alright-- his name is jesse, but that apparently wasn't used in english until after the protestant reformation (so, not medieval times) but i think i'll use what is apparently the original hebrew name, yishai, which i think is pronounced like 'yeesh-eye' lol)
Yishai is just under 6 feet tall, with a thin build, amber eyes, and dark blond hair. His hair is a little messy, and the very tips of the bottom strands are level with his jawline. He certainly thinks (knows) he looks pretty, and is very confident about everything he does-- even when he’s clueless and inexperienced. He’s not unkind, feeling guilty when he sees he’s really hurt someone, but can end up teasing others or being presumptuous. He was raised in a pretty well-to-do family and therefore sometimes takes certain privileges for granted, particularly money itself. Still, his parents were often out of town or inattentive, so he’s close to his younger siblings and is less attached to his mother and father. Yishai dislikes being alone with his own thoughts and prefers the company of others.
(so, in a world based on, like, medieval england or france, i think he could be some sort of nobility. not really a prince or anyone too much in the public eye. i don't know how much nobles would go out of town without their kids, but in any regard, yishai is pretty disenchanted with the wealthy life he leads. but he wouldn't know what to do with himself if he were in the streets or the country aha.)

falconfire (I like the idea of medieval england. And, perhaps shifters would replace the higher status entirely? They'd he the nobles, the lords, the Pope, etc? Basically any worthwhile rank? Their superior structure and powers would allow such :'3)

falconfire (Here's my guy's description: Bayard~ A 5'6 height, with a slender build of white skin and a head of dark, ivory colored hair. And, oddly, he likes to keep his hair long, so long that it goes past his hips. It isn't ideal for men where he lives, but he refuses to cut it for whatever reason. He has one deformity though; his leg. The left one is horribly scarred, twisted and ruined scarring, and the leg repairing at an angle that causes him to limp. Even though he comes from a wealthy family, with their fancy property and numerous servants to do their bidding, he isn't one to display it or flaunt his feathers. Bayard is actually quite shy, and doesn't prefer to be noticed by so many. However, he doesn't like being completely alone, actually quite terrified of it. The last time he was alone, he was attacked by a werewolf, who damaged his leg to the degree described earlier. For those who manage to befriend him, he's still quiet and shy, but Bayard will open up to you. Talk to you. Now, for his unicorn form. It's a tiny version of a Shire Horse, 5'6 foot tall with an all black coat and mane, with an ivory black horn protruding from his forehead, measuring a little over a foot long. Bayard can't run very fast though, if at all, because his damaged leg also translates into this form.

(also, Yishai's dragon form would likely be the size of a horse or moose, with a body shaped something like a hybrid of a lizard and a feline, with the added wings. he has golden-shiny scales, light like silver on his underside and on the skin between the fingers on his wings. he would have eyes, horns, and claws of a dark bronze color, as well as frilly ears and a dark, sharp ridge along his spine)

falconfire(Ivory does have a black form, but I am aware that it's common to be seen as a whiter color. If anything, I should've said coal-colored, because that's what ivory black sort of looks like :3) (So, do you think we're ready to start or nay?)

(i'm gonna assume we don't care too much about historical accuracy? after all, we've got a dragon and a unicorn, so realism isn't a massive deal i guess aha)
“Yishai,” his parents had told him. “You will train to be a knight at the castle, as we arrange for you a marriage. We will keep in regular correspondence with you, and expect you to discuss with us in writing your progress...”
How ridiculously boring, thought Yishai as he arrived to the royal grounds on horseback, having been taught the route long ago. He tugged on the reins so that his steed would slow to a stop, and peered around for someone that might be able to direct him to the place where he was expected.
(that's what i got! o: hope it's alright)

(It's fine. I assume Bayard will be the one who Yishai comes across?)

(It's fine x3)
Traveling down the same path was Bayard, atop a grizzly bear. Yes, a grizzly. The mounts his family used were anything but a regular horse. They were famous for it. The large animal grunted when it saw Yishai's horse, as if debating whether to eat it. The owner tugged on the gentle reins the bear had, murmuring something to him. Sighing, they continued past the other pair, Bayard managing a small greeting as they passed. Like Yishai, he also had a place to get to. Home. He'd been out exploring alone (which was why he took the bear, Addison.) Bayard couldn't defend himself, so the grizzly was trained to. As he continued on his way, he could almost hear his angry parents. Angry that he didn't at least tell then he was going to be leaving. They always had a leash on him, so they probably wouldn't have let him out in the first place!
