As Emeraldpaw lied down in the den, she saw Basilwhisker waiting to talk to Robinear. "I'm fine! Don't worry about me!" She muttered under her breath. She wished he would stop worrying about her. Emeraldpaw soon fell fast asleep.

Cinderpaw looked up from her paw. I am never forgiving myself for doing this, she told herself. She opened her mouth halfway to reveal her tooth still stuck in her tongue, and a horrible sound that was like a mix between a whimper and a screech.

Robinear saw the tooth and winced slightly from the sound. "i cant remove the tooth if you don't open your mouth all the way, cinderpaw." Robinear said calmly.

Cinderpaw opened her mouth as much as she could, which was very close to all the way. She dug her claws in the dirt to keep herself from screech-whimpering again. Get it over with! If her stupid tongue wasn't hurting as much, she would be screaming out the words at this very moment.

The fur pricked along Cinderpaw's spine. Do it right she told herself. Do it to become a warrior! She forced her fur to late flat and braced herself for what was next.

Gazekit nodded and came forward. He place his paws where Robinear indicated and removed the tooth from Cinderpaw's tongue. As he did he sent up a prayer to to Starclan. Starclan please let this sound heal quickly and let the herbs be strong enough to take away her pain.

"good job," Robinear said to gazekit, before padding away and getting a few marigold leaves. she came back over to cinderpaw and chewing them into a poultice on one of the large leaves she found in the forest, before adding to cinderpaw. "here, stick your tongue out," Robinear said putting some of it on her paw.

"I know we all are. Would it help if we got some warriors together and went though the territory to check for it or if we strengthened the barrier around the camp more?" Darkstar wanted find anything she could that would set her clan at ease a little more.
Wishkit heard people saying something about a fox. She bounced up to Stormleaf. "Are you gonna chase away the fox again?" she squeaked looking up at him with glowing eyes.
