Alicia tapped her cane as she walked across the street. She sighed out of relief as she felt a car zoom past, holding on to her dog's harness tightly. This was only her third time out on the street, and her instructor had urged her to go out on her own more. She actually enjoyed the feeling of independence, although it was quite different from before.(Pan,age open to suggestion)(open)

(No problem! I'm exempt from all of my exams so I will be here later probably. Have fun!)

(Ok!!) Tori was sitting just outside of the children's hospital, happy to have been able to sneak out for a moment. The girl leaned back into the bench, enjoying the fresh air hit her face, ruffling her hair as a gust of wind passed by her. This was the first time in a week that she was allowed outside, the rest of her days she was stuck in the hospital where everyone monitored her and kept her in a wheelchair. She lifted her legs, wrapping her arms around them, watching as a girl walked crossed the street with a seeing eye dog. That will be me soon. She thought wryly. Her doctors had suggested a cardiac alert dog for her, saying it would allow her to be able to get out more and live a semi normal life, she'd be able to get back to school sooner. She had been told she would go to a center that helped train people and their service dogs tomorrow, and she wasn't sure whether she should be excited or nervous.
