I will have a ceremony to make you an official member of the clan and rather than give you a mentor and treat you like an apprentice we will all work together to help you learn about clan life." Darkstar was happy to hear that slate wanted to be part of the plan and happy that he had asked her.

(Hawk you could maybe have Willowpaw hang out with Darkstar and we can train and RP that after I finish with Slate and Pixie)
"Okay Slate and Pixie I will need to know what you hope you name will be but as leader I have final decision (it will be what they say it is)" Darkstar was pleased that both cats wanted to take on full clan tradition.

Foxkit bounced up to pixie. "Did oh just tell Darkstar that you were going to change your name so it's like mine?" the kit purred.

Darkstar waited to hear from her apprentice. Even though she was leader she would have to take the time to train her apprentice.
Dawnlight looked around as she was waiting. "Hey Federals why don't you join Silverthorn, Mosspaw and I when we go out hunting." She sat waiting for the other cats to gather.
Snowdapple looked around hoping for someone to talk to.
Foxkit nodded at Pixie and bounced away. She creeped up behind Elmkit and pounced.
Elmkit growled as the older kit pounced on him and turned and batted at her with sheathed claws. He would teach her to mess with him.
Minkkit looked for Shellkit so maybe they could talk or something.

Cedarpaw headed toward where Darkstar was, having been doing other things to keep himself busy. "Hi Darkstar." Cedarpaw greeted as he neared her.
Shellkit was laying in a spot near the nursery, watching the older cats. his tail tip flicked, he wasn't exactly excited for the next moon when he'd be apprenticed, but he wanted to be able to help them out, then just sit in camp all day.

"Hi Cedarpaw. What do you think we should practice today?" She wanted to give him some choice in his training to help it from being monotonous.

(wow no one seems to be on. I havent been able to think about what to write for an essay thats due in my next hour so i just wrote it all right now and i have about ten minutes to spare. ))

Dawnlight headed out of camp knowing the others would follow when they were ready.
Darkstar led Cedarpaw farther into the territory that had yet to be explored.
Snowdapple headed out of camp knowing that it would be close to the last time she would be out of camp for a while with the kits coming within the next moon.
Minkkit layed down next to Shellkit when he found him and relaxed as the sun beams that fell through the trees warmed his pelt.
Foxkit and Elmkit continued to tumble around in the dust seeing who would come out the winner.

Mosspaw padded towards Dawnlight, who was heading out of camp. I want to impress her. he thought to himself, I have a new skill - hunting fish!
