I kinda felt like this Novella wasn't necessary. It was definitely the most boring one for me. What do you guys think?

I agree. I also noticed that one of the chapters was almost exactly copied from Battles of the Clans. Only some dialogue was removed, besides that, it was exactly the same.
Battles of the Clans is from 2010, and Cloudstar's Journey is from 2013 for proof.

I was so irritated by the title. "Cloudstar's Journey" Thought it would be after SkyClan left and about how they journey and find their new home, the gorge. I don't see ans journey in the book. Not even mentally.

I liked it because I liked seeing more of the ancient SkyClan cats in the Clan at the time, but other than that it wasn't my favorite. As for the title, I feel like journey doesn't fit because they never really started the journey. You didn't get to see them actually making the trip to the gorge; you just saw Cloudstar make the decision to leave. Honestly I think it should be called Cloudstar's Choice.

I never noticed about the whole "Journey" thing before. Now though, I think it should be called Cloudstar's Dilemma or something.
I really liked this novella aside from that. SkyClan's my favorite.

I read this novella for the first time a few days ago and I was surprised. I thought it would be about Cloudstar leading SkyClan to the gorge. I'm glad that wasn't the case because me thinking that was what it was about was the reason I waited until now to read it.
I actually really enjoyed this novella. I loved learning about old SkyClan and their customs. I also enjoyed the characters even though we get to see so little of them, it being a novella and all. I was really confused about Duskstar though since they kept saying he made the rule that a leader's word is law but I remembered that it was Darkstar who'd done that...
Other than that I really liked it. It was a pleasant surprise. And now I want a series set pre-SkyClan banishment even more! And from SkyClan's perspective, of course.
