Nobody. Given her precarious state, I can't visualize Violetpaw having a mate.

No one, at least not at the moment anyway. She's still an apprentice and hasn't interacted much with toms anyway. Besides, not every cat needs a love interest, though knowing the Erins, it seems likely that she'll at least have a crush on someone. Has Kate even said that Violetpaw would be getting one?

I definitely agree with that. Twigpaw does not seem like that type. I hope she becomes a medicine cat.
I'd actually prefer the sisters staying single.

I'd be fine with both - her staying single or getting a mate. As long as her theoretical mate shares some chemistry with her (and/or we get at least a little bit of development between the two). Oh, and as long as we don't get another lame forbidden romance.
