I ended up downloading an adblocker. When Proboards said none of their ads has sound, or pops up, or have other annoyances, and then literally every single one of their ads had every single one of those qualities I gave up on following their rule.

So you could try an adblocker.

There's a high possibility you might also have adware as Cat said. I would download a malware/adware scanner [Me personally, I have Malware-bytes Anti-Malware but I also have AVG] and do a scan and try to clean your computer and if you're still interested you can follow Batman's advice and get Adblock. Nothing will happen to your account. I've had it since like August.

I haven't tested it, so idk if it works.
