Plot:
One day, my guy discovered he has the power to control fire. He can make it appear out of thin air, shape it, bend it-basically do whatever he wants with it. He became known after someone was found burned alive with no traces of fire nearby. It somehow got tracked back to my guy, who was instantly declared a criminal, becoming infamous across the world. Just like that he became an outcast, which lead him to do things he never would have wanted. His life became a living nightmare, and he is constantly on the run from the government, police, and others who want to capture him. He just so happens to live in your girl's city. And soon after hearing the news about my guy, your girl discovered she has the power to control water and ice while helping people out at a hospital during her job. She became a hero, using her powers to help people. The two of them had heard about the other before, but they both hated the other with a passion. After all, they were complete opposites. We start the RP one night when my guy is running from the police. He gets shot, but ends up escaping. Soon after, the two of them run into each other. My guy despises her for being the hero, and he gets sassy with her. Your girl also gets sassy with him, and they end up getting into a fight with their powers when my guy ends up losing control of himself. When my guy collapses in defeat, what will your girl do? Will she help him, or take him in? Will she discover that he actually isn't that bad, and he can't help it, or will she try and turn him over to the police for the safety of everyone else?

The night carried on as usual; a sudden winter breeze, the occasional sound of an engine as a car passed by, and lastly the ever so annoying chirping of insects. There was also the occasional sound of sirens as they whizzed by, but it wasn’t often. The main cause of the sirens-The Human Torch. He was famous for his power to control fire, and infamous for burning someone until they kind of died. The media ate that up quickly, spreading entirely false rumors about him. Once he had heard that he was a cold-blooded killer. That guy just happened to be the unluckiest guy on Earth. He didn’t mean to hurt anyone, he just found himself in a desperate situation with no escape. After that, the poor guy lost control of himself and gave the other guy some fatal burns.
The guy-who’s real name happened to be Lucian, Luc for short-had a rough life to begin with, so you couldn’t really blame him if you knew him. His parents had constantly beat him, until he finally snapped and accidentally went too far. Not able to turn back anymore, Luc continued to live as a criminal, stealing whatever and wherever he could. Those few situations earned him a reward on his capture, so he also had to live on the run and in constant fear of being captured. Sometimes he wondered what would happen after his capture. Would be be rewarded with the death penalty, or possibly experimented on? But he usually always got away from the police, despite his countless wounds.
The usual quiet was quickly interrupted by some sirens and flashing lights that could make a person go blind. Luc clicked his tongue with a 'tch' and took off into the nearest alley, pulling his hood up over his messy black hair and stuffing his hands in his pockets. Adrenaline coursed through his veins and the freezing air appeared like smoke every time he exhaled. This was just the beginning however. The big chase usually ended with a close call each time. It seemed they were almost able to outsmart him when he suddenly seemed to vanish from their sight, never to be seen again that night. Tonight however, they had already thought ahead. One squad car was waiting on the other side of the alley, cutting off most of his escape routes. Before he was able to turn back and run down the new street, two gunshots ripped through the silence. He hadn't noticed the cops yelling at him to remain where he was and get on the ground with his hands behind his back, instead greeted with a sharp pain in his upper chest. The other bullet whizzed past his ear and shattered some glass from a store window behind him. Feeling the need to get away, Luc whipped around and dashed in the opposite direction that the car had been facing, leaping into the comforting darkness of an alley. He ran through the maze of the alleyways, going from one side of town and ending up on the other side. With time to spare before the cops arrived, he climbed onto the dumpster and made his way up to the roof of the one-story building, heart pounding against his chest. Luc collapsed at the top, staring at the sky full of stars. Pressing his hand against the pain, he glanced down at it to see his hand covered in crimson liquid. Shutting his eyes tightly, he waited for his heartbeat to slow to normal and listened for the cops, knowing they would probably search the entire area since those cops never seemed to miss a beat.
Sometime later, Luc sat up quickly, gasping for breath. He hadn't realized he had passed out, causing a displeased grunt as he moved his hand to his head. He was still on the roof, he had just blacked out for some time. It was still dark, so he hadn't been out for long. Possibly just enough time to let the police pass. Lucian kept one hand on his wound at all times as he stood up and jumped off the side of the building, since he had learned that applying pressure to wounds was good to at least try and stop the continuous bleeding. Luc landed and stood up, feeling drowsy as he attempted to make his way to his house-although it was really an abandoned apartment. Stumbling with his steps and practically tripping over himself every five seconds, he eventually made it a good distance, turning the corner to yet another dark pass between some buildings. He made it out onto the sidewalk without a problem and let out a small sigh of relief, turning the corner and staying in the shadows, glancing at his reflection from the glass window of a store beside him.
{Note: Luc is pronounced Loose by the way. Again, I ask for your posts to look something along the lines of this descriptive-wise if possible!}
