Basilwhisker snuffed deeply not smelling anything for a while until he came up on a light trail. It was old and barely there. "I think they are gone. Should we hunt a little while we are out here?"

(Sorry taking quizzes for a college class. The teacher never really covers the material he thinks he does 😂)
Darkstar kept walking a bit farther. She saw a rabbit and looked up to see Basilwhisker looking at her. She nodded and moved downwind from the rabbit toward where it would run.
Basilwhisker ran at the rabbit hoping to scare it right into his leaders paws.

Darkstar nodded to Basilwhisker and Iceripple and started forward keeping her senses alert for any sign of fox. Basilwhisker walked focusing all his energy on checking that his clan was safe. (Blackstar do you want someone to do with I've got cats open.) (sure i would like that ) |

(I don't know anyone i could recruit right now; but i will when i do or think of someone.)
Cedarpaw was practicing fighting moves with shellpaw by the apprentice's den, since they're mentor's hadn't come to them for training or patrols yet. "you have to use your size to your advantage." Cedarpaw was saying, remembering something darkstar had told him sometime ago.
Robinear was going through herbs and picking out those that had dried out to much to use anymore, she was going through the borage at the moment.

Darkstar led the patrol back into camp. "Cedarpaw and Shellpaw why dont you come with me to hunt." She called to her apprentice and their friend.

(hello.... i apologize again for lack of activity. but the good news is i am officially done with college for the summer! so i will be on much, much more (though if i am unable to remain active for long periods of time, i will have to leave as i dont want to be an annoyance to anyone), i am happy to return though!)

Shellpaw followed darkstar out into the forest, he scented the air himself and picked the scent of a mouse. he followed the scent, hoping it hadn't heard or felt them yet.
Cedarpaw on the other ha- er...paw, after scenting the air and not finding anything, began to move around in search of a scent trail or spot some prey that hadnt noticed the three of them yet.
(shoe me? i know what you meant, but, i all i imagine is some cat throwing a shoe at her after saying that. X3)
(anywho, sorry for not repling sooner, ive been using phone data and my phone has been dead it takes awhile for it to charge.)

It's okay it happens. I really just worry about the clan dying out. I'm hoping my friend will be able to get on now that she s out of school.)
Darkstar saw the two apprentices take off happy that they were obviously being well trained. Once they were older they would make great warriors.
(Okay so I know it's been about 5 months we've been in the clan so technically Cederpaw would be close To warriorhood.)

(that's true, but when that time does come, I hope more people will be on.)
Shellpaw moved carefully among the undergrowth, keeping his eyes and ears open for any sign of prey other then the one he was tracking.
Cedarpaw after a few moments of looking for a scent, he spotted a crow a few tails lengths away and crouched. placing his paws carefully he moved closer to the crow.
