Hello! Some of the older members from the old forum might recognize me! I haven't been active, but oh well. Making an effort now, so if you enjoy this plot just jump in.
Plot: (Inspired by the tv show; The 100)
It started with China's population, growing faster than anywhere else in 400 years, birthrate exceeding their death rate by 113 per 1000. Then Africa hit it rich with Diamond mines and gold, their economy boosted, their expected lifespan extended about 30 years, and their population grew to about 3 billion. The Earth, what we considered the world, became over populated. There was a solution though.. We sent 4 lions,, tigers, cheetahs, and leopards, each from different families and prides, two males, two females, to a new earth-like planet. Planet Ridium. We measured their vitals with collars, and two days after sending them, we sent large populations of squirrels, horses, hornets, cattle, alligators, common birds, herbs and seeds, snakes, 3 of the last 12 African elephants, frogs, spiders, bacteria, pots of grass and corn sprouts, and a few other common things, but the ships automatically opened a parachute and the doors opened once speeds reached 0, we don't know what happened to them, just that many of them are still alive, but four days ago me and 79 other teenage crimanals were sent down, and today we land, and the doors open. Not all of us land in the same spots, 8 drop ships, ten people in each, and I don't know if the others will survive,

Bellatrix unbuckled her straps, stumbling to the door first. She walked out it to see the pine trees similar to the ones back on earth. She breathed in her first scents of her new home. It didn't smell much different from New England on earth, being she lived in the last green valley, the only state back on earth with over 1000 acres of woods, and 300 acres of grass and fields, many wildlife preserves holding rare animals. "Guys, hurry up, you have to see this," a wide smile tugged at her cheeks as she whispered the astonished urge for her peers. She took a few steps into the tree's gently running her hands over the odd shaggy bark of what most resembled a pine tree. She squinted in thought for a second, observing the eerie similarities from each tree. They all were almost perfectly straight up, and their branches didn't start until about 15 feet up. She looked back to scan the faces of her peers, wondering about their thoughts.
