That link should put you right into the FAQ section, where all the threads are. Most of them will be locked. You're General Information thing might be collapsed, or shrunken down. FAQs is with News and Announcements, The New Forums-Discussion, Forum Rules, etc. But that prob won't help.

If you're trying to figure it out still you could send a pic of what you're seeing when you go onto Home.
