Mason looked at him with a weary look. After that demon child he found he didn't want to deal with someone else like that. He wasn't a fighter like he used to be and quite honestly he didn't want to be. He could certainly fight anyone to defend the mansion and everyone else, but he usually wasn't the only one fighting and they were all human-ish. The things here could be anything! "It's...fine. Who are you?" He asked.

(Ah okay then. I only have Mason open but he's not at the castle yet. Ah it's fine then.) Chase listened closely to her story, nodding every now and then. He found it interesting to hear what happened to her. He would never have guessed her story by the way she acted. When she asked about his story he uncrossed his arms and tilted his head slightly. "No it's fine." He said quickly before continuing. "Well, my story is... I don't really know how to explain it." He said, furrowing his brow. "Well I don't really know where to start. As you would have guessed I'm part dragon part human, and I was treated as so. I never met my mother as she died when I was born, and my father disappeared when I was fourteen. Six the way I age." He said, then shook his head. "I can travel between some dimensions. So far I only know of three, this one, another one and Earth but I don't know of any others. So really I've been travelling between them my whole life." He explained. He then laughed and tried to change the subject. "Great now I'm rambling too." He said. Delilah listened intently. "That's insane. I never even wondered if there may be other dimensions out there. Though, I never really wondered if there may be a second, in my time on Earth. But here I am." Her eyes analyzed his dragon features carefully, and then moved upwards to meet his gaze. "I wish I could shift into mythical creatures like that, y'know? I only know how to change into Earth animals, and even those are limited." Delilah thought back to her first year shifting, and remembered the limitations she constantly faced. |

Aurora was in the kitchen with Lani.
Peter was in the woods talking to Mason.
Catori lay sprawled out at the meadow's edge, idly chewing on the bone of some unidentified animal.
Pandora lurked somewhere in the castle's shadows. It was her goal to learn as much about it's various inhabitants as she could with minimal interaction with them.

(I've been gone all day bc dates c: I got to hold a snake today!! he was so sweet. I wish he could've come home with me. The pet store didn't take very good care of them either, which made me v upset. Also I'm in that weird position bc he kept trying to slither into the gecko terrariums. ) |

(he/she was such a good snake, so calm and docile, even with all these people passing it around and getting in its face.
I love snakes, and have wanted a ball python for close to a year now. I've done an insane amount of research on them, and this afternoon, all the people in the pet store were asking questions that the employee, who was supervising me, couldn't answer, so I ended up feeling very proud of myself for being able to answer most of them, lol.)

(I kind of want a snake one day, if it works out where I can. In particular, I'd like to have a regal ringneck. They're beautiful, docile and stay relatively small.)
