{I've heard that Dime isn't going to be back for a little while. I'm not sure what time frame that would be but that's what I found out. You might need to make another character. Sorry ![:(](//storage.proboards.com/6575102/images/RCFqazfvhbMAeE5hIhD3.gif) }

Thea laughed at the question. "It's funny you ask that. I have burned my hair before, although it wasn't entirely my fault. My cousins did it, but do I burn my hair every time I use my powers? No, there are ways to control it. Although, I'm not always good at that either." She grinned. Thea had burned her hair on several occasions, but unlike Blake, she can't just cut it off without looking stupid. If he burned himself he could crop his hair short but Thea can't focus that. "I'm not so stupid I burn it on a daily or weekly basis. You learn a thing or two when you practice with dangerous things."

"I've always wondered a bit about that. How far can fire elementals go before it gets dangerous? Can you, say melt metal with your powers?" Blake asked curiously, he better than most knew that metal was a pretty generic term and had a wide range of meanings but he didn't want to bore Thea about the various types that existed. She would likely know whether or not she or her people could even without the specifying information.

Okay, I think I'll make a new character then. It's gonna take me a while to come up with a good one though)

"Of course there is a limit to what I can do. I can really only melt the lighter metals right now, even then I can't melt them all the way. I'm not trained enough for that. My father is better at it than I, but it really depends on the skill of the Elemental." She explained. Thea took a few bites of her food before she looked at Blake with a raised eyebrow and a small smile to signal her mock suspicion. "Are you trying to offer me a job?" Since Blake was blacksmith he could've been, but she wasn't exactly concerned.

(I just now realized that Blake's parents have the same first names as Harry Potters.)
"Sorry that's not my call. Though if you wanted one you could probably talk to my father, its getting hard to get people with all of the violence going on. Nobody wants to make the walk all the way to the castle's forges." Blake explained, he'd honestly just been a bit curious but now that she mentioned it there certainly could be benefits to having a fire elemental on the workforce. His father would probably agree but he wasn't so sure if her clan would.

"It almost sounds tempting actually. I wouldn't mind some extra money, then again, who would?" Thea chuckled and ate some more of her food. They sat in a silence for a little while as they ate, though not an awkward one. It wasn't exactly a comfortable silence either, but it wasn't far from it. They were on much better terms now anyway. "I think I might just pass by where you work. If you don't mind that is."

(...instead I dropped dead asleep)
Eric sat astride his horse walking it through the village as commoners and elementals alike parted before him. Well it could have been for him or for the two heavily armed dangerous looking individuals riding alongside him who took his safety very seriously. One had the tell tale golden eyes of a light elemental behind his visor with the other having the muscular large build of an earth elemental. Following slightly behind the three of them were his servants who carried water and snacks for the noble in case he fancied something before lunch. Eric himself was of course heedless of these things at the moment as they were fairly common. He did regret the need to bring more than a single guard when he just wanted to go for a little trot around town but those were the times.

"We'd be happy to have you. Company is always welcome, especially when we've actually got time to entertain it." Blake agreed. His mother was always fond of new people coming to visit the forge and his father, though a bit gruff, loved showing off his work space and some of the things he'd made. He was a man who loved and had pride in his work.

"I'll go by there then. Perhaps after you finish we could go? I want to see my potential workplace as soon as possible." Thea finished her food quickly, as she was actually excited to go see this new place. Meeting new people was normally a good thing too, but if his father worked as a blacksmith - and so does Blake - it would be good to have friends with benefits. She might get a discount when she goes to purchase things.

(I just found out that my recording software has been active for almost 24 hours on accident. There is now 27 gigabytes of everything that's happened in my room XD)
"Sounds fine to me." Blake said taking a last bite of chicken. He was marveling at how much a day could change. He'd gone from being out and about to crashing into a fire elemental. To going to lunch with said fire elemental and now potentially said fire elemental might work at the smithy. Life was certainly never dull he thought as he stood up from the table, taking the necessary money from his pocket and putting it on the table to pay for his meal.

{Lol, nice} "Great." Thea said as she stood from her seat as well. She pulled out a few coins from a small pouch in her wallet and left them on the table, along with a small tip for the waitress. "Let's go then." She pushed in her chair and then started making her way for the door, with Blake in tow. He soon started walking next to her though as they left the restaurant followed by a few odd glances. Mainly made by Fire or Ice Elementals, as well as a few Water Elementals.

Ollie had been helping his grandfather in the forge he owned, his face and clothes had smudges of soot on it from tending the fire. they forge was were towns people came when they needed tools repaired or tools made; the closest thing to a weapon his grandfather ever made was a hunting dagger or cooking knife. his grandfather had let him take him break, after he finished the cooking he was repairing; it had terribly needed it too. with a sigh Ollie stepped outside the forge into the cool air, it was felt better then the hot air inside the forge. he blinked seeing the towns people were parting, then saw why and frowned. 'nobles...' Ollie thought leaning against the door frame of the forge. "try to be respectfully of him, Ollie." his grandfather said as he came out a few moments after; he knew well enough Ollie didn't like nobles. "ill try, Grandfather." Ollie said with another sigh, not being rude to a noble? it be hard for to not to be rude at all.

(If the limit is getting upped to three mind if I make Aylin(The Shadow elemental noble) now that the gender ratio has mostly evened out?)
"As long as we keep to the main roads with a few alley cuts it shouldn't take us terribly long to get there. About ten to twenty minutes max." Blake said as he reoriented their position after they stepped out and began the trek. "I take it from the looks that we got in there that you're going to have some questions when you get home?" Blake asked in a mostly light tone. It wasn't as if they'd done anything wrong so he doubted she would get into any actual trouble.

(Decided to go with just a commoner this time)
Name: (Rags) Lizbeth Jane Gender: female Age: 18 Commoner Description: Lizbeth is a small, thin girl with messy red hair, freckles, and light green eyes. She goes by the name of Rags because that is what the townspeople call her when passing her by. She wears dirty roughspun clothes and nothing else. Personality wise, she has a very negative and pessimistic aura. Given her bad situation in life, it’s not surprising. She is desperate for what she needs to sustain herself though, and will probably do anything to get it. History: Lizbeth was raised by her family on a farm. But when she was 16, bandits raided the place, looting everything they could and burning the farm to the ground. They killed Lizbeth’s parents and took her with them as a “prize”. Eventually, she was able to escape them by sneaking out of their camp at night and slitting the throat of the man on watch. Now she lives on the streets in town with no way to make a living, barely scraping by and sleeping every night in alleyways. Mother: Candice Jane (deceased). Father: Wulf Jane (deceased).

(Hmm lets see something that would make Ollie get rude...)
As Eric's horse continued on a young man and woman obviously not in the best of shape financially as their clothing showed rips and their faces covered in dirt stepped in front of him and started begging for coins. An observer behind would be able to see that there was a small child pressed against the young man's back, likely the couples son hiding from all of the noise. The son unknown to Eric and his guards had metallic golden eyes. As Eric was turning to his Earth elemental guard to say something there was a flash as the son got overwhelmed by the flurry of activity and his abilities lashed out. Eric's guardsmen reacted immediately and drew swords, putting their horses and themselves between Eric and the couple knocking them and their now very tired son over backwards. To the guards this seemed like someone was launching an ambush and had been using the couple to slow them down into it. People immediately started rushing away as the weapons came out though some were still stumbling around due to the flash.

{Yeah that's fine lionstrike792} Thea was a very impatient person, and twenty minutes was about as much as she could wait to get there. Though she did not voice her complaints to Blake, it would be rude and Thea didn't think she had any reason to be rude to him. "Oh yeah. I'll get plenty of questions. I recognized a few faces, but most of the Fire Elementals there must have belonged to a different clan. But knowing the other Clans, they'll probably ask questions too. It's not a big deal though, hopefully." She smirked.
