"Not everyone can step the boundaries of time like you."  Asher watched the ground before looking at Peter as he sighed, "What about asking them what's going on? The must know something. Right?" She suggested and pointed towards Raja, Runa, Morgan, and Clip.
El frowned and used her Vampire speed to dodge the attack, "Temper. It never helps anything." She said softly. |

“Good thinking.” Peter mumbled. “Hey! Guys? What is this?!” He called down, hoping the ones far below would both hear and answer. This was as much frustrating as it was confusing.
No words were offered at El’s statement, but at the same time that Peter gave the shout, ‘Peter’ coincidentally released a very loud howl that drowned it out within the room. The werewolf bounced off a far wall and came running back at El, trying to pin her to one of the bookshelves.

El didn't even attempt to dodge this time as she had decided to attempt to pin 'Peter'. |

Peter frowned. He was pretty far from the ground, but surely they should have heard something. As Asher covered her ears, Peter yelled down again, waving his arms to try to get the attention of the others down below the dome. (Probably need to wait for Panic now, so we can do what we all planned)
‘Peter’ reared back on his hind feet and slammed into El. Unfortunately -- or perhaps fortunately -- he misjudged his distance and most of the force was directed into the shelf right beside her. A lone, burning candle had been resting precariously on the very top of the shelf and began to rock from the hard knock. ‘Peter’ looked up just as the candle toppled off the edge and fell toward him.

Clip glanced around. "Hey, where did that weirdo go?" He shrugged and put a hand on the barrier. "I hope I've proved my point. You need to do a better job of screening people. I'd say you shouldn't let people like me in, but you couldn't stop me if you tried." He grinned at the barrier before turning off the lockdown.

Peter couldn’t seem to get the people’s attention, even as he rose to his feet and began to wave around madly. With a noise of immense frustration, he sharply brought down his right foot. That proved to be a mistake. Rather than strike against a solid, invisible dome, Peter’s foot kept going and his body unexpectedly dropped right along after it. “YAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!”

"Not everyone can step the boundaries of time like you." Asher let out a startled squeak as Peter started to fall, and since her hands had been on her head instead of holding Peter's shirt, she started to fall at a different speed the him.
El looked up and took a sharp breath before grabbing onto 'Peter' to drag him out into the hall. No she was pretty annoy with him and thought of maybe teaching him to be more careful in the library. Her annoyance started to show as her white hair started to become a white flame instead. |

Clip sighed, taking his hand off the barrier. "Well it's safe to go back outside again. It won't lock you out anymore. Unless you are a murderer or something." He chuckled, before looking up at the two people now falling from the sky. "Is that normal?" He asked pointing up at them with the arm.

Peter scrambled not to accidentally drop Adonis, but was helpless to stop Asher from falling off of his shoulder. In his moment of terror, he’d nearly forgotten how to fly, but luckily remembered and righted himself before going splat. He momentarily thought to drop Adonis at a safe distance and try to catch Asher, but she was too close to the ground. At the last possible second, he repositioned his body to be parallel to the ground and then flew beneath Asher, hoping that if she didn’t land on his back, that she’d be able to latch onto him.
‘Peter’ snarled and snapped at El, trying desperately to bite her in the face or claw her torso. The young werewolf was no match for the vampire’s strength, so it seemed, but continued to struggle anyway.
Loki was now close enough to the castle that he could hear voices, including what sounded like Peter screaming. He paused just within the shadow of the forest to take in the situation before continuing.

Clip frowned and dropped the arm. One of the two seemed to be able to fly, but the other was still falling. He held a hand out, and formed a round clear bubble around the falling girl. It wasn't the strongest, but distance wasn't exactly his strength. For now all he could do was block the brunt of the fall before it shattered like an egg.

"Not everyone can step the boundaries of time like you." Asher had closed her eyes about half way through the fall and was waiting for impact only to be surprised when it was a decently softly landing. Slowly she opened her eyes and stood up to find out who had just saved her.
Once in the Hallway El let go of the young werewolf before flicking his nose, "Are you trying to destroy your home!?" She snapped which cause her hair to flare up some more. "Fire is something you need to be careful around!" She added and pointed at the library, "Would you have been that reckless if Aurora was in there?" She said in a tight tone. |

“Asher!” One of Peter’s hands shot out toward the little fairy as she fell past him, only to grasp dead air. He looked down in horror, and then shock as something formed around her and she landed harmlessly on the ground. Peter landed beside her a handful of seconds later. “Did you do that?”
At the mention of Aurora, the snarling werewolf went instantly quiet. His still-maddened eyes swept around the hallway and suddenly the struggling stopped. He sat back on his haunches, looked up at El with a puppyish head tilt, and barked like a dog.

Clip bent over and picked the arm back up, it was his now. Within a moment of unlocking the barrier someone almost fell to their death. He put a hand on the barrier and put it back on lockdown. Strengthening an existing barrier was easy, but making one from scratch took a lot of energy. "Look just tell me if someone wants through, it seems a little too dangerous today okay?" He said the barrier, kind of sadly. He walked over to the other two who had just made it to the ground. "Seeing as you both made it through the barrier I'm guessing he isn't a psychotic murderer." He said aloud, pointing the arm at Peter.

Peter made a face, though whether it was to what Clip said, or the arm he was holding… Well, probably a mixture of both. He crossed his arms and kneeled down beside Asher. “Are you alright?”
‘Peter’ suddenly stood back up, reached forward, and stuck his paw into El’s flaming hair. The result was instantaneous. With a pained cry, the werewolf fell backwards as flames traveled up his arm and over his body in a matter of seconds.
Loki quietly walked up to the edge of the barrier. He was momentarily startled to find it impenetrable, but the real shock came when he turned and noticed what appeared to be some kind of monster standing in the clearing. The trickster stared at Clip with a mixture of shock and revulsion.

Clip frowned at being ignored. He poked Peter with the arm a couple of times. "What exactly were you doing on top of the dome? That seemed like a rather stupid idea. Maybe you have a lot of them, but I haven't gotten to know you yet." He looked over at Asher. "Did my barrier hold well enough for you?"

El went wide eyed and started to freak out before remembering that she could control the fire and decided to just put it out, though in the process put out all flame's in the castle. |

Peter recoiled from the pokes. “Don’t touch me with that! And to answer your question, I was looking for a way in.” The boy winced a little at his harsh tone. He was unusually grouchy that day, but he had a good reason to be after what had happened. There was another, less noticeable wince at Asher’s downcast expression. He could only hope that the other boy didn’t make any remarks about the girl being unable to fly.
At some point just prior to he fire going out, the flames had spread all over the werewolf’s body. As the fire died, ‘Peter’ lay in the floor, his body charred from head to toe and barely breathing.
Loki encircled around the edge of the barrier until he was closest to Raja, Morgan and Runa. He rested a hand against the invisible shield, trying to ignore the troll-like creature lurking on the other side. “Explain.”

Clip was weirdly nicer to Asher than he was to Peter. "Really you shouldn't have followed that guy. He's obviously just trouble!" He poked Peter another time for good measure. He glanced back at the trio way back behind him, wondering how they were taking this sudden drop off.

El blinked, shocked at what just happened. She ended up just sitting on the ground.
Morgan was looking at Peter in mild shock as she had never seen him nor did she know that she wasn't the only kid at the castle. Plus he could fly and was friends with what looked like a fairy.
Raja had noticed Loki first and shrugged before plunging at Runa. Who was just now noticing Loki and chuckled before letting her armour fade. |

“I’m not the one holding someone’s arm.” Peter muttered beneath his breath. He smiled at Asher’s modest attempt to defend him.
‘Peter’ lay there in that condition for several seconds, before spontaneously exploding in a very graphic and gruesome way, somehow without harming El.
Loki turned to Runa. “What is going on? I have never witnessed the shield at this strength prior to today.” His face twitched. The trickster hated when he failed to understand something.
Sabrina started to greet Loki with a chirp, but it broke halfway into a squeaky yawn.

Clip shrugged. "You WISH you had somebody's arm!" He walked back over to the barrier, wondering who the newcomer was. They looked rather imposing, and at the moment he was glad he had sealed the barrier. "So uh, who are you? And are you missing an arm?"

“Um, no I don’t.” Peter started to argue, but it was no use. The creepy boy had already walked away, and for that Peter was immensely relieved. “Come on, let’s go get something to eat.” He extended his palm toward Asher to help her back onto his shoulder. Adnonis was unusually well-behaved, for once. Peter was also grateful for that.
Loki’s upper lip twitched in disgust. Was the thing actually addressing him? Nevertheless, he introduced himself as Loki, the god of mischief. “No, I am not missing a limb.” He couldn’t help the ensuing eye roll. Both arms were clearly visible. Was the creature, perhaps, that dense?
The blood smelled exactly like fruit loops and crazy.

Clip frowned, and waved a hand at the barrier again making it sound proof. "I don't think I want to listen to a god of mischief." He put the arm inside his pack, figuring he'd either find the owner later or do something else with it. He looked at the trio for a moment. "Can you believe that weirdo? Who calls themselves a god while looking that serious?!" He gave one short laugh.

Runa couldn't help but chuckle, "He is telling the truth though. He is a god. He is an Midgard god though." She said to Clip.
"OK cool. Now can you let my Grandfather in so that he can help Raja with his wounds." Morgan said with her arms crossed.
Asher nodded and climbed onto Peter's hand.
El got a look on her face to say 'Really?' before standing and crossing her arms, "You really weren't Peter." She said softly not feeling so bad about the mystery person getting hurt, if they even were really hurt. |

Loki stood outside the barrier, arms crossed and wearing a deeply contented scowl as he glared at Clip. He could no longer hear what they were saying, but it wasn’t that hard to figure out.
Peter returned Asher to his shoulder and started to the castle. “Hopefully nothing else bad happens today. I need to find my friend, El, at some point. I might have discovered some way of producing blood, using the ship’s computer. She may burst from joy if it works.” He mused as he walked.
The pieces of ‘Peter’ slowly dissolved into a liquid and appeared to melt through the floor, disappearing within a few seconds. Snickering was then heard from all around, coming from no particular direction.

Clip glanced back out the barrier at the smug looking man. "Yeah, no. In fact I should probably keep it sealed! The god of mischief wants to come in, and you all think that's a good idea?" Maybe everyone in this castle was just insane? He certainly wouldn't doubt it at this point.

"Yeah the guy he just got rid of deserved it for hurting Raja." Morgan added though she wasn't about to admit that it was her fault.
Asher looked towards Peter confused, "Why would she need blood? Is she dying?" She asked
El looked around before sighing and smiling, "What about doing that whole thing to Peter's brother?" She wondered aloud. Maybe it would cause him to slip up and actually tell the real Peter the truth. |

Alice's ears twitched and she turned her head round to see Skadi. Her usually luminous purple eyes were gloomy and her face was dark. She blinked before shrugging blankly: "Not hungry." She made up, making eye contact for only a few moments before picking at her brown tabby tail. She shook her head and rubbed her eyes, purple hues suddenly brightening to the usual state. The girl didn't recognise Skadi, though there were probably several other people or creatures living in the castle who she had yet to meet.
