Cedarpaw continued tasting the air every now and then, to see if any prey was around. he stopped when he scented a mouse and crouched as he stalked forward. 'there it is.' Cedarpaw thought to himself spotting the mouse among the undergrowth, probably searching for food. he stalked forward a few more paces, until he was sure he was close enough and froze when the mouse started looking around, before resuming what it was doing. he pounced nearly missing by a mouse-tail, however snagged the mouse with his claws and killed it.
"so...how was your day...?" Shellkit asked awkwardly after a few moments.

Minkkit shook his head "uh it's been good but it's kind of boring. I can't wait to be an apprentice so I can leave camp".

Dawnlight looked around for the others. "I think we have enough now since there are others out hunting too. How about we split the load so we can each carry some." She started to dig up the prey.

Mosspaw turned away from Silverthorn as Dawnlight started talking. As Dawnlight dug up the prey that they had caught, Mosspaw padded over to where his fish were.

Foxkit and Elmkit finally stopped wrestling.
Snowdapple continued on her walk through the woods.
Dawnlight started picking up her share of the catch to bring it back to camp.
Darkstar watched her apprentice as he showed her what he had learned.
Minkkit continued to relax .

Dawnlight was happy to watch Mosspaw follow her lead. It wouldnt be more that a couple seasons before these apprentices would most likely be stepping up to be warriors and someday have their own apprentices to train.
(Lol not sure when anyone wants to have an apprentice move up just a general observation)

"Good job today! " Dawnlight meows to Willowpaw feeling proud of her apprentice.
As Snowdapple starts to get farther away from camp she begins to feel slight twinges. She decides she should go back to camp knowing the kits would be coming within the next moon.
Foxkit and Elmkit bounce up to Mosspaw and Willowpaw. "Woah that's so much prey" squeaks Foxkit. "When I'm an apprentice I will have to try and beat all the prey you've brought back because I want to be the best warrior ever!" said Elmkit becoming focused once again on this life goal.

"Thank you." Willowpaw mewed dipping her head to her. She was proud of herself and felt like she could do anything.
Cloudwhisper walks over and sniffs the prey. "This looks good."

Elmkit glowed at Mosspaw's comment.
Dawnlight nodded as she walked away.
Snowdapple walked into camp and went straight to the nursery. She layed down and tried to sleep.

Mosspaw walked away from the kits and started to pad around the camp. I could hunt endlessly! he thought to himself, feeling energetic. Catching fish with the patrol and teaching Dawnlight filled him with happiness.

( Tawnyfire I don't know if you forgot again so here's this. ) Dawnlight looked around wondering what to do now. (anyone have ideas on a plot or anything? We can do something to make this more interesting. Also I need mentors for Foxkit and Shellkit still and is there anyone who would like their Apprentice to receive their warrior name?) |

(Mosspaw is still an pretty young, immature apprentice, so it will probably be a few more moons until he receives his warrior name. I don't have any ideas for a plot right now, but if I come up with something, I'll tell you.)

LightBringer we are all over the place but I am looking for mentors for Foxkit and Shellkit and thinking about a good day to have all the cats age a moon so i can have them be apprenticed and give Slate and Pixie their warrior names. )) Heather Chandler that might be a good idea)) Darkstar parted her jaws trying to see if there was any prey nearby. Dawnlight saw Snowdapple go into the nursery and she had looked in pain. She decided to look for Robinear to see if maybe she was close to kitting. Tawnyfire

SnowClaw searched for her apprentice, jasperpaw.
DuskHeart pads over to the queens den, to see the soon the be apprentices. she was excited about the new apprentices, and hoped maybe she would be a mentor. "shellkit? foxkit? are you guys in here?"

Foxkit true to sneak out to surprise the warrior. She was feeling like she needed a good joke right about now.
Elmkit padded out of the nursery annoyed by Duskpelt shouting for the older kits to come out. He was just as ready as the others to become an apprentice. He began to look for something to do.
Snowdapple fell into a fitful sleep. She wasn't sure why she was in so much pain she had never heard of another queen experiencing pain like this. (Lol I was thinking about making a prophecy about one of her kits and maybe some other cats but I'm not sure what it would be about yet. )
Minkkit continued to lay around.
