Basilwhisker hurried into the forest figuring that he would find the apprentice there and started to run as he smelled blood. He found the apprentice and tried to find some cobweb to stop the bleeding.

Darkstar looked around the clearing trying to find warriors to patrol the territory to see if the foxes were still there. "Gotta get a patrol together might be foxes out" she mumbled probably louder than she thought. br]
Dawnlight felt like she should go hunting since she hasn't yet today.
Basilwhisker heard Darkstar and looked up. "I'll go with you."
Snowdapple l9oked at her kits as they tumbled except little coalkit.
Gazekit play fought with wishkit.
Wishkit tumbled in the dust as Gazekit pounced on her.
Coalkit burrowed into Snowdapples fur.
Elmkit paced looking for ashblaze.
Minkkit dozed in the sun bored.
Foxpaw looked for her mentor
Silverthorn
was asleep in the warriors den.

( Lili om not sure. Featherheart and Snowdapple can sit and chat while they watch the kits tumble. Slatewhisker can jump into Darkstar who is looking for warriors to go help check the territory for foxes and Jaspwrpaw could help or something like that.) |

Darkstar looked up from where she and Basilwhisker stood. "Iceripple will you join Basilwhisker and I to check the territory for any foxes?"
Daylight looked around and saw Willowpaw. She trotted over nodding hello.

"I know it's been a little while since we've trained because of the foxes so i thought maybe we could do some climbing practice in the camp." Dawnlight told her apprentice.
"Okay let's go look around." Darkstar nodded to the two toms and padded out of camp. If the fox was still nearby she couldn't hold the clan in camp for too long. The apprentices would fall way behind on training and and the clan needed to hunt.

"Why don't we walk a couple tail lengths apart so we cover a little more ground while still being close enough to help each other fight if we get attacked. We could also hunt a little while were out too." Darkstar said.
Basilwhisker took a couple paces off to the left of his leader and stood waiting for the other to be ready to take off. He parted his jaws breathing in the scents.

Darkstar nodded to Basilwhisker and Iceripple and started forward keeping her senses alert for any sign of fox.
Basilwhisker walked focusing all his energy on checking that his clan was safe.

Darkstar was happy to see her warriors complying. She looked to both sides seeing if the others had found any trace.
(Sorry I go to bed at about 9 on weekdays. If you want Iceripple can pick up some trace and the fox could still be there or they could disappear for a while and come back when the clan least expects it.)

"Okay so we know they are at least nowhere near camp. Let's check toward the outer edge of the territory and by Moonclearing." Darkstar instructed.
(I feel like there can be a calm before the storm here like the foxes are hiding out where they can't be found for a while and they attack later on.)
