I've been wanting to RP this plot for a little while. I'm semi-lit, which means I've got a pretty good grasp on grammar and spelling, with minor mistakes every now and then, and I average about a small paragraph a post, sometimes bigger, sometimes smaller. I'm in EST, and usually pretty active early in the morning and late at night, since I'm usually very busy during the day. With all that out of the way, the plot:
In the mid nineteenth century, Muse A is a big-city doctor, a bit uppity and proper, a right gentleman. When he moves to the small town of Blue Sky, Massachusetts to act as their doctor, after their old one died in an unfortunate accident, he meets Muse B, a girl who's been on many adventures all over the world before she settled in Blue Sky. This unlikely duo meet and become friend when Muse B up at Muse A's clinic after one of her more dangerous adventures, Muse B dragging Muse A on far more adventures in the surrounding countryside and rocky shoreline than he would strictly like.
So yeah. Simple little cute thing, lots of little tangents it could go on, could either go friendship or (slow burn)romance, I don't have a huge preference either way. I could also do either character, though to be honest, I'd prefer Muse A because I enjoy the sort of "fish-out-of-water" archetype he's got.

I usually don't do that, but if you do, yeah.
Doctor Elias Sampson is a man of average height, with somewhat narrow shoulders and large, but deft, hands and feet. He has short, perpetually(as in: how does he do that) neatly combed dark brown hair and hazel eyes. He considers himself a gentleman: he is a doctor from a rather rich family(had to be rich to get his education) after all. His great-uncle was the doctor in Blue Sky before he passed away and Elias took his place.

Contessa is about average height as well for a girl her age, barely 5'4, and of average and healthy weight. She has thick, black curly hair that goes a few inches past her shoulders, though it us usually worn up as is proper for ladies at the time. She has light skin, but not totally pale, it has a hint of sunkissed warmth. Her eyes are pale green-grey, and she has soft, angular face. She has a vast collection of books and other trinkets she collects on her adventures, and has knack and love for literature, philosophy, and the softer sciences.
Alright asides from that, is there anything else or should we just dive right in?

Though she was old enough to live on her own and be married, Contessa had skipped all that, she had even skipped going to a boarding school for young ladies, like the daughters of most rich families did to learn etiquette and get ready for their debut into society. Those such trivialities just weren't her cup of tea, and she was lucky she had an open-minded family to support her strange personality. She was 23, almost 24, and still living with her parents in their large estate in the countryside of Blue Sky, though, one could hardly say she lived with them since she was gone all the time. She traveled a lot across America, and recently, out of the country to Europe, next, she wanted to make some visits to Asia. Today was her first day back after nearly a year of being away in London.
She had been sent a letter that her familys old doctor, had died, and been replaced by someone newer and much younger. She was excited to meet him, she dearly loved educated people, especially those educated in the sciences, she found their ideals interesting. Pulling on her messy up-do as she unpacked her things in her room, she tried to salvage her messy curls to look presentable before she went hunting around the house for the new doctor.

Elias had a busy morning. Despite the majority of his services being for the Grey estate, he frequently paid visits to the people of the town. Small villages like these were often starved for a doctor, especially during the winter. It was still late summer, but he was more than prepared for serving them in the winter, when frostbite and pneumonia ran rampant.
And if he didn't serve the people of the town, well, what else would he do? Stay around the house, waiting for one of the Greys to fall ill? That sounded horrid to a busybody like himself. But he was back in the house, opening and shutting the door quickly and taking off his hat, choosing to rush in the direction of his small "clinic" before he happened across anyone else. Some may call him a recluse. He preferred the term studious.
