So here is the sum of the plot of the clan:
Government dumped toxic waste on an island and a ship wrecked and sunk and cats made their way to the island and over time their kits were born with weird colors and other things ill explain later.

Characteristics -
Bright colored pelts and eyes.
Flightless little wings.
Patches of snake like scales.
Tiny horns. ( Don't stat growing until around 4-5 moons old. )
Third eyes.
Double tails.
Quills( are soft when born but harden over time. )
Bird feet. feathers
Bird beak.
Gills ( useable in water and on land )
Hoofed feet.
