Excellent!]
Deep in the craggy heights of the mountains, a presence lurked. It was a huge sturdy gray tom with a ruff of pale, soft white fur. Both of his canines protruded slightly from under his upper lip. His intense amber eyes were focused ahead, searching the area for a hint of prey. Leaf-fall had arrived early this year, bringing with it a scarce amount of food. He could only hope that he could find something, especially in the current situation he was in. Even scraps would do for now.

Im assuming its a rouge RP?}
The ginger cat had been traveling for days without a sign of other living creatures. The shecat came from the city, and went on a journey in search of a new, and better life away from bustling city streets. She felt the cold breeze blowing through her thin pelt and bit back a growl of resentment. Any noise may disturb the already small amount of prey in the area. Life in the city had already made her thin, but going days without eating was unheard of for the ginger cat. Sure sometimes she didnt get a meal at night, but this experience had turned her into a walking skeleton, all her ribs showing.

For now, yes. If I'm not lazy I might turn it into a Clan. :3]
He sniffed the air cautiously, opening his muzzle part of the way and drinking in the smells. A new one hit the roof of his mouth immediately. It wasn't of prey or predator, but the scent of another cat. His senses automatically went on alert mode, neck fur bristling. Worry ticked at the back of his mind. What if it's already found him? He wondered. By "him", he was referring to his brother, Puma. Puma had been injured a few days back, unable to feed himself, which was why he was doing all of the work to take of him as well as himself.
Sorry if my skills seem a bit rusty, I got out of roleplaying for a while.]

{same for me, I may not be up to par}
The ginger city cat continued trekking onward, not paying attention to any scents around her. At the moment the only thing on her mind was finding somewhere warm to settle down for the night. Hunting would only be a distraction from the cold, and though her hunger was slowly killing her, the cold would kill her faster. Running would only deteriorate her energy, and she planned to get as far as possible before sleeping. In truth she was afraid to sleep, as she might never wake up. The ginger cat was beginning to regret her entire journey, and wished that she was back on the streets. At least in the city there were other cats around, here there was nothing but rock, rock and ice.

No, I think it's better that we get our characters to interact before I lose interest in trying to think of just descriptive posts without dialogue.]
He quickened his pace, slinking forward through the rocks as fast as he could muster. Even though the breeze was cold, he began to pant, and little bits of saliva were beginning to develop on the sides of his mouth. Suddenly, he lurched forward, having wrenched his claw in a crevice on the ground. He hit the floor and let out a puff. A cloud of grit flew out around him, and he shook his head, dazed. Still on the floor, he waited for his vision to focus again before he got up. His ears went flat against his head as he saw a small ginger blur out before him.

The ginger cat lept back with a hiss of surprise. At first she was quite scared, a random cat just falling down infront of her. She quickly gave a relieved sigh, as that meant there had to be prey around here. "Could you please take me to your den?" She choked out, her voice ragged. The ginger cat didnt care if this was a stranger, as much as she didnt want to admit it, she was on the verge of death and needed some help. The tom had a strange scent about him, sort of mountainous, but another thing she couldn't exactly pinpoint.

Saber got to his balance before answering. He lifted his hurt paw, licking it a few times to clean it, just in case. He was extra cautious now after the whole accident. He was definitely a big tom, towering over the smaller she-cat as she spoke. He set back his shoulders, looking powerful once more. At first glance, he wasn't impressed, narrowing his eyes warily. As he thought about her pleas, noticing her skeleton-like frame, he realized she couldn't harm him or his brother, even if that was what she was going to do. He was still in good health for now, and he could protect the two of them easily. Saber sighed. "Fine." because of his teeth, he had sort of a lisp, but nothing too drastic that he couldn't be understood. He flicked his bushy tail. "Follow me."
No problem.]

A new bounce crept into the she cats step, the the thought of warmth and prey filled her with joy. "Thank you." Red meowed, her voice still ragged and weary. She padded after him, quickening her pace a little bit. She had so many questions that couldn't be answered right now. Where was she? Who is this Tom she just begged for shelter? Where even was his shelter? Are there other cats in the mountains? Red had gotten a bit overwhelmed.

Saber decided to try and calm his own self down. He could tell that he was obviously scaring the little she-cat a lot. He attempted to push his brother's injury out of his mind and think about something else. Maybe starting a conversation would help to. "Are you from around here?" he asked.

"Not at all. I've traveled for many moons, escaping from the city." Red explained. She had assumed he lived in the mountains, his fur coat well suited to this environment. She was quite glad he made conversation, walking in silence was especially hard as she was usually a very chatty cat. When well fed and warm Red would never stop talking.

He nodded in a way to show that he had heard. "What was wrong with the city? I know many cats live there." He enjoyed the quiet isolation of the wilderness compared to life in the twoleg dwellings. It was serene. He wrinkled his nose at the thought of trying to find scraps in silver cans, sharing every inch of space with other cats. No, he would never like it. Finally, they had reached a small den, an opening between to boulders edged with moss. "We're here."

Just another step...Just another step... Was the only thought in Hazel's head as she struggled through the rough crags of the mountain. The golden-brown she-cat stood out like a sore thumb among the pale brown rocks, but she had had no choice but to venture up into the heights to escape a very persistent two-leg who seemed bent on catching her. Normally, Hazel would not have fought this desperately to escape, but there was a very specific reason for doing so. She was pregnant. And she just could not sit by and watch while a twoleg took her kits, which she was sure was the reason why they had been following her so persistently. So, she had escaped into the mountains and was currently making her way up, hoping to find some shelter where she could rest her exhausted, bleeding paws, and fill her stomach. And most importantly, she needed to find a safe place where she could have her kits.

"There were too many cats there, fighting for my life every day was not what I wanted." Red explained, feeling a bjt nostalgic. As much as she hated the city, its where she grew up, and it was her home. As they approached the den she breathed a sigh of relief. It was a shelter, and probably very warm. "Its very nice, thank you." Gratitude filled her gaze, as a complete stranger had just let her in their home.
