Rinako crouched, settling himself on his paws and swishing his tail back and forth. "I was just wandering around looking for food when I came across this fine queen," he said, flicking his tail at Ember. Then he scrunched his nose up a bit. "Do you cats really eat deer and owls?"

Gender: She-cat
Age: 27 moons
Appearance: A white base coat with cream dapples and tear markings in her face. Her slender frame allows herself to be agile and faster, all the while shes elegant as she does so. Her eyes are a soft denim blue, and rarely give an intimidating look. The ridge along her back is outlined with a black stripe, that goes from the top of her head and ears, to where the tip of the tail is.
Personality: Though quite curious and energetic, Fawnwhisker prefers to spend her time alone, whether or not she would be glad to have company. Her quiet personality is all part of her past, the past that she refuses to dwell on. Only her closest friends and clanmates truly know her personality, though to others, shes shy but kind.

Age: 28 Moons
Appearance: With light brown fur with dark brown dapples and dark green eyes, Sprucepelt lives up to his name. Sprucepelt has a muscular frame, that improves his fighting skill as he has the advantage of strength and weight. Sprucepelt can be identified by his dark green eyes or the scar, that goes vertically across one of his eyes. Though lucky enough not to be blinded, Sprucepelt can't see as well through that eye.
Personality: Sprucepelt is quite the opposite of greedy, traitorous, or blinded by grief. He's kind, joyful, and full of comments. He has a kind sense of humor to him, and stays clear of skirmishes with other cats. This being said, he rarely has any enemies within the clan.

(Fawn and Spruce are accepted! Question though: are they supposed to be former Clan cats or is that just a mistake with the forms?)
Crow twitched his whiskers at Rinako's question. "I don't know about owls, but we did catch a deer a few days ago. It's not all that bad, really."
He was taken more by surprise by the other tom's question, though. He wrinkled his nose, not especially pleased with the young cat inviting himself to stay. Still, he could see where perhaps, due to the many and varied cats already taking up residence, that it may seem more... open to everyone than perhaps Crow would normally like. He gazed at the tom for a moment, considering his request, before letting out a sigh. "Alright. You'll have to make yourself useful though, hunting and the like," he warned, raising one eyebrow. "And if I see you so much as looking at the kits the wrong way I'll claw your fur and leave you for the crows," he added protectively.

Rinako stared at the ground, wondering what to do. He didn't know if he would be comfortable living with these cats, especially if they expected much from him. He wasn't exactly reliable. Or responsible. His stomach growled, and he realized he hadn't eaten the owl Ember and Lynx had caught earlier.

Rinako's nose twitched in irritation. "The life I am used to taught me to be resourceful rather than to hunt," he said smoothly, in an attempt to shrug off Ember's comment.

(hey all I'm back again. Sorry for the vanish. I did an "away" game of my apocalypse larp so that's why I've been gone so long. I would have been able to post yesterday or Sunday except I accidentally left the smart phone I use like a tablet in an iHop on Thursday -__- I'll probably be getting it back in a while, my friend that lives in that city is checking for me, but that meant I had no way to access tha interwebz from his house before coming home and promptly dying yesterday. Aaaaanyways, yeah, besides the usual going to school/my bf's house, I don't have anything going on the next several weeks, so I'll be able to ACTUALLY rp for a while lol.)

Crow narrowed his eyes. He didn't realize the kittypet had wanted to stay as well. And he wasn't sure he liked the idea, if the cat couldn't hunt, or likely fight either. "Hm. Well, if you want to stay, you'll have to learn to contribute to the group," Crow replied after a moment. "Scavenging might work for you alone, but it won't feed the kits." He settled back on his haunches, wrapping his tail around his somewhat dainty paws as he looked at the two newcomers.
As he spoke, he came to the sudden realization that even within the past few days, the cats who had joined himself and Starling's kits at the oak burrow had started to become a group. They still didn't know each other that well, but thus far, they had all proved to be trustworthy and loyal, and had consistently watched out for each other. And besides that, he couldn't deny the strategic benefit of having many cats to help feed and defend each other. If not for himself, then for the kits- they were much safer with many trustworthy cats to care for them. Even now, he became rather defensive of the group at the thought of letting in two more strangers. But still... they could prove to be valuable friends. And if not, then, well... it wouldn't end well for them. But that remained to be seen.

Ember could sense an awkward tension between her companions. Crow seemed reluctant to let her new acquaintances join their small group, and in turn Rinako didn't seem too keen on sticking around. Lynx seemed cheerful as ever though. Well, everyone should get along in time.
