"Thanks Basilwhisker!" Emeraldpaw then heard Snowdapple. Her mind raced with panic. She was having her kits NOW? Oh, gosh! "Y-you're having them now?! Oh, Starclan! I'll help Robinear right away!" Emeraldpaw dashed over to Robinear. "Robinear, Snowdapple asked me to help you. Is there anything I can do now? I know Snowdapple is having her kits right now but...She asked me and well...She asked me to help you..." Her voice was clouded with worry. She looked down at the ground. How could she ever help Snowdapple? She wasn't a medicene cat!

Basilwhisker walked up to Emeraldpaw. "Hello." Foxkit purred at Duskheart. "Do you think Darkstar will do my ceremony soon??" DuskHeart chuckled. "im sure both of you will be apprentices soon. maybe youll be my apprentice. what do you think of that?" the she-cat purred. flicking her tail, she laid down, and got comfortable. she did not have much to do right now, and figured shed take the chance to get to know the soon to be apprentices better.
AshBlaze noticed DuskHeart by the kits, and padded over, sitting beside her. "or me. im looking forward to training a new apprentice, if im lucky enough to get one" the tom meowed. he glanced at shellkit, and then at foxkit. he liked shellkit so far, and hoped to be the kit's mentor, while DuskHeart was foxkits. |

Dawnlight kicked Mosspaw off her as gentlely as she could. "Okay I think that's good. That sand really helps take some of the blow off. We need to remember this so we can show Darkstar and the rest of the clan."
Basilwhisker nodded at Snowdapple. "Hey Emeraldpaw why don't we go get a nice sturdy stick and moss for Snowdapple I think that's more of what she was thinking of us helping Robinear with. Maybe keeping the kits and others out of the way so they have space too."
Elmkit snorted " I have another moon or more until I'm an apprentive."
Foxkit beamed at Duskheart. "I would love it if I were your apprentice. I bet I would become a great warrior with your help."

DuskHeart purred at foxkit. "i know youll be a great warrior no matter who your mentor is. i know youre very smart. have you learned anything so far, by watching your clan mates?" the she cat asked, digging a little deeper to see what she could discover about the kit.
AshBlaze shook his head. "with that attitude it will be much longer before they deem you ready for that ceremony elmkit" he scoffed. he doubted it was true, but if he was to end up with the kit as his apprentice, he would not deal with any disrespect towards him. might as well nip it in the bud now he thought to himself.

(Lol just realized these two kits are kind of me. But I don't have one who wants to give up or says they want to and keeps doing the work as they say it.)
"I watched Mosspaw teach Elmkit to pounce and stalk." She showed the warrior an off kilter stalk with her tail raised high in the air. "I'm not very good at it."
"Do you understand what it's like to sit around with absolutely nothing to do. It's hard if I want something nice for Snowdapple or Pixie to eat I can't go get it I have to hope someone else can get it."

(hey. I stole your apprentice for a border patrol. If you wanna join in you can help them explore the uncharted territory. They found a good clearing for an apprentice training place so far.)

( Mother Dark was that last section elmkit talking?) DuskHeart dipped her head slightly. "its a good start! im sure youll learn fast." the warrior assured the kit happily. she was pleased with the kit's enthusiasm, and it showed in her behavior towards little foxkit. |

Ashpaw gently touched the clearing with his paw. It did seem as though it was perfect for training; there was enough room to practice fighting and stalking techniques, and the surface wasn't too hard. |

"you are putting more weight into your right side, and its making your steps too heavy. try to even out the weight a bit more" the she-cat suggested. using her paw, she gently adjusted the kits stance, to show what she meant. "like that"
AshBlaze flicked his tail in annoyance. "i understand. but being disrespectful can get you into trouble, and get you set back. if you want to be able to go out and get food for snowdapple, or pixie, then i would advise you to be a bit more respectful." the tom replied curtly. he understood the pain of not being able to help, but was choosing to teach the way he was taught. attitude is okay, in some situations. but not when it comes to your elders. he was doing some tough love here, not unlike his mentor did with him. "would you rather be a good hunter, or a good fighter?" he asked elmkit |

( Mother Dark Sorry, I thought you meant Ashpaw. ) "Alright," Ashpaw responded, turning away from the clearing. He was curious about what else they might find. A good place for hunting? A sunny, grass-covered clearing? A lake? Wanting to know, he eagerly followed Dawnlight. |

(that's fine i really wasn't clear at all. I was thinking of finding the clans Starclan meeting place.)
Dawnlight sniffed trying to see if anything smelled weird.
"Thanks!" Foxkit said. She wiggled a little and stalked forward a little more balanced with light pawsteps and a gleam in her eye.
"I want to be a well rounded warrior the best one anyone has ever seen" Elmkit said his head held high eyes wide at the thought of being the best.

Mosspaw stood up, beaming at Dawnlight's praise. He then padded over to where Ashpaw was. I can't wait to tell the rest of the clan about this! he thought to himself.

Mosspaw looked around, and then bounded away, looking for anything new and interesting. He soon found himself in a patch of thick undergrowth. Carelessly, he rushed through the bushes, stepping on a thorn along the way. "Ouch!" Mosspaw exclaimed, lifting up his paw.

Dawnlight sat down in front of Mosspaw she took his paw and carefully pulled out the thorn. "Lick this to make sure it's clean. Do you want to go back to camp?"

"Okay," Mosspaw replied. Mosspaw headed off to explore, this time in a different direction. He was padding through the forest having nothing else interesting so far when he heard a faint rushing noise. Out of curiosity, Mosspaw walked towards the source of the noise. After walking through a patch of ferns, he soon found himself standing by a small brook. "Hey Dawnlight! Come look at this!" Mosspaw called.
