Plot and Prophecy
Thunder,Storm,Flood, Wind and Fire will come together and destroy the forest and all inside it.
Brackenpaw has been told by Ravenwing, his father in SilverClan, that he is destined to save the Clans from a Dark Evil and he's ready for what might come. In the meantime, Brackenpaw starts meeting a FlameClan apprentice named Specklepaw. But then he must choose between two things: His loyalty to NightClan and his friendship with Specklepaw.

Hi, I'm Arcticbreeze, and this is my second Warrior Cat Book. I love the Warrior Cat series so I decided to make my own! I spent lots of time planning, creating the characters and making the plot so I hope you guys like it. I'm not an experienced writer so please try not to say bad things about it ( But I'd love it if you pointed out spelling mistakes, also, sorry about my grammar, it's not perfect! )

Prologue

A small mouse rummaged through leaves, looking for food. A big brown tabby tom crept up slowly. He got closer and closer until he was less than a fox-tail length away. Then he leapt forward and pinned the mouse to the ground with his paw. It let out a squeal of terror that was quickly cut off when the tabby tom gave it the killing bite.

" Nice catch, Ravenwing " A tortoiseshell she cat meowed suddenly. The brown tom turned round.

" I didn't know you were there, Acornpelt " Ravenwing meowed. " Want to share this with me? " He asked. Acornpelt nodded and settled down beside him. They both ate the mouse in silence.

" You know, you've been quiet recently. Something on your mind? " Acornpelt asked.

" It's Brackenpaw. I'm not sure if he can manage this prophecy on his own " Ravenwing replied quickly.

" He's not on his own. SilverClan is with him " Acornpelt mewed gently.

" But is SilverClan enough? We can't do anything in the living world! And we don't even know exactly what's coming! Brackenpaw's only an apprentice. I'm worried about him " Ravenwing sighed and stared at the ground. " I just feel so useless. Brackenpaw's my son and I want to help him but all I can do is try to guide him the best I can "

" Brackenpaw is strong and he's not stupid. That's why this is his destiny. I believe he will save the Clans " A white she cat padded up to them. Ravenwing looked up.

" I'm sure you right Featherstar " He murmured. Featherstar sat down were she stood.

" He may only be an apprentice but he's skilled. Not many cats can save a drowning kit from a river. He fought very well in the battle with those rogues. Kinkcloud was definitely a good choice of mentor " Featherstar continued. Acornpelt and Ravenwing both murmured agreement.

" But the Dark Evil that's coming is very very dangerous. I'm not sure if Brackenpaw realises that. The Dark Evil could wipe out all the Clans! " Ravenwing replied. Featherstar nodded calmly.

" I know, and I'm aware of that. But the Clans will be prepared for when the Dark Evil strikes. Brackenpaw will guide them. He is destined to save them all "

Pebblebreeze padded up the rock slope to Gorsestar's den. She pushed through the ivy. Gorsestar was there in his nest.

" Emberfoot said you wanted me " She meowed. Gorsestar nodded.

" Have you had anything from SilverClan? " The Clan leader asked. Pebblebreeze shook her head.

" I've been having these dreams - Terrible dreams. Filled with blood and death. Darkness everywhere. Cats from all the Clans lying dead on the ground. What could this mean? " Gorsestar meowed with worry.

" I'm not sure. Perhaps it's something to do with the prophecy SilverClan sent me? SilverClan have not shared words with me at the Mooncave. I don't understand why " Pebblebreeze mewed.

" I fear something bad is coming. There's nothing I can do though " Gorsestar shook his head.

" I'll speak with the medicine cats at the next meeting and see if SilverClan are sharing anything with them. " Pebblebreeze told the tabby tom.

" Good " Gorsestar meowed. Pebblebreeze dipped her head and padded out of the den.

Chapter 1

Brackenpaw followed his patrol into camp. He was just back from the Sunhigh hunting patrol. Brackenpaw padded over to the fresh-kill pile and put down his mouse. Sorrelfoot, Tigerwillow and Stormpaw followed him, each putting down their catches. It was New-leaf and prey was coming back. Goldpetal's kits had become apprentices and Goldpetal had returned to warrior duties. Iceheart had moved to the nursery, expecting Eeltail's kits. The Clan had made it through Leaf-bare without getting Greencough and the Clan was doing well.

" I can't wait to tell everyone I caught a squirrel! " Stormpaw mewed in excitement. " I wonder who will eat it? I have to know! " The grey tom crouched down next to the fresh-kill pile and stared at it. Goldpetal padded up to him and purred.

" That's a big squirrel " She meowed, giving him a lick on the head. Stormpaw wriggled away.

" I'm an apprentice. I too old for that " He complained, puffing out his chest.

" Your still my kit though " Goldpetal purred. Stormpaw just crouched down next to the fresh-kill pile again and watched. A few moments later, the Sunhigh border patrol returned. Stormpaw leapt to his feet.

" Foxpaw! Squirrelpaw! Look what I caught! " He called. Foxpaw just flicked his tail and joined his sister Shrewpaw outside the Apprentices den, but Squirrelpaw raced across the clearing to Stormpaw.

" What did you catch? " She asked. Stormpaw prodded the squirrel with pride. Squirrelpaw's eyes widened.

" Really? That's huge! " She squeaked. Stormpaw nodded.

" I'm waiting to see who's going to eat it! " He mewed.
