[ Thank you Moon! And sorry for the trouble haha, I just didn't know what her age should have been. Also, apologies in advance that my responses are pretty lackluster/for any mistakes. I'm still tired from my overnight flight. ]
Kotone with [ Ao, Akane, and Hanako ] // Clearing
It was uncharacteristic of Kotone to sleep in any later than she already had. As the sun began to paint the sky to create a beautiful dawn including shades of red, orange, and even a few pinks and purples, the fluffy tortoiseshell-and-white happily bounded out of the apprentice's den, her blue eyes bright and shining despite having just woken up and still being slightly groggy. So typical of the outgoing minarai. Pausing once she'd made it into the center of camp, the she-cat promptly sat down and began tending to her always well-groomed pelt. It was a bad habit of hers to take meticulous care of her fur whenever she was free, though she had no qualms about getting it dirty when out and about training with the samurai and other minarai. Once she was satisfied with her fur, the petite she-cat raised her head as blue orbs scoured the camp.
From where she sat, the molly could make out Kakashi-sensei as he made his way through the torii gate into camp. No sign of Shun-sensei just yet, which was a relief to her considering he was a bit... well, snappy for lack of a better word. Although Kotone was always eager to learn new things and briefly considered running up to Kakashi-sensei, her attention quickly switched from him returning to camp to the three fellow apprentices chattering nearby. Why not start the beautiful day off with a fun conversation with the other minarai? Bounding up to them, she flashed them a bright smile as she reached the trio. "Goooooood morning everyone!" she meowed cheerfully, her feathery tail waving high in the air. Before they could respond, Kotone had already begun speaking again, only a brief break in between her words. "How's it going? What're you talking about?" Then, she tilted her head as if a realization had just struck her. "Oh, sorry if I'm intruding on something private," she added a bit more hesitantly, though the eager smile never faltered for a second on her features.
Ruri with [ Arata and Daisuke ] // Samurai's Den
A petite white-and-ginger she-cat was trying to get some sleep in the samurai's den, even though the sun had already risen and it was about time to get up to start her samurai duties. Key word being trying, as her ears twitched upon hearing another argument between two toms who could not be more different from each other. Although the shy she-cat tried her best to block out their raised voices, it was nothing short of impossible to ignore it and she let out a heavy sigh as she raised her head, her pale green eyes somewhat alert. So much for sleeping in a little. Sitting up, Ruri noticed with a slightly heavy heart that her brother had already left before her. It figured that he would be out and about already, doing his best for the clan. Always outdoing her, that one, and she felt somewhat guilty for trying to sleep in rather than start off a productive day.
After stretching and giving her chest fur a few self-conscious licks, the molly decided her best course of action would be to deal with the, erm, immature samurai arguing in the den. She padded up to them, dipping her head respectfully even though they seemed completely absorbed in their argument. "U-um," she began quietly and uncertainly. That wouldn't do at all... she had to sound more sure of herself if she wanted them to listen to her, right? "Not to be rude or anything, but you two have been arguing for awhile, and other cats are still trying to sleep... do you think you could tone it down, a little? S-sorry for interrupting though, I know it's n-none of my business!" Although she started off a bit bolder than usual, all her confidence withered away as she finished talking, demonstrated by her stutter returning. How embarrassing that she couldn't do something as simple as telling two other samurais to, well, shut up, without getting nervous. But then again, in her mindset she had no authority over the two warriors... perhaps someone like Lady Akiko, or the chief samurai, would have been more suited to this duty rather than Ruri. Shun with [ ] // I don't even know.
Open, working on a starter... eventually.

Akira | Tagging: Ao, Akane, Hanako, and Kotone
Having always been a late riser, it was no surprise that Akira had slept in for a bit. Sure, the tabby and white tom strove to always be productive to the clan, but all bets were off when it came to getting a good amount of sleep. Actually, even without lack of sleep he always managed to be short-tempered and complain in the morning. Even more short-tempered than usual, that is. Although he tried to sleep more, the fluffy minarai's ears pricked as he could hear the voices of his clanmates that were already up and about. How they were so prudent in getting up, he would never understand. He couldn't hear them too well from where he was resting, but it still disturbed his slumber enough to rouse him slightly. Grunting, he turned his head away from the entrance of the minarai den, as if that would help, but when it didn't he reluctantly raised his head painstakingly slowly as if it was killing him to get up already. Stretching out his petit body, the tom let out a long yawn as he struggled to compose himself. He didn't bother to groom himself so he padded out of the minarai den slowly but surely as if reluctant to leave his nest. In fact, the way he saw it, his disheveled appearance was a good reminder to whoever had been talking and had disturbed his sleep that they had... well, disturbed him. It served them right!
Noticing his fellow minarai congregated in the clearing, the tom made his way over to them. Sure, he was bad-tempered and snippy, but he liked the company of his comrades nevertheless and he didn't care if he was interrupting something. Arriving to hear the sprightly Kotone wishing everyone a cheerful good morning, he grunted in response. "Ugh, no, please, there are never good mornings. I fail to understand how any of you can get up so easily, I was enjoying a good sleep," he mewed, before quickly adding as an afterthought, "Oh, but hello everyone. How are all of you? What were we talking about?" Okay, maybe he was being nosy, but he genuinely wanted to join in on the minarais' conversation without forcing a change of subject.

( Random starter is random tbh ) Rin | Tagging: Kai and HayakawaBeing an optimist, Rin liked to look at the positive side of getting up early rather than the negative. Sure, the samurai liked her sleep as much as anyone else, but she figured that mornings were a good chance to enjoy the sun... when it was out, at least. As a result, she was already out and about in the camp clearing, ready for a new day. After all, she saw new days as new chances for adventure! ... Or something to that effect. Besides, she couldn't help but feel excited. The sakura matsuri was coming up! Naturally, the vivacious she-cat loved festivals, but she had a particular fondness for this one, especially since the camp was going to look so pretty. And she was going to make sure to work hard and catch a lot of prey for the festival too! Practically bouncing around the camp in excitement, she could have easily been mistaken as an overgrown kitten for her enthusiasm and zealousness. As she bounded around jubilantly, the she-cat called out friendly and cheerful greetings to anyone she passed by. "Good morning!" she called out happily, passing by a group of minarai that seemed to be talking amongst themselves.
"Good morning Kakashi-sama!" she greeted the chief samurai with a respectful nod in passing, before setting her sights on two fellow samurai - Kaihime and Hayakawa. They seemed friendly enough, she decided, making her way over to them. The adrenaline rush that had been allowing her to practically skip around camp was fading, and she felt more like making conversation than randomly greeting everyone at this point. "Good morning Kai-san, good morning Hayakawa-san," she meowed as she dipped her head in greeting, sitting down by them. "How are you two? Excited for the sakura matsuri?"

( Take your time~ <: )
( I'm so sorry for the late replies, everybody! ;;-;; )
Kakashi, Kai, & Hayakawa | Tags; Rin | Clearing The albino tom acknowledged the ever-so bubbly Rin with a smile behind his blue scarf and a tip of his head. Although he felt as if the 'sama' was a little much, but he accepted anyway, as would any polite cat. The lithe tom looked over and saw the minarai chatting excitedly amongst themselves, and his oculars softened. Hm. They must be wondering about their future senseis. Typical.
Kai was grooming her arm when she heard the peppy meow of Rin nearby. She smiled wide; happy cats around her soothed her. Wanting to continue the conversation, she tipped her head and mewed a cordial reply. "Oh, yeah. We were thinking of hunting today, since that's what most of the samurai are doing right now." Hayakawa piped in in a quiet voice, her gentle blue eyes sparking in the sun. "Yes, I was thinking the same. Too bad we can't hunt in the mountains; I'm so used to heights." She lowered her head, silently reminiscing of her past life in Hojo.
Hanako | Tags; Kotone, Ao, Akane, and Akira | Clearing "Hehe, thanks, Aka-chan," she mewed. Happy that more of her friends were gathering over, Hanako felt happiness coursing through her. Being with companions made her feel wanted and warm. "Hi, guys," she chirped cheerfully, with a tip of her head. To answer the two tyros' question. "Oh, you're not interrupting. We were just talking about who our teachers would be once we become samurai!"
Arata & Daisuke & Rukia | Daisuke, Arata, and Ruri | Samurai's Den A very angry voice yowled at the two, clearly fed up with thier aruging. The two toms argued almost everyday, and they never seem to go a day without a squabble. "You idiots! Could you be any darn louder?" Rukia roughly pushed past the cats, her expressionless eyes flashing with anger.
Daisuke let go of Arata's tail, staring at Ruri for a moment before sighing and backing out of the den so that she could pass. "My apologies, Ruri-san," he grumbled, still seething at Arata, who mumbled a...very sorry excuse of an apology to the shy female. Outside, Rukia was waiting, her striped tail lashing. Those two never listened; young Arata was stubborn as usual, but Daisuke...Daisuke was old enough to have some common sense in his head! Why couldn't they act their age?!
She glanced sympathetically at Ruri before her soft gaze turned fierce. Her voice was stren and hard, like a mother scolding a disobedient kitten. "Ruri's right, y'know. You two are grown toms, but you act like children! Cats are still trying to get some sleep, and you feel the need to wake them up with your unnecessary bickering? Do you not realize how rude and inconsiderate that is? And not only that, it happens every. Single. Morning. You two need to stop." She stalked away, glad that they looked shocked at her scolding. "You all two are better than this. Try to act your age, alright?"
Arata looked as if he'd gotten slapped in the face. Neither of them were used to being harshly chewed out by a younger cat. Flattening his ears as his cheeks turned red with embarrassment, Arata smacked his teeth and walked away, heading towards the fresh-kill pile. "Tch, whatever." Daisuke gave a death glare at the mahogany tom, but followed suit, trying to take his mind off of what just happened.
Tarou | Tags; Izumi | Healer's Den The young tyro was up very early before Izumi rose, sifting through the various herbs with observant green eyes. Knot-weed, chickweed, shouga, kousa... He'd memorize most - if not all - of the herbs in the collection, and had a good knowledge of what each one did. Settling down outside the den, he gazed up in awe at the trees above. They were full to bursting with frosty pink blossoms, with many buds which had yet to bloom. "So pretty..."
He heard Lady Akiko talk about a festival coming up, and the novice felt a shudder of eagerness pass down his body. He couldn't wait!

[ Izumi | Chiryoushi Lair ]
A pastel of flaxen daylight inundated the lair’s entryway, the efflux coming to disintegrate atop the drowsing molly’s svelte physique. Flanks placidly upheaved at methodical interludes, providing the impression of something equivocally suave. The feline's sinistral, rosette shell undertook a brisk twitch, culling the infinitesimal of murmurs - uttered by that of her novice. Lax tendons precipitously congealed as the state of awareness was procured; circadian siesta now regrettably upset. Silken cranium elevated, countenance exposing nothing but a stoic mask. Aegean orbs briefly coruscated with an ambiguous sentiment, though it disseminated; ousted by pensive mulls.
A single, supple maneuver conveyed the feminine’s musculature out from within her roost; the activity being proceeded by a dignified outstretch.
“Tarou-kun, good morning.”
The queer phraseology of her address was expressed with a mellifluous yet overall deadpan tonality. Additionally, her stare was not fixated upon her tyro, rather their reservoir. Aforementioned stockpile was scrutinized under her heedful regard, as though intrigued if the both of them had failed to notice a deficiency of any annuals the day prior.

( M'kay! Hope you feel better, dear! :'3 )
Tarou | Tags; Izumi | Healer's Den A rosette shell twisted backwards, then his head as Tarou gazed upwards into his mentor's beauteous visage. "Oh!"Hastily, the blue tortoiseshell spun the face her and lowered his head in a declivity of a bow. "Ohayou gozaimasu, Izumi-sensei.
Akiko had taught him how to greet his authority figures using traditional Japanese speech and honorifics. Of course, Tarou took these means of confabulating very seriously, and preferred to use longer, polite phrases for everyone, regardless of the rank that they held. He was a very deferential and obsequious one, after all.
Tarou nicitated twice, his bright evergreens sparkling in the dim lighting of the den. His tail swished in a lateral gesticulation to indicate the glut of herbs and spices beside him."I was going over the herbs one more time! Just in case we needed to gather some more today."

Rin | Tagging: Kai and Hayakawa
Listening intently to her companions with wide eyes and pricked ears, Rin visibly brightened when the two she-cats brought up the subject of hunting. The molly greatly enjoyed helping out and performing her duties, and she saw hunting as a way to have a little fun and adventure outside of camp too. "Ooh, that sounds like a good idea! I could totally join you two!" she replied excitedly. As an afterthought, she added, "That is, of course, only if you want me to." After all, she didn't want to seem rude to her fellow samurai and she figured she could find a different way to help out if they wanted to hunt alone. The more the merrier though, right? Plus the two did seem to be pretty friendly, so she figured they would let her accompany them. And if they did let her hunt with them, she knew she'd want to invite one of the minarai to join them too. True, she wasn't a sensei to any of the minarai just yet and she wasn't a chief samurai either, but she quite liked the company of the younger cats, especially the more energetic ones like Kotone.
She basked in her own excitement at the prospect of going out and hunting for a moment until she noticed Hayakawa's lowered head. "Are you alright?" she asked in concern, tilting her head at the she-cat. Truth be told, she didn't know Kai or Hayakawa overly much on a personal level which was really her own fault - she had never conversed with them casually for overly long or asked them about themselves. As a result, she knew next to nothing about where they came from, the Hojo Clan, and she didn't understand what it was like to feel homesick or anything like that since she had spent her whole life in SakuraClan.

[ oh gosh Kamui's starter is awful, sorry guys! I'll get Shun's up eventually haha. ]
Kotone with [ Akane, Akira, Ao, and Hanako ] // Clearing
At the older tom's entrance, Kotone shot him a bright smile though she burst out giggling at his words. Akira was probably one of the grumpier minarai, and it certainly showed in his words. "Course there are! Mornings are the most beautiful time of day! The sunrise is really pretty. Maybe you should just think more positively," she said light-heartedly before turning her attention back to the other three apprentices with them. Her smile widened at Hanako's words, relieved to hear that she wasn't being too nosy or anything.
"Oooh right! I can't wait to be a samurai!" she said excitedly, practically squealing. How exciting would it be to finally have a mentor teaching her the ways of the Bushido code? Though, she immediately deflated at remembering the chief samurai. Kakashi-san was a pretty laid-back samurai, and Shun-san was usually rude. They certainly weren't the most fun group of cats in the clan. That title was reserved for her and her fellow minarai. In fact, neither of the chief samurai sounded like the best choices for such an energetic pupil as herself. Oh well, the she-cat was fully aware that if she went in with a negative outlook on her potential mentors then of course she'd come out just as negative. "I think I'd rather have Kakashi-san as my sensei," she admitted, "he's very laid-back so I think he'd be easier to get along with." After stating her opinion, the molly's blue gaze shifted between the four as if eagerly waiting to hear their opinions.
Ruri with [ Arata, Daisuke, and Rukia ] // Samurai's Den -> Clearing
Ruri practically flinched at Rukia's sudden entrance, though thankfully managed to refrain from doing so. The only sign of surprise that the bobtail showed was a flick of her ears as she glanced at the larger Bengal cat, blue eyes blinking gratefully for the support. At Daisuke and Arata's apologies, she turned her attention back towards them and dipped her head respectfully. At least they had the decency to listen... right? Although she was as annoyed by their constant bickering as any samurai, often wondering why they even stayed in each other's company if all they did was argue, she still respected the toms enough as fellow samurai.
As they made their leave from the den, she watched them go before only just realizing that she'd never responded to their apologies. How rude of her! "I-it's fine!" she called out hesitantly after them as they padded to the fresh-kill pile, "Just... try to be more mindful of where you argue next time?" It was a rather lame suggestion at best, in fact one could hardly call it a solution at all, but Ruri figured that she couldn't change them with just one lecture. Sooner or later they might end up arguing again, and so long as they didn't disturb anyone else with their bickering she supposed that was the best they could do.
Once they'd departed, the white-and-ginger molly turned her attention back to Rukia and quickly padded after her to offer her thanks. "Thank you for the help Rukia-san," she said, lowering her head respectfully towards the older she-cat. Although Ruri personally would have rather taken a more peaceful approach in lecturing the two toms to defuse the situation, Rukia had still done a good job with her stern words. Unsure of what else to say, she allowed an awkward silence to momentarily settle between them before finally speaking up again. "So, um... are you looking forward to the Sakura Matsuri?" The timid she-cat herself was very fond of the festival, and eager for its festivities to start. Of course that meant hunting practically all day, but it would be worth it in the end to see the beautiful festivities.
Kamui with [ open ] // Clearing
A white-and-silver tom was busy grooming himself by the fresh-kill pile. He'd risen earlier than most in camp, demonstrated by the lack of fatigue in his movements. Just about ready to head out for the first day of the cherry blossom festival, the tom halted his actions to briefly look around the camp. From his observations, it looked like a few were waking up and getting ready for their first long day of hunting. Briefly, his amber gaze rested on his sister who had only recently emerged from the samurai den and was now tailing Rukia, before tearing away from her. Kamui also spotted the two samurai Daisuke and Arata padding towards the fresh-kill pile. Thankfully, he'd woken up early enough to duck out of the den before their daily morning argument. So refreshing to wake up to, really. Too bad others, including his sister, had had to deal with it today.
For a moment, the tom felt a pang of sympathy for Rukia and Ruri. It looked like they'd just had to deal with one of those all-too-common arguments. At least it was over now... right? Brushing those thoughts aside, the tom briefly pondered on the Sakura Matsuri. It would be a long, long day of hunting today and tomorrow for him and the other samurai. Before heading out, the tom stood up and glanced around again. It would be far more entertaining if he went out with another cat or two for the long day ahead of him, after all.

Kai, & Hayakawa | Tags; Rin | Clearing "Hm?" Hayakawa's head immediately snapped up at Rin's concerned inquiry, and she immediately waved a paw in the air. "O-Oh, no, I'm alright, Rin-chan." A small, genuine smile graced her maw. Not wanting to concern Rin with thought on her inner troubles for the rest of the day, Hayakawa decided to just admit that she was homesick. It wasn't personal or anything, so...why not? "I just miss my clan, is all."
Kai nodded in agreement, wrapping an arm around her adoptive sister's shoulder. "Mm, me too," she divulged. "We've been here for about...three months. We don't know when we'll get sent back to our clan." She shrugged, a sideways smile on her face. "But it's not like we plan on leaving soon, heh." It seemed like only yesterday that the two females were sent on a journey to research on the Oda, and they found this little place by pure chance. They joined, but not on their own will; more or less, they forced themselves to join the SakuraClan ranks. It was easy, living in such a peaceful place, and they couldn't complain. But Kai missed fighting alongside the toms atop the pagoda towers in the mountains, and Hayakawa missed her father, Ujiyasu. They couldn't be blamed.
The Angora smiled another charming smile. "Please don't worry about us, Rin. We'll be fine." A clever idea suddenly passed into her mind. "Maybe we can climb trees in the Bamboo Grove while we hunt? Perhaps that will bring back memories." Kai seemed both excited and pleased at her suggestion.
Hanako | Tags; Kotone, Ao, Akane, and Akira | Clearing
The white molly nodded. "Kakashi-san seems like a really cool guy. I heard he was a ninja once."
Hanako thought for a few moments, her celureans pointing skyward. "Hmm...maybe Daisuke-san or Rin-san." She thought over her choices carefully, knowing that each cat had their flaws and downfalls. Her paws shifted as she bagen to change her mind. "Rin-san is super nice, and she's always so happy! But Daisuke seems a bit...s-scary." She could see the large black tom, from afar, even from where she was sitting. Spying Arata beside him, she frowned. "And I don't think Arata-san would be up for training little kids." She giggled, an amused grin lighting up her visage. "The bag 'o lazybones!"
Arata & Daisuke & Rukia | Tags; Ruri, Kamui | Clearing Rukia grunted a reply to Ruri's quiet thanks. Daisuke nodded respectfully at the timid female, knowing that he had to correct his boughts of childishness. He waved a paw at Kamui in greeting acknowledging the red bobtail with a "Good morning."
Arata grasped a large rabbit from the pile, wanting to have a good breakfast to calmed his frayed nerves. Arguing with Daisuke was enough to make him irritated for the rest of the day. Turning back to Ruri, he shrugged. "Eh, it sounds fun." He yawned obnoxiously, fangs showcasing brightly in the light. "But there's so much work...three days of it!" He bit into the lapine's fur gingerly. Daisuke snorted at Arata's blatant display of laziness. "You need that work, pretty boy," he mocked. "You barely put any effort into hunting. I like working for my clan." Of course, that statement was meant to be of flat humor, but knowing Arata, he could've taken it differently
The red tomcat glared up at his frenemy, the same sardonic humor lacing his smooth voice. "Hm. Easy for you to say, Sir Busybody." It seemed as if the previous argument had died down; the two would bicker and bicker until someone told them to shut their yaps, and then they'd go back to being friends as if nothing even happened. It was strange.

Rin | Tagging: Kai and Hayakawa
"Well, if you say so," Rin replied in kind to Hayakawa's assurance. She wasn't sure whether or not to actually believe that the two would be fine, but they seemed to get through their homesickness quite fine, which she couldn't help but respect the duo for alongside their fighting prowess. Perhaps she could ask the two what their clan was like, since she never really had before thus she didn't know much about Hojo Clan. But she figured that might bring on even more homesickness and she didn't want them to feel sad in any way. "If you ever want to talk about it or about your Clan, I'm all ears though!" she promised. After all, that was what friends were for! Okay, so maybe she wasn't overly close with Kai or Hayakawa just yet, but they sure seemed to be getting along! Although, in truth the molly was pretty bad at giving advice or being empathetic since she only liked looking at the positives of anything, she still made an effort to cheer others up when they needed it.
Her eyes gleaming brightly at Hayakawa's suggestion, Rin smiled as she mewed in response, "Climbing sounds like fun!" As always, she thought of the idea as an exciting adventure. Besides, it was a good chance to visit Bamboo Forest, and why not climb while hunting? So long as she brought back plenty of prey - which she swore to herself she would -, Rin saw no problem with having a little fun. Hayakawa and Kai would most likely enjoy it too, since like Hayakawa said it would bring back memories of their old clan. Perhaps it was just her optimism kicking in, but she saw no fault with the idea. Sure, she wasn't the best climber and she probably couldn't catch prey while climbing, but it sure sounded interesting! Akira | Tagging: Hanako, Kotone, Ao, Akane
"Speak for yourself. I can't enjoy the sunrise when I'm half-dead from exhaustion," Akira retorted to Kotone before fluffing up his fur at her next comment and adding more defensively, "And I most certainly do think positively!" However, he quickly recomposed himself and let his fur lie flat. She probably meant it in a nice kind of way, he supposed, so there was no reason to make a big deal about it, though he couldn't help but be naturally defensive and easily offended. Besides, he couldn't stay in a bad mood when they were talking about senseis. It simply made him all the more excited to be a samurai. He was older than the other minarai, after all, so he would be a samurai sooner than them. And when he was a samurai, he would be sure to prove himself to the Clan! Then nobody would think of him as the kitten that lost his parents - they'd have to respect him and see how much he'd moved on since then! Or something like that.
Upon realizing that the minarai were asking for opinions on senseis, he narrowed his eyes thoughtfully. "Are you kidding?! Kakashi-san is too laid-back for me, for sure. But Shun-san is battle-ready and everything! He sounds like he could teach us a lot!" he meowed bluntly. He didn't really care what Shun was like and he did like and respect Kakashi, but the only thing that mattered to Akira when it came to senseis was how well they could teach someone like him. In fact, he could have cared less about how hard it was to get along with Shun, as long as the chief samurai taught well. The tom then took a moment to mull over the other possible senseis. Kamui seemed just a bit too pacifistic for his liking - sure, he understood negotiations were important, but he wanted to be ready to fight if it was necessary too! On the other hand, Ruri seemed too shy to handle him. Rin was definitely too happy all the time and Akira thought she didn't take things seriously enough. Arata? Out of the question, most definitely. "I think Daisuke-san, Kai-san, Hayakawa-san, or Rukia-san would be good mentors too. Maybe. Possibly."

❀ Cat's Name - Kenshin
❀ Rank - Samurai
❀ Age - 28
❀ Description - Kenshin is an Angora cat with a small, lithe build. He has deep blue eyes, and sports an easily noticeable claw mark on the left side of his face. His ginger pelt is covered with faint stripes, and his chest, belly, and paws are white. Being an angora cat, his long fur is thick and soft, and his tail is quite bushy. Although he's quick and light on his feet, which he uses to his advantage in battle, he's small and not quite as physically strong as most of his clanmates.
❀ Personality - Kenshin is relatively quiet and reserved, usually keeping to himself. Although he's rarely the kind to start a conversation, he's an agreeable cat, and maintains a calm disposition under normal circumstances. He spends most of his time finding ways to help out the clan, usually by hunting, and is frequently absent from the main camp due to this. He doesn't dwell on those who have wronged him, and he is usually quick to forgive. Even though he does his best to avoid conflicts and battle, if things get serious, so does Kenshin. In battle, his sole focus is fighting to protect his clanmates, and it shows.
❀ Crush/Mate - None
❀ Other - Although the prohibition of killing is already part of the bushido code, Kenshin has a strong refusal to kill.
(i'm really not great at writing these things sorry lol if you need me to change it i'd be happy to do that)

Hatsumomo | Minarai | Open
Grooming was a painstaking, delicate art. While others dragged their rough tongues over themselves for the sake of simply looking well-kept, Momo was much more thorough. She did not groom herself every morning, but she made sure that when she did (every other morning), it was until she was completely shimmering, spotless. The downside to looking pretty was that it took a long time, and now it appeared the Minarai had missed her fellow novices. They had left without her? The she-cat sat haunched-shouldered, pouting cutely, waiting for someone to notice and ask what was wrong.

Kai & Hayakawa | Tags; Rin | Clearing "Well, we can get ready and go now." A large grin flashed across Kai's muzzle and she lifted herself up in a standing position. "The sooner we get there, the sooner we can have fun!" Ready to get going, the long-haired Ragdoll shook out her fur and started towards the torii gate that marked the Clan's entrance. Wordlessly, Hayakawa followed suit, cherry blossom petals falling before her paws as she treaded after Kaihime.
Hanako | Tags; Hatsumomo, Akira, Kotone, Ao, & Akane | Clearing Listening closely to the conversing minarai, Hanako rolled over on her back, letting the quotidian sun warm her stomach. Absently, she looked around for her other companions, wondering where they were.
Then she spotted Hatsumomo sitting not too far away, a brooding expression on her face. Momo-chan looks so lonely... Did I forget about her? Rolling back over onto her abdomen, the fluffy white molly called out a loud meow to the cream female. "Momo-chan~! Over here!"
