Boom. There's no synopsis or cover, but this is it. On an unrelated note: I had a thread called "DarktailXRowanstar" and now I'm confused.

We probably won't get anything until the first week of February, which isn't too far.

Whoops, I was thinking for a second this was the third AVOS book, so I thought it was supposed to come out in the beginning of the year. Haha.

I bet the title has something to do with StarClan. Maybe Darktail's influence (a.k.a reign of terror) means that the cats once again lose hope in StarClan (rogues don't believe, remember?) which would explain it.
I kind of think that Firestar, or the fact that he's related to Alderheart, will become important in this book (Darkest Hour vs Darkest Night?)
I have literally no guesses as to what SkyClan might be doing in this book. I think they might show up then, or maybe at the end of Shattered Sky

Kate said the Darkest Night would be a very worrying book, and losing faith in Starclan would definitely be a reason to worry...
I have a feeling something like what happened with Eclipse, Blackstar, and Sol will happen here, except it will affect everyone... And maybe that's when the Code will change, or Skyclan will help bring the faith back (their original leader was driven out the second time because of his lack of faith in Starclan, so it would be very important to them to have it)...
Then again, maybe Starclan will actually do something to give the cats reason to believe in them... It always annoyed me how they could never directly control anything, and yet the Dark Forest was seen doing this multiple times, even though there were no more powerful than Starclan apparently...

Idk why but I want the original leaders (( first leaders)) to come down and share a message

Considering the Erins stated that we will see DotC characters in the arc, it's not unlikely something like this will happen.
