link to the rp
So back before the forums closed down, I and a few other people created an rp based on a premise I'm still very much interested in exploring. Unfortunately, we never got the chance to do that there. I haven't had the time to pick it back up again since, but since we're getting close to Christmas I'm about to have a lot of time on my hands, so I wanted to start it again, perhaps with a few changes to make it run better.
Before we go any further, know that I want this to be semi-literate at least meaning no less than one paragraph of five-six sentences, and more if that's at all possible. If you think you won't be able to keep up with people who prefer posting two or three paragraphs on a regular basis, this might not be the roleplay for you. That being said, the limit is at one good paragraph, so if that's as much as you can get out, you're of course still welcome.
Alright, moving on! The premise: a small group of young adults gain powers that directly correlate to their worst fears.
The original plot, in a nutshell(may be twisted as we see fit, entirely if that's what it takes):
Onto the things we will need:
I am planning on having this be a small-group rp, the number of spots (including me) is set at six. So that you can better see who's helping out, here's a handy dandy list of spots that have been claimed and those still open!

Alright, moving on! The premise: a small group of young adults gain powers that directly correlate to their worst fears.
The original plot, in a nutshell(may be twisted as we see fit, entirely if that's what it takes):
Referred to only as The Company, a group of scientists embark on a mission to eliminate all fear. They advertise this, asking for volunteers to go through a series of tests and experiments that would take their fear and leave them stronger for it. Six people, terrified and desperate enough to agree, join them at their facilities, where they undergo the aforementioned testing. However, they uncover something that leads them to believe that all is not as it seems, so they start protesting, ripping out IVs and refusing to answer questions. But the experiment is gone through with - it's too late to turn back from a scientist's perspective - and one day they wake up with powers they fear. Instead of ridding them of fear, the experiment twisted it into a great power. Too scared to use them, they're cast aside as failures. They're left to fend for themselves, knowing that they can't go back to society, trying desperately to repress their powers out of fear. They manage, until they hear word that The Company is going through with it again, and this time they're not taking volunteers.
Onto the things we will need:
- plot (done, maybe?? depending on what you think)
- coding (planning on getting this done myself)
- maybe graphics?
- rules
- setting
- general writing up of things
- anything else we realise along the way
