(One more post... XD)
Catori seemed to understand, and bounded off towards the castle with the glee of a child that got everything they wanted for Christmas.

Ferra wondered if perhaps following the wolves would be a good idea. She hesitated for a moment, and then gave a shrug. Why not? She began to amble along behind the duo, and made an attempt to keep her distance. She hoped that the two would lead her out of the forest.
Alfonse sat in a chair in the library, and waited for Peter to begin firing questions at him.

(*pokes death, but it's the wrong one and I kill over*)
Peter plopped down in another chair. He was oddly quiet for a moment as he debated on what to ask first. Then finally, the words began to spew forth, "So you're from Earth? Wow! I've never met anyone from there before. Do they still use animals to pull their carriages around? What exactly is the 'internet'? And what sort of mutant power do you have??" He could hardly contain his excitement. (Please don't ever give him sugar.)

Alfonse took in all the child's excitement, and waited for him to silence before speaking. "The existence of horse-drawn carriages has long been put to rest. At this moment, we travel in automobiles. Although they're more efficient and less expensive than their ancestors, they're also rather hazardous for the environment. The Internet is, a sort of global computer network, which many humans use for various activities. The Internet is mostly useful for education and communication. Additionally, many corporations use it to advertise and sell their products. As for my mutation, well... in a sense, I am indestructible. Which is precisely why I gathered the courage to come here." Patiently, the older boy answered the younger one one question at a time, his legs and arms crossed.

Peter's eyebrows knit together as his brain received and processed all of the information. He was quiet for about ten seconds before speaking again, "You said that an experiment caused your mutation? That's kind of what happened where I'm from. A scientist was trying to alter and improve certain parts of our genome, and give them certain enhancements. But he went too far and the government found out, but before they could destroy his work, he aerosolized it. About 2% of the population was affected, and sometimes it gets passed on to children whether or not the parents were affected. It was really cool, until..." The boy suddenly trailed off and took on a sullen expression that was uncharacteristic of him.

Alfonse's eyes widened at the boy's story, but when he reached the point about the censorship, he began to frown. "Well, don't just leave me in suspense." He prompted the boy seriously to continue his story.

Peter continued, "Our government was peaceful and everything was perfect, until this new man rose to power. He quickly drew a lot of followers, and before anyone realized what was happening the Fire Nation attacked, it became a dictatorship. Our leader deemed mutants too dangerous to roam free among our society. They reopened the prisons, and every known mutant was either imprisoned or executed..." Tears began to well up in one of his eyes, and he quickly wiped it away in embarrassment, hoping the older teen hadn't noticed, "Some of them tried to escape, but only just a few were successful."

(Hey Cam!)
Alfonse almost felt a sense of pity for the younger boy. Although the scientist felt very little pity for himself over his own past, he could very well sympathize with rejection. "I presume you are one of the few refugees?"

Whatever sense of sadness that overcame the young boy was brief, and he sprung back to himself easily. At Alfonse's question, he nodded. But if he'd fainted at the sight of a dragon, what would he think of his mutation? The thought made Peter smirk a little.

(sorry I went out to do something then had a mental breakdown over a class I'm taking online)
Sasha took the creature back to the castle, and once they were back, he turned back into a human and got redressed before taking the dead animal inside. "We are sharing this creature miss wolf. So Let me cut off what I want. I promise you will have the bigger share."

"Well, as I did travel here to observe the nature of this planet's beings and environment, would you like to show your abilitiez?" Alfonse kept his tone calm, but he was really quite eager to see what powers the boy had inherited.

( deathlover : I'm sorry to hear that ): Don't feel bad for being gone though. It's fine. Just glad to see you back.) Catori suffered only the most minor of jolts upon seeing the wolf change forms again. She was growing conditioned to things even more quickly than Aurora. Upon hearing Sasha's deal, the wolf understood and licked her chops in anticipation. Peter tapped his chin as if thinking deeply, "Well, for starters, I don't seem to age as fast as I used to. I only look 11 or 12, but I'm 14. Not that big a difference, but it's noticeable to me. Also, the weather seems to be affected slightly by my mood. Though, it's more obvious when I'm really upset or mad over something." He'd stood up now, and as he spoke, the boy slowly began to rise off the floor until his head almost touched the ceiling, "Hmm... what was that last one?" He frowned and scratched his head as though he'd actually forgotten.

Ferra, having followed the two, gave a nervous gulp as she noticed the reddish wolf turning back into a human. Was he a werewolf? She wondered if perhaps the two were aggressive. Even so, she felt as if attempting to introduce herself may be a better idea than continuing to wander through the forest. "E-excuse me!" She called softly, tumbling out of the forest.

Sasha looked at her. "Take me to the kitchen please miss. Wolf," he asked her nicely as he looked around the castle wondering about the place. Since he had not gone inside with the hatchling.
(I had the break down because I'm on a full ride scholarship and if I mess up I lose my scholarship than I can't have that because I'm broke af and *whines curling up into a ball* I don't wanna adult)

Alfonse's mouth dropped open once more. and he gave a shake of his head. "Unbelievable..." he muttered. "I suppose gravity is only a theory after all..." He stretched his leg out and waved it lazily under Peter's levitating legs. "So, why do your kind perceive you as dangerous, exactly?"

(I don't envy you there. :/ Being an adult would suck sooo much. Like, for real.)
Catori looked at Sasha, then back at the unknown girl, Ferra. The girl's scent seemed vaguely familiar, and almost reminded her of Aurora. She cast one more glance at Sasha and the prey they'd hunted, then took a tentative step towards Ferra. The wolf's tail wagged once to show she was friendly, then she appeared to motion to the girl that she could follow them if she wanted. Catori then turned and entered through the castle.
Peter crossed his legs, then landed that way in the chair he'd been sitting in earlier. To Alfonse's question, he shrugged, "Not all of us are dangerous. Some are, but it didn't matter if they were or not. Everybody was rounded up, whether they could fire lasers or make bubbles." He scowled.

Sasha followed the wolf humming softly as he carried the create with easy on his shoulder. He was a bit bored and tired. The use of his magic had drained him because it was also trying to heal his wings at the same time. In fact using his wings as a wolf made the one hurt more.

Alfonse nodded. "I suppose even other societies are biased against their own. That's unfortunate. Humans fret over much more miniscule aspects."
Ferra nervously followed the two of them inside. She wondered why the other wolf... man... werewolf? had not acknowledged her. It worried her; the smaller, gray wolf seemed friendly, but she sensed an angry aura radiating off the man.

(Ello! I can post a few times, but after another hour or so, I'll be gone/extremely poofy until after dark. This won't be an everyday occurance though.)
Peter shook his head quietly, the disappointment and disgust evident on his face, "Things were so perfect before the dictator took over. We didn't even have prisons. There was no currency - everything was provided, and virtually no crimes were ever committed. It was very peaceful..." He seemed to get lost in his thoughts for a minute or so. Finally, he seemed to remember something, "Hey, can I see that book you were reading? The one that talked about werewolves? I want to see what it says." He suddenly seemed very serious.
The wolf kept stopping every few feet to look back, hoping the familiar/unfamiliar girl would follow after them. For Catori to take so quickly to a person she didn't know was, well, very unusual. There definitely had to be reason for it.

Alfonse, without answering the boy, got to his feet. He ambled over to the bookshelf where he had returned the book, and removed it. "The mention of werewolves wasn't the only peculiar aspect of this book."
Ferra followed shyly. She was desperate for food and some sort of company, but also concerned; she could sense that the castle held quite a few people, and she was worried how they would react to her intrusion.

"What else did you find 'peculiar'?" Peter replied with half interest as he reached for the book.

Alfonse relinquished ownership of the text and returned to his seat. "The existence of all these mythical creatures..." His hand reached up to stroke his chin. "The lack of any modern technology seems somewhat strange as well."
