell me to marry a woman my age, I guess I just got used to the idea of that. Somehow it sticks around, I haven't saw my father in at least 6 years now." He said in a nonchalant manner. He really didn't care anymore but often brought it up. Maybe he did care? He refused to say he did anymore.
---
Astral looked at her and shook his head "why would you want to? And aside from me kidnapping you I'll never see you again after a few days. Once someone's coughed up enough money I could care less whether or not I ever see you again. I also care much less about the fact you'll never see Erin, as much as you say he loves you. Even if he did try to look for you how could he ever find you? We left no trace of who we are, well I hope Elliot kept things clean." He looked away once he was finished speaking

That made sense then why he thought it was so bad to have intercourse with a woman younger than him. But if that was the case, why did he proceed with it then? Oh well, it wasn't Alden's place to ask. Nor was it any of his buisness. He didn't want details. "You haven't seen your father in that long? How come, and what about your mother?" He asked with a tilt of his head and a raise of a brow. Erin was definitely in an odd place in life. Now, and seemingly every other moment he's been alive.
--
How rude, what was the big deal if she found out was his name was, perhaps she'll have to a sympathizer and they tell her. His statement though frightened her, deeply. She wanted to know who she was being given to if she could help it, to be prepared for it. But truthfully, there was no preparing for anything apparently. "What kind of people would buy me?" She asked hesitantly, her voice Shaking.

"He left when I was around ten. Left me my mother and my brother alone, my mother got deathly sick and well you can guess from there." Erin answered and sniffled slightly, his whole family was gone. Now that he had thought about it, it hurt a lot more then expected. But as usual he made that thought leave his mind, he refused to cry about it and surely didn't want to think of it anymore.
---
"Well it could be anyone, so long as they have he money to afford you. You are a princess after all, and nobody could say who's to have the most interest in having a princess do whatever they asked. But that's not my problem" he said with a smirk, he figured it would be terrible people, people he'd not like to be around for long. But as soon as she was gone his life would be a lot better, the more money he had the better, that's all he'd ever cared about.

Alden didn't realize the boy had lost everyone, maybe that was why this princess was so important to him, why he had claimed she was the love his life. It was starting to piece together, and it was very obvious to see he was fighting an uphill psychological battle. "I'll help you find the girl. I can promise you that Erin. We better go plan this out, either here or upstairs."
--
Of course it wouldn't be bus problem, once he had the money she would be out of his hair. And then she was someone else's problem, or slave, or wife. It was hard not to think about the reality of it all, and she knew she would be praying tonight. About her sins, maybe that was how she got here. Maybe it was because she was out of wedlock. But either way, she could only hope the Lord would listen, if He would listen to such a horrible girl as she.

"We should start soon, drunk or not I'll be able to comprehend a plan" he said with a laugh. He was happy Alden would help him, even without knowing him for more than a few hours. He appreciated it more than he could explain, he just hoped he could repay him one day. "Thank you, I really appreciate you helping me. When we get Alice back I'm sure she'll be more thankful than I."
---
Astral left the room momentarilly, when he came back he had a drink for each of them. Of course he had liqour but for her he brought water. Whether she'd drink it or not was up to her and he couldn't care less either way. He placed it on a small table beside her and took a seat across from her again. "Astral." He said quietly to her "that's my name."

both of them would appreciate it, just as equally he assumed. They both needed one another, and to save her would be like saving the other. He hoped they weren't so close they were like Romeo and Juliet who would take their own life, hearing of the others death. He would hate to be the one responsible for it. Even if Erin knew the risks, perhaps he didn't really know them. However, Alden wouldn't deny him the right to fight for her. "We better stay down here then, we'll go to a quieter section though." Alden picked up his mug and went to another booth, in the far corner.
--
Astral was an interesting name. One she hadn't heard before, but she didn't admit it, she would never give him anything that sounded even similar to a compliment. "I'm assuming you know who I am." She said with a sigh.

Erin nodded and followed him over, acoiding eye contact with anyone else there. He felt strange being out in a bar with someone he'd never met before. Not to mention they planned to rescue a girl who'd been kidnapped twice. That part was strange to him, especially since he'd kidnapped her the first time. He took a seat across from him and raised an eyebrow like he expected Alden to already know at least a bit of what they'd be doing to save Alice
---
Astral nodded and smiled, "how could I not?" He answered and took a drink. He knew quite a bit about her but didn't care for the details, as long as she could make him rich he'd be happy.

Alden took a large swig of his drink, basically downing the rest of it before starting with the plan. "Alright, so, out of the bases we have, we - nine times out of ten - use the base on the clearing by Brooke Point. You know, the the ravine." He motioned with his hands up north where the Brooke Point was. "We only use it to bring in new prisoners, so I would bet the gold in my house that she's in there." Alden could only hope Erin knew where Brooke Point was, he lived by there after all.
--
Alice didn't react to him. He was trying to be intimidating, and it was working. She could only think to look away to distract herself. But since there were so many things to distract herself from, she always ended up switching focus to another on of those things. "Where will I be sleeping?"

"Really? I spent a lot of my childhood there, my dad would take me and my brother there to play quite a bit." (Assuming that's the place Alice and Erin went) Erin answered and gave a smile "if you say those are the odds then I trust she'd be there, I don't think she wouldn't be." He finished the rest of his drink off and coughed lightly "when would you want to go? And how would we approach this?" He then asked with a raised eyebrow
---
Astral took a minute to think, he hadn't really thought of that part. "There's a couch downstairs" he stated bluntly after a minute if though, he didn't care how confortable the couch was, she just needed to have a place to sleep and he didn't care where she did. As long as she didn't try to escape things would work fine with her on the couch. He also didn't see a reason for her to try and run, he doubted she had any clue of where they were located.

At least he was quite familiar with the area, but Alden highly doubted he had seen the actual building. It was built in a clearing, but inside the ravine. The creek ran around the building, making a moat of sorts. It was definitely a smart place to put it. "It will be difficult. Very difficult. I may be able to get there without conflict, but you'll have to sneak in while I distract them." That was still vague though, he would need to draw it out. Alden flagged a waitress and recieved a bit of parchment as he asked for it, as well as a writing utensil. Alden drew out the ravine, as well as the creek, and river that ran into it. He must have been familiar with the river, which was probably what Erin was talking about. Then he drew the building, labeling the first story exits and enterances, as well as the second in the corner of the page. He drew the guard outposts, and everything else he could remember. "You might just have to climb down behind the waterfall that goes into the ravine. From there, you'll have to probably crawl beside the rocks on the river, to keep yourself hidden. While I catch up with friends and keep most of them distracted, from there, you'll have to find out where they've kept her. I'm not sure myself, it's been a while."
--
"That's nice, but seriously, where am I sleeping?" Alice had to applaud herself for that smart remark. She wasn't normally like that, but it felt like the right opportunity to. Maybe that would make him change his mind though. She was a princess, she shouldn't be sleeping on something like that.

Erin listened and did his best to take in every little detail he explained. He didn't know that part of the area that well but by how descriptive Alden was he felt like he was confident enough to navigate around on his own. "How long do you think you'd be able to keep them busy?" He asked as he thought out his own approach incase things backfired, judging by the area if he needed to he could go around on the opposite side of they were near the waterfall. But he wasn't 100% certain of it from just hearing things from Alden.
---
"The couch. Or the dog house out back" Astral stated with a smirk, there wasn't actually a dog house but he figured it made the couch sound a lot better. He didn't plan on giving her anything she tried to get out of him unless it were to benefit him. "We have no extra rooms, if that makes it easier on you" he said and let out a sigh before downing his drink

Alden sighed and ran a hand through his close cropped hair as he thought about the question. "It's tough to say, so point being made, work quickly. I would rather not have either of us die at their hands." He shook his head, trying to stay focused before turning back to the paper. "If she's on the bottom floor, then it would be best to try and go through the trap doors or Windows. There are two trap doors that lead into the house. Right here, and here." He marked to Xs on the paper, one behind the building, and one close the waterfall. "I'm not sure if they'll have guards in there, and if they do, you better be prepared to kill if need be."
--
Alice wanted to ask if they had a dog, but held her tongue. They might have a dog, and she knew it wouldn't be a small terrier at that. "The couch it is I suppose." She said with a sigh. She didn't like the feeling of being exposed while she slept though, to not have a door to lock especially around a bunch of criminals.

(SOrry we got a new wifi hookup at my house, took awhile to connect and set up.)
Erin nodded, "I'll be in and out as quick as possible" he tried to sound reassuring, like the risk wasn't so high. But that was obviously an understatement to say that there wasn't much risk. "So the trap doors, they shouldn't be guarded? I'll act as if they are regardless. And where would they take me to? The main floor or is there a basement?" He had so many questions to ask. But tried to limit himself to a few at the most for now.
---
"I'm glad we can agree on that" Astral replied with a chuckle, she seemed as if just because she was a princess she would get what she wanted wherever she went. Clearly she'd never been out of the kingdom before

{It's fine!} "The ground isn't solid enough to have a basement." Alden said with a tired sigh before flagging over the same waitress and asking for a bottle and two shot glasses. He was given them soon after asking and muttered a tired thanks to her. He poured both of them a shot, figuring Erin was almost done. Hopefully his hangover wouldn't be too bad in the morning. That's probably when they'll leave. Unless they decide to do it at night. "It leads to the first floor, in the kitchen. They probably won't keep her in the kitchen, but none of the boys can really cook so they normally stay out of there." He downed his shot before circling the kitchen.
--
"When would you prefer me to go?" Alice asked almost too quietly. She would honestly rather sit up in this room the entire night. But then again, the leader slept here, and she would rather not be around him longer than she had to.

"The kitchen, right. I'll probably take her with me out of that way if you say they don't like to cook." Erin stated before nodding in thanks before downing his shot. "And when shall we leave? I'd like to get going as soon as you're ready" he said and raised an eyebrow at him. This plan sounded good, he just hoped he wouldn't be caught while inside the building. That would make things a lot worse for the both of them, that's if Alden would help if Erin was to get caught. He wouldn't be mad if he left if Erin were to be caught.
---
Astral sighed "whenever you please, I'll be in here all night" he answered to Alice before moving to his spot by the window and staring out it, clearly deep in thought. As much as he liked to think Erin might not find them he knew he would still try, and if by chance he does find them how would he ever fend him off? He didn't want to kill his own son after all.
