"Only you can believe all is lost but I know with time, nothing is lost." (OOC)
"Not everyone can step the boundaries of time like you." "She... She wasn't lying?" Raja muttered "Wait, if that's try then why did you leave mom? Or why didn't you take her with you? You had to have known she despised that world." She started mini ranting.

Peter had just taken a big bite of food, and merely nodded enthusiastically with a smile. He missed his mom's cooking.
Loki tensed uncomfortably, wearing a pained expression. Questions like these were part of the reason he hadn't wanted Raja to know the truth. He'd had a very good reason for leaving, but he only realized too late that it had been unwise to leave alone. He had to live with the guilt of that choice every day now, and was sure Raja would grow to resent him if he was allowed to know the truth.
Finally, the trickster lowered his head in a defeated manner and muttered a reply, "I cannot let you know any of this. My reasons do not matter, for you will not remember them after this moment." He hesitated, then gently placed a fingertip against Raja's temple. For a moment, their minds linked as Loki searched Raja's memory specifically for the beginning of what had just happened. Because of the link, Loki was unable to hide the tremendous feelings of guilt and anguish that the questions had brought.

"Only you can believe all is lost but I know with time, nothing is lost." (OOC)
"Not everyone can step the boundaries of time like you." "What's wrong with me knowing?" Raja asked and grabbed Loki's wrist. "Maybe if I know then I could help with whatever it is that is bothering you!" She snapped nearly on the verge of tears.

Loki grimaced but didn't remove his hand, "It's... not safe. Knowing would place you in danger. I cannot allow that to happen. Now, hold still." Although it was difficult, he managed to keep his voice calm. He didn't want to upset Raja anymore than he had. The trickster delved into his mind and found the memory, then began the process of eliminating it. How many minutes had it been? He had to act fast.

"Only you can believe all is lost but I know with time, nothing is lost." (OOC)
"Not everyone can step the boundaries of time like you." "I've been in danger for years just because of my control over time. One more thing won't make a difference to me." Raja argued though she already knew she wasn't going to win this. "Wouldn't it be more dangerous for me to not know?" She asked softly.

( 🌿 Loѕтмoon 🌿: I just looked back and didn't see anything. But you can have Keldeo come across Annabelle and Peter.) "Well, it's night now. How about tomorrow you can come back to the ship with me, and we can look for something to fix your glasses?" Peter suggested. (Okie dokie! I'll write the psot for that in a sec once i finish this form X3)

Keldeo stopped, hearing footsteps and the quiet mumbling of two people. (Peter and Annabelle) It stared into the walls of the castle, as though it was listening. It's blue tail flicked as it took a step closer to the wall to listen to the voices more clearly.

The Keldeo took a step foward, looking down the hall where the kitchen was. The scent of food was alluring and strong, but the legendary didn't go in. It could easily overpower whatever might be in the kitchen, but what was in there?

OOC: Text
IC: Lachy followed her next to Hannah. He did see Morgan hesitate, if only for a moment, and wondered why.

Hannah plucked a torch from the wall as they passed by it. The area Morgan was leading them to was growing darker, and she didn't like being unable to see where she was going.
Peter nodded in agreement to missing home, though it was not an enthusiastic gesture. He missed his parents, but not his home. Not after everything that happened. The sudden sound startled him and nearly caused him to choke, and he again nodded, to Annabelle's question.
Loki sighed, "The Asgardians will eventually catch up to me, sooner or later. As long as you remain unaware of your heritage, they will leave you be." At least, Loki hoped they would. It had happened that way in the past, with others. Of course, Loki had a multitude of other reasons for keeping Raja in the dark, but he wasn't going to elaborate on them, or else it would just freak him out more. He had the memory in his mental grip now, ready to extinguish it forever. (Giving Raja a chance to say one more thing before he erases it.)

Peter wasn't too concerned about the sound and continued eating.
Shortly after Icarus had stunned Peter the night of the full moon, he'd planted a tracking device in the boy, and had been following him at a distance all day. He'd nearly been caught by him a couple of times. At some point, he worried that the boy's hearing was growing sharper, but then a girl had heard his foot slip too, so he brushed it off. The cure seemed to be working. Several minutes after Peter had ventured into the castle with his new friend, Icarus tentatively stepped into the clearing and looked up at the stone fortress. It was an interesting building, yes, but he wasn't impressed by it.
Aurora decided to go out for some fresh air after eating, and spotted the Arcanian a minute or so later. She gave a friendly wave, but Icarus didn't return the gesture. He seemed... tense. Like he really didn't want to be there, but had to be. Aurora figured he was probably looking after Peter. She'd glimpsed the boy racing in the castle earlier, and started over to let Icarus know his brother was doing alright.
Skaldi had spent much of the day asleep in the 'nest' beneath Texi's bed. After waking, they searched all through the castle for the girl, but had not yet happened across her. Skaldi guessed that she might be outside and elected to check there.

Annabelle, being the wuss that she was, gingerly moved back to the table. "Yeah, I'm not checking that out alone."

There was a strange ephemeral floating black line hanging up in the sky. Nothing connected to it, from anywhere around. There was just a small, steadily growing black line outside the barrier.

Peter shrugged. He was more concerned with finishing his food before checking out the source of the sound.
Icarus and Aurora conversed, with the latter doing more of the talking. Neither of them had noticed the phantom black line, but Skaldi had, and was staring upward at it. What is that??

The line grew large and large until is was the length of two grown men. Then it started to ever so slowly expand, looking almost like it was about to burst. Like someone pushing from the other side of a very thin veil.

Peter was pleasantly oblivious to everything beyond the walls of the kitchen.
Skaldi started to back away in terror. Something didn't seem right about this. Icarus and Aurora had yet to look up, even as the young troll fearfully backed toward the two of them.

There was a great explosion of sound, as the line ripped open. A black jagged tear forming in the sky. With it came through a large almost glass ball. Large enough to fit ten full sized people, and careening straight towards the castle. It bounced off the ground, leaving a dent before rolling at a high speed towards a few resident.

Peter heard the explosion but decided to ignore it. He was nearly done eating by this point. (Trying to keep him there until 🌿 Loѕтмoon 🌿 replies with Keldeo) Skaldi hadn't even saw the large ball. As soon as the explosion thundered out, the little troll let out a terrified yelp and ran for cover. This finally got Icarus and Aurora's attention, and the two of them looked up at the same time. Upon catching sight of the ball tumbling toward them, they also turned and fled from it along with Skaldi.

The glass ball seemed to turn, as if something was inside moving it. Or perhaps completely by coincidence, it veered off in the direction of the now fleeing residents. It's speed slowing down, but still more than fast enough to hurt.

Aurora, Icarus and Skaldi ran for their lives toward the castle, but the clearing was rather large, and they hadn't yet reached it.
