The Basilisk snapped at Cosmos, who flew around; it was practically unable to be hurt. The Serpent drew back a hiss and slithered towards Passive's direction.

Alice jumped ontot he giant snake and used her claws to climb up to the head. The Serpent began to shake it's head to get the cat off.

Alice managed to get a damaging cut to the Basilisk's throat before she was thrown off and tumbled onto the ground.

Passive managed to get up and threw her sword, aiming for the beast's throat.

The sword Passive threw missed the Basilisk, as it moved out of the way in time. Alice lifted her head and her eyes glowed profusely once more, an aura appeared around the sword and it turned and was 'thrown' again in the Serpent's direction. It dug into the Basilisks throat as the creature let out a blood-stricken cry, shaking the forest and it's roots with it's loud bellowing.

Alice turned back to her human form and covered her cat ears to block out the extremely loud cry. The sword slipped out and hit the ground with a clatter, consumed in dark red blood. The Basilisk hissed loudly at Passive and Alice before slithering off into the shadows, leaving a trail of blood to stain the dirt and grass.

"Ugh," Alice groaned, Cosmos appeared back on her shoulder as the girl walked over, picked up the blood stained sword by the handle and turned back to Passive. "Well I'm all adventured out for the day." She mumbled, studying the sword.

"Yeah sure, but why leave the sword? I mean, it'll be a great way to prove to someone 'oh I fought a giant snake'. But if you don't want it I'll have it. As a souvenir." Alice laughed before stroking Cosmos on the head.

Cloud hung out up on the castle's roof, his legs kicking off the edge. He'd made his own way up here, finding it much more interesting. It gave quite the view, and was pleasantly relaxing. He'd been so absorbed in exploring the surrounding lands that he hadn't paid much attention to the castles various residents. The place was still intact, and he recognized a few of the faces below. He also noticed some he hadn't seen before. He wondered if they were new,or old. He leaned back and stared up at a cloud above. "Tell me friend, what stories do you know?" He pulled out his surprisingly realistic looking water gun, and aimed it up. When he squeezed the plunger, a blast shot out, much stronger than any normal water gun. The water shot up into the sky, vanishing into the cloud. A few moments later, there was a crack of lightning, and it started raining solely on the castle's roof. "Ha! A feisty one!"

Getting to his room, Lachy opened the door and walked in. He'd already settled in fairly well for the time he had been there, the room looked somewhat messy, but he could easily find anything he needed. It was organised for him. Going over to his bed, he just sat down and put his head in his hands. He just had to sit for a moment to get his head space. However he jumped as he heard a noise, looking around to see where it came from. Lachy's tiredness was gone in a second and he jumped to his feet his head snapping over to where the sound came from. It was the cupboard in the corner of the room. He jumped again as a noise sounded, and he was sure it was the cupboard. As quietly as he could, he went and grabbed his dagger before going to the cupboard. Grabbing the door handle, he held the dagger out in front of him before swinging open the door, jumping back. But nothing happened. Lachy stood there for what felt like forever just waiting for something to happen. Eventually he slowly lowered the dagger and looked into the cupboard. He forgot her couldn't be hurt in the castle, but now he remembered he carefully put the blade on the ground. There was something in there, in the back corner. Reaching inside, he grabbed something hard and leathery, it felt somewhat like scales. Pulling it out, he raised his eyebrows with shock. It was an egg... |

"Come on Cosmos!" Alice's pace sped up to a gentle run almost as thoug she forgot Passive was there, the cosmic bird flew excitedly in the air, spinning and doing flips as it followed Alice.

Alice and Cosmos exchanged glances for a moment before laughing. "Okay Passive! See you later!" Alice called out before turning and dissappearing into the castle.

Alice opened the door to her room of the second floor and flopped onto her comfy hammock bed. Cosmos flew around the room before landing on the stand inside a large golden coloured birdcage, the gate open.
(*throws in Keldeo*)
Keldeo turned it's head towards a sound, hearing a sobbing not too far away.

Keldeo looked down at the girl for a few moments, assuming it would be best to bring her to the castle. The creature lifted Passive halfonto it's back before riding away, quickly catching speed until it was just a flash to the human eye.
