Ok I figured out some of the code, but, is there a possible way to have a colored background for posts like on wcf? For example, a black background with a white border, so I can format and have my rp layouts look ok without the blue?

When you edit a post it gives you a wider options for colors, coding and so on so forth. Give me a few minutes and I'll get back to you on that!
ALSO there is a quick response option AND a "Reply" button.
For more specific coding click on Reply to open the wide range of options!

I went to a html > bbcode converter and it didn't give me anything for background stuff so I was curious if it was just the site or not, but I hope theres a way for background coding bc I use that a lot ahh

yeah I know. but ok thanks ! Is the general code for background coloring ^^ <BODY BGCOLOR="#ffffff" TEXT="#000000" LINK="#cc0000" VLINK="#000066" ALINK="#ffff00"> The following below is for color text! Step 1: Type your message Step 2: Highlight the text you wish to color in Step 3:
Click on the color circle next to the B for bolding.
Step 4:
Open the colors and pick the color you want.
- Next click okay, making sure you confirm the color WHILE the text is highlighted
Step 5:Clicking okay and you are done!
I will make a thread addressing the colors and coding later tonight! |

Unfortunately, no
Bbcode is, no offense, a lot uglier than html :c
Check out Chicken Smoothie for bbcode stuff. Everyone on there is insane about making forms look nice with coding, and the site runs off bbcode (although a different version, I think)

I wonder if once this place is like calm and like idk ""officially the new wcf"" I think there may be a way for the admin/creator to mess with the bbcode formatting or something, like in forum creation or whatever (its been a while since ive been on freeforums/proboards jfdgvj) and like idk yeah
who knows tbh.
