Calli nodded, and smiled back at Rin. Hearing that she would come and help them in a pinch made her feel a bit better about running into monsters, well for not at least. "Ok. Rin and Banshee," she repeated, looking at each in turn.

"Somewhere new! Somewhere new!" Shiro barked, standing up. His wagging tail further helped to show his enthusiasm for his decision as he looked at human Shiro.
"I'm with the dog on this one," Prompto said with a laugh. "Somewhere new sounds great, as long as there aren't too many monsters lurking around..."
"You heard what that girl said, there could be monsters anywhere we go," Noctis murmured. "It's not that different from what we did back in Lucis."
"I suppose I will agree. A new location may give us another hint, or more resources," Hozuki stated.

Sora chuckled, standing up. "A new location it is, then," he replied, looking around. "Everyone ready?"

Rin dipped her head a little before picking up her pet cat. "I could hang with you guys for a little bit, though, if you'll accept me." She glanced at Hyuse in particular.

Conan and Kid looked at each other. "Sure," said the detective. "Sounds fine by me." He stood and brushed his shorts off. "But I'm a little doubtful if Kid should come along." Kid was surprised, but a little glad that Conan had noticed. -- Hyuse looked a little annoyed but shrugged. "Fine! Invite the whole world to join the party." Hyuse clearly didn't like to be around others, but what choice did he have. "We're looking for this clock tower than. I want out of this world." |

Prompto and Noctis both nodded after standing. "Ready over here," Noctis answered.
"I'm ready! I'm ready!" Shiro sang, practically bouncing where he stood.
"Should a couple others stay behind with him, if Kid does decide to stay behind? You never know what may come along," Hozuki mentioned as he went to fetch his club.

Calli giggled and tied her sweater around her waist. She liked the idea of Rin and the cat coming along, it sounded like fun. "Do we really need to rush so much? You really should enjoy the things around you more. This place is actually kinda pretty," she said, casting her wide-eyed gaze to Hyuse.

Shiro smiled, heading over toward the dog. She glanced back at Sora, who though for a moment at the question. "Yeah, probably," he stated.
Mikaela, who must have been listening to the whole thing, walked up toward the group, glaring over at Kid. "I could stay." He offered.

Rin shot a glance at Hyuse, then nodded at Calli. "Thank you," she said with a smile. "I appreciate it and I agree with your friend, you should enjoy the nature. It's so calm and relaxing." She giggled softly, walking around the clearing a little bit.

Kid blinked a couple of times in surprise. Mika was the last person he'd expected to want to stay behind. But really, he had a feeling that Conan and he would be at each other's throats soon.
"Um, sure," he said, trying not to let the surprise show on his face. He held up Conan glasses, which he still had. "These will vaguely tell me where you guys are and I still back a couple of flares. Though if you get to far away you'll probably only be able to see them at night."

(If Hyuse was smart he'd stay here forever.)
Hyuse didn't want to talk it easy. He needed to get back to his own world. They needed him.
He growled a little in frustration and tensed up his shoulders more. "I'm heading back into the city, before any aftershocks happen. If there's a clock tower anywhere here, then it will be in town."
He hadn't seen much of the city before, it had been to dark, but now he could have his chance.

Hozuki glanced to Mikaela and nodded. "Very well," he said, agreeing with the plan.
"I'll be sure to take plenty of pictures if we find anything interesting," Prompto assured the two staying behind, giving a cheesy grin and thumbs up to boot.

Conan nodded. "See you later, Kid." It was a promise. This thief was the only familiar face in this world and it was sad they couldn't get along for any length of time. But when they saw each other again, danger was all to possible.
(Ah, mines short too.)

Hyuse shrugged. "I don't claim to know much about earthquakes, but don't you get aftershocks after a large quake?"
He wasn't to sure about it now and he didn't want to look foolish. So he tried to state it like a fact. (Though if it turned out not to be, he would look even more like a fool.)

Calli scratched her head. "I'm not really sure actually..." she murmured, letting out an embarrassed giggle. If she was to be completely honest, she'd never been in an earthquake in her life. The weather was always perfectly sunny at her island home. It only ever shook if there was a large enough fight between the pirates and the marines.

Sora smiled at what Prompto said. "Yeah, we'll show you all the cool things we find when we get back!" He said, but was dragged away as Shiro grabbed his hand and was now walking forward.
Mikaela didn't even smile at their kindness. He just shrugged, then turned to stare at Kid. He eyed the glasses, then looked away again. "I still don't understand you and your friend, Conan."

Rin also giggled, not sure of the information herself. "I must tell you all one thing, nature and the animals that inhabit this place act much differently than here then anywhere else," she said with a shrug as she began walking forward slowly, leaning toward Calli some as she whispered, "I don't understand why your friend here is in such a hurry. Perhaps we should teach him a little about fun, yes?"

"Neither do I," said Kid, sighing. H didn't protest at being called the detective's friend anymore. Maybe they were. But that didn't stop their personalities from clashing and that could put others in danger.
He put the glasses back in his pocket and clipped the cape he was holding onto his normal cloths. The white jacket and pants weren't very fitting for forest life, so he did is best to secure them to his belt.

Hyuse couldn't hear what Rin was whispering and his eyes narrowed. But he didn't ask. Hopefully it had nothing to do with him.

Mikaela just remained quiet for a moment, looking in the direction where the group had disappeared. "The two of you should make up the next time you meet. Losing a friend- or possibly enemy- can be hard," he muttered, looking back over at him. He really didn't know why he cared so much about their relationship. "Or at least consider it? Besides that, should we look around or stay here?"

"Look around," voted Kid. Something told him that Mikaela was talking as much about himself as Kid. But Katio did think about it. Was there really any 'making up'? How can you make up for crimes committed or for a personality who couldn't think about others before themselves?
He wondered if he was talking about himself or Conan. He rubbed his head, brain in a muddled, then sighed.
"It's hard to know what's causing the problems sometime..."

Then, he slowed down some to allow Kid to catch up, sighing a little at what he had said. "I know that, but it'll get easy over time. Plus we are all trapped here, so it'll be easier to just get along."

"So are we just walking in a straight line until we find something interesting?" Noctis asked, glancing to the others. Despite having been up for quite some time now, he still looked like he could fall asleep at the drop of a hat. Beside him Prompto was fiddling with the settings of his camera, most likely not paying attention to anything at the moment.

A wide grin came to Calli's face at Rin's suggestion. "Yeah!" she chirped with an enthusiastic nod. With a glance at Hyuse she shrugged lightly. "I don't really get him either, I'm having fun here. It's even more fun than Sabaody Park at home! Oh... that's a theme park on my island," she said, adding a quick explanation.

sweetclover1 , broken: Monarch didn't bother to even complain about the god's comment. Instead he just focused on keeping his feet and not getting crushed by falling walls or things like that. Another shudder went through the ground and a taller building collapsed in a growing cloud of dust and rubble. Monarch ended up nearly running right into it. He let out an undignified yelp and hurriedly stopped. A rather large piece of stone clipped his shoulder and drove him to the ground. sweetclover1 , mint Ciel didn’t bother complaining about how the god was acting. He just nodded, quickly following after the group. He didn’t want to be the one to hold the group back, but he probably was. “I suppose you know where to go from here?” ( sweetclover1, I think these are the ones.) |

"But your speaking as someone trying to understand our relationship from the outside. You have no idea what we have gone through and what...stand between us having any sort of friendship." Kid couldn't really say he understood it himself. The trees silently rose into the sky around them. "I now you can move faster than is, Mikaela. I can run for a little you know." Kid said. He wanted to get moving. |

Monarch stood up, arm possibly dislocated. "Stop complaining," he growled. He was glad when the forest finally came into view and the earth tremors finally settled down. By than his feet were stumbling on rocks and his should hurt so much he could hardly think. A thin trail of blood dripped down his arm and onto the rocks. His sleeve was already covered in it.
