He watched the hatchling run off and he sighed closing his eyes and going to sleep. Hoping for some peace before more can to bug him.

As the person arrived above the castle, he/she/it swooped down and (as carefully as possible) lay the fainted man (Alfonse) just inside the clearing's edges, feeling he would be safe there.
Aurora had a growing suspicion that the boy and wolf would be unsuccessful in hunting anything significant in size. Not wanting to hear Peter keep complaining about the vegetables, she'd fetched her net and walked down to the creek to catch a few fish. A bucket lay near her and was already filled with several decent sized brim and a couple of fish that resembled small spotted trout. Just a few more should do it... She wanted to be sure to have enough for them both, and Catori. In truth, Aurora didn't really like eating fish, but her father had taught her how to fish and doing so reminded her of him.
Catori made it back to the castle long before Peter did, and was currently stretched out in the garden, half hidden in the large leaves and other foliage.

Alfonse finally began to stir after having been unconscious for a solid eighteen hours. Upon regaining consciousness, he quickly moved into a sitting position, a frown clear on his face. "Wh-?!" He removed his glasses and made an attempt to assess the situation. "What..." He felt around for his notepad and pen, and frowned as he realized he probably had dropped it. No matter, he would certainly be able to obtain another. His findings up until that point had been relatively lacking anyway.
Wait. He was sure he remembered something. Why had he been unconscious anyway? He searched his mind for the answer and upon remembering the fairy-tale creature from before, a small crease appeared between his eyebrows. "No, no. That's impossible." Briskly, he stood to his feet. and began to looked around him. Upon seeing the castle, he rubbed his eyes. "I must be going mad." His knees grew weak, but he forced himself to remain conscious, and made his way towards the structure, mumbling nonsense about how there must be a more logical explanation for the strange nature of this newly discovered world. Rather than enter, he made his way around the castle, concerned in some sense, curious as to whether it was actually physically there in another.
Alfonse reached the garden, his eyes studying the walls of the structure intently. "Absolutely astonishing..."

(Hiya everybody! Finally back.)
A pair of intelligent amber eyes shone from the leaves, watching the stranger curiously. For whatever reason, the wolf didn't feel as threatened about this particular human as she had with the child. She didn't trust him, per se, but she was less inclined to growl at him or run away as she'd done when Peter showed up.

Alfonse placed his hands on his hips, his head tilted to the side as he made an attempt to understand how exactly the castle had come to be. He shook his head, and continued around the back of the building. Although curious. Alfonse reminded himself not to become too distracted, and his steps grew more tentative as he entered the garden, taking care not to step onto any plants which might not have finished growing. His curiosity masked his intuition, and so he had absolutely no idea that someone, or something, may be eyeing him.

Catori watched Alfonse carefully, then all at once let out a squeaky yawn (not unlike the kind you hear from Nova sometimes.) By now, the wolf was more than likely visible as she lay in the quiet shade of the plants.

Mako began to wander around once again. He thought he heard something near by. He bites the inside of his cheek unsure if he should check it out or not. He placed his hand on the custom made dagger of his and slowly moved to the source of the sound. Could be raiders or bandits or friendly face but Mako knew it was better to be safe than sorry.

Alfonse's head turned slowly as he heard the wolf's yawn, and he smiled awkwardly as he sighted her. "I would assume that you live here, correct?" He knelt down, and held his hand out to the animal. His round glasses, paired with the smile, lent him a rather harmless appearance. "I won't harm you."

Peter quietly stepped into the castle, the cool floor feeling extra nice to his tired feet. He was on his way to the kitchen, when he heard something. He quickly ducked behind a wall and peered around suspiciously at the unfamiliar teen walking around in his new home. Who was he? His hand instinctively touched the knife in the hilt worn at his side.
Catori sniffed at the hand warily and just one ear rotated backwards. Her expression belayed suspicion and leeriness (not unlike the expression that Phantom gives when you try to pet him) but she made no immediate moves to either get up or run away. She was comfortable where she was, and as long as the young man kept his word on not harming her, she was fine with his presence.

Alfonse gingerly reaced behind the wolf's ear to scratch her. He marvelled at the animal, a mixture of shock and happiness reflecting off his face; Alfonse had never been that close to a wild wolf before. "I'm not so bad, am I?" His smile grew. "This day has been rather odd, if I do say so myself. You wolves aren't kept by humans back in my world, more akin to wild animals. I assumed the same would be true of this world when I ventured here, though I suppose I should have expected at least several major differences. And what about those odd, dragon-like creatures?" His smile transformed into a frown. "I certainly didn't expect those." He rubbed the wolf's ear gently.

Catori flinched at the touch, but immediately relaxed when she realized how good it felt to have her ear scratched. Her eyes blinked closed and her pink tongue hang out ever so slightly as she relaxed more and more.
The sound of footsteps could be heard approaching from downhill near the very back of the clearing. It was Aurora, returning from her day of netting fish. When she reached the top, approximately fourty feet from where Alfonse knelt, the girl suddenly froze. Alarm crossed her face as she wondered who he was and what exactly he was doing to her wolf. Catori was awfully still, and it concerned her.

(Why not just have him wake up and wander towards the castle?)
Alfonse sensed someone was watching him, and he stopped scratching the wolf's ear. He turned and immediately caught sight of the girl. He got to his feet, and gave an awkward wave. "Um, hello!" He began to approach the girl. "Is this your home?"

(Peter's gonna bring him back some clothes first, and then ask Aurora if it's ok to play host to a dragon. That should be an interesting topic of conversation.)
Aurora nervously took a step back and almost tripped over a rock. Luckily her reflexes were fast and she avoided falling down or dropping the bucket. (*winks at Qtip*) Aurora stared wide-eyed at Alfonse for a moment before speaking, "It is..." She glanced towards the wolf, but before she could make any accusations, Catori stood up and stretched. Here was another human, and like Peter, he didn't seem at all interested in hurting wolves. This comforted Aurora some, but she still didn't know who this was, "Who are you?"

(He's too big, he had trouble getting to the clearing. If you look at his dragon info: As a dragon, Sasha stands tall about 20 feet tall from his feet to his head. His wing span is much greater than when he is a human, being about 45 feet across from one wing tip to another and his tail (which is his pride besides his scales) is the same length as his male form. Just from the wing span, you know this is a huge dragon. He would mess the forest up to much. And he can't fly because he was injured running from an attack on him when he was human)

"Do not be alarmed." Alfonse raised his hands, and gave a gentle smile. "My name is Alfonse Ferdinand. I apologize for the intrusion. You see, I lost consciousness earlier after having sighted a... a, um... an unfamiliar animal?" He cleared his throat. "After awakening, I found myself here. Your home is... exceedingly elegant. This world is much different from mine, you see, and I'm quite curious. I have a great desire to observe it. I plan to stay temporarily, here, though I am not sure for how long exactly. I mean no harm."

(Just hang on Deathlover, I haven't forgot about Sasha! I was role-playing Peter with Winter Hawk's character, but she poofed. If she doesn't come back soon, I'll just have Peter go ahead and take the clothes to Sasha, and Mako can interact with someone else when Winter comes back.)
Several emotions crossed Aurora's face as a flurry of thoughts raced through her head. Here was another strange person, and like Peter, he was asking to stay. What other world was he talking about? What was that about an animal? Why was Catori so calm? Where was Peter? "I... uh..." She swallowed a lump in her throat and smiled nervously, "Well, it's not as though my home has a shortage of rooms."

Alfonse blinked in surprise. He was quite shocked that the stranger would be so alright with him taking up residence in her home; he had only a desire to stay in the land. As he couldn't starve, or be killed very easily, he had simply planned to wander aimlessly. Alfonse certainly didn't expect the new world's humans to accept the fact that he wasn't from their world so easily. "I will most certainly make it worth your time, madam." He gave a grateful smile. "May I ask your name? Again, I apologize deeply for startling you."

Aurora wasn't quite sure what a 'madam' was, "It's fine. I just wasn't expecting another stranger to show up. This place has been quiet for many years." She paused, "My name is Aurora."
Catori sat down and scratched for a moment, then ambled over curiously to see what Aurora had in the bucket.

Alfonse nodded wisely. "An odd, but rather... excellent... name." He paused for a moment, wondering how deeply his compliment had set in. As an aromantic individual, Alfonse often worried that others would take his compliments the wrong way. "In my world, there is a story of a princess called Aurora. Perhaps you have heard it here; it typically is titled 'Sleeping Beauty', or some variation of that name." He paused again, and gave a small, awkward chuckle. "I'm very sorry, this must all be quite confusing for you. Shall I explain myself?"

(Role-plays need more aro/ace characters. He'll have nothing to worry about with Aurora though. She's the same way.)
Aurora wasn't sure how to take the comment, and only had vague recollection of the Fairy Tale. The library was full of such books, and she'd read nearly everything in it at least once. Her confusion was probably evident. At his question, she nodded, "It would help if you did." She had to snatch the bucket away from Catori a couple of times as they were talking, as the wolf was fond of fish.

"Maybe it was nothing." Mako mumbled relaxing slightly. He figured it might have been a mouse or something scurrying around. He walked forward unaware that someone was near by. His stomach growled and Mako placed his hand on his stomach. He didn't realize how hungry he was until now. "Wonder if they have any food lying around."

"Well." Alfonse clapped his hands together. "I have more or less devoted my life to the study of science. I am sure your own scholars-- if, in fact, science is studied on this planet-- have not experienced the same discovery firsthand, or perhaps if they have, no one in my world has believed them." He paused and adjusted his bifocals; at this moment, Alfonse wore an expression which seemed to be a polar opposite of the girl's. It was an intelligent, confident one, and an underlying sense of pride showed through just barely. "The truth is, Ms. Aurora, your world is parallel with another, called Earth. I inhabit that planet. Years ago, I began to develop theories, and I had so many questions. So I hatched a plan to travel here. It isn't so much that my planet is all that advanced; we aren't, in fact. I, on the other hand, am. My intelligence is what allowed me to succeed, though, I did fail on a number of occasions." He rubbed the back of his neck uneasily, as he remembered some of his more... gruesome... failures.

Peter grinned and took a step out from behind the wall he'd been standing behind, "Actually, we do have food here. Mostly just fruit and veggies though. Might I ask who you are?" He wasn't entirely sure he trusted this unfamiliar face, but tried to present himself friendly to gauge whether or not the teen was dangerous.
(Oh, Peter would just love discussing science with Alfonse. Science is just a word in Lamura, but SO much more where Peter is originally from.)
This was all news to Aurora. She only vaguely recalled what science was; perhaps it was mentioned in one of the many books up in the library. When he mentioned another world called Earth, however, her curiosity was instantaneous. He was from another planet? His pride wasn't lost on Aurora at all, and it made her just a tad uncomfortable, but she tried not to let it show. This stranger seemed friendly enough, and if looks were anything to go by, he didn't seem at that dangerous. However, with the way he proudly spoke of his intelligence, she couldn't be sure. She was attentive throughout his explanation, but wasn't quite sure how to respond. She'd was on her way to the kitchen with the bucket of fish, but didn't want to appear rude.
