Broken and Mint:
Hozuki looked to Sora and gave a slight nod and a grunt, his way of saying good morning back. He came over and knelt down beside the dog and proceeded to nod to the rest of those gathered around the campfire. He looked at the cooked fish and sighed quietly, what he wouldn't give for a hot cup of tea right about now. It would help him wake up more than a fish would.

Calli shook her head. "Nope. I tried using my music to do attacks like I've seen people do in my world... but I could never get it to work," she said with a defeated sigh. She then looked at her arms and tried flexing them. "Yeah... I'm not the strongest person I know," she added. "I can run (sorta), and I can dodge things, but I'm not good at fighting." She then got a confused look on her face and looked back and forth. "Did you just hear a cat?" she asked.

"Yes please," said Kid. He finished picking the berries and looked up, trying to avoid looking at camp. "So..." he said, looking for something to say. "What we you guys doing doing before me, Mika, and Conan turned up?"
He was mildly interested if anything had happened before the Horseman of John had turned up.

Hyuse looked up. "Yes, I did." He wasn't to sure what to make of that. He looked around until his eyes for the cat...who had a card in it's mouth. "Um..." he said, slowly getting up.
He walked over to the cat on light feet, trying not to spook it. "Stay nice and still, Cat," he whispered.

"Well I can't read it when it's in the cats mouth!" said Hyuse grumpily. "Look, can you approach it from the other side? Try not to scare it."
He stepped again, avoiding brittle sticks and dry leaves. He wondered who had trained the cat. It was clearly tame. Or was it possibly intelligent?

"Yessir!" Calli whispered. She got on her hands and knees and crawled around in a half circle to reach the cat from the other side. "Here kitty kitty! C'mere kitty!" she called, reaching out her hands. She was smiling wide as she tried to beckon the cat closer to her. It would have been nice to have some of the leftover fish with her.

Calli blinked in surprise. "It can talk!" she exclaimed, stating the obvious. WIth a glance to Hyuse, she leaned forward nad took the card from the cat's mouth and held it close to read it. "It's welcoming us to this place," she said with a look over her shoulder.

Hyuse stood up straight. "Uh, come on." He eyed the cat, possibly like he still wanted to catch it. "I'm tired of this. A cat is welcoming us?" He rubbed at his eyes. "Fine. The guy with horns is one to talk. Nevermind. What do you want, cat?" he asked. "Besides giving us a card that is."
That might have been the longest string of sentences he had said since he got here.
(Hyuse is talkative today, it would seem.)

"Hopefully no more bugs turn up," said Kid, finally starting to turn back to camp. "Do you think they've finished up?" he wasn't in the mood to see half eaten fish, but he was also starting to feel the strain on his legs from standing so long. Or maybe that was just from sleeping on the cold ground.

Calli covered her mouth with one hand and giggled quietly. Her pet snail could be used as a phone and could change into any musical instrument, and don't get me started on the other things from her world, a talking cat wasn't too much of a stretch of the imagination for her. Nevertheless, she was still completely fascinated by it. She gently gave it a couple pets on the head while waiting to see if it would speak again.

mintedstar/fur, Kuragehime (Don't worry about it I understand xD) The cat meowed and looked like it was about to walk away before Hyuse had spoken. The cat stopped, purring as it was pet by Calli. Then, there was the sound of crunching leaves from behind them as a girl made her appearance. She brushed her long, blonde hair out of the way, holding a glowing orb in her hand. "Hello guys and gal," she said, smiling at them. "No, I didn't just come here to welcome you all. I came here to show you this." On the orb, there were multiple read dots that seemed to be in the forest. She looked up at them. "Any questions?" -- Mint Shiro shrugged some, turning around and heading back towards camp. "They're probably finished now. We can see what they want to do," the girl replied, then looked up at him. "Do you have any ideas? Whether we should stay in the forest or the city?"

Rin grinned, bowing a little at the two. "Yes, I suppose you can say I'm in charge of this place; I brought you all here for a fun little game~" she then dipped her head toward the orb in her hands. "This is a little map of this place. The red dots represent others who are here with the two of you. It's not nessicary to find the others, but I thought I'd tell you in case either of you think otherwise. Other than that, you are doing relatively well on your own."

The girl spun around in a little circle as she looked around, shrugging as she continued back towards camp. "Maybe if we head in the opposite direction from yesterday."

"I meant," said Hyuse. "How do we find a way back? Is there something we have to do?" he tapped his foot on a root. He wasn't happy at the prospect of a test or having Rin join a group. Especially if it was their's.

"Maybe," agreed Kid. He pushed his way into camp, taking down his damp cloths as he went. They were probably the best he was going to get. And he didn't want to lose them if something happened. His glider had been the only reason he was still alive.

"Go there and Banshee," the orb had disappeared from her hand as she pointed to her pet cat, "will have the next clue for you. Oh what a fun adventure you guys are going to go on! But I must warn you, there are also monsters from different worlds in this place."

Prompto looked up from his camera as the two returned. "Oh, welcome back!" he said. "Noct wake up, they're back!" He poked his friend who was laying on the ground beside him and dodged when a hand swatted at him.
"Just because my eyes are closed doesn't make me asleep," Noctis muttered as he sat up. He patted the hair down at the back of his head and yawned.
Hozuki looked up from his quiet conversation with dog SHiro and nodded to Kid and human Shiro.

Well, I'm basing the crossover on an anime/manga (Drifters), and was originally going to use the same continent that was in the canon series, but I recently decided to go with a whole new thing for lots of reasons. So I'm basically stuck thinking of what this region should look like, though I got a bit more inspiration today xD]]

Rin giggled softly, tilting her head at what the two had said. "Oh you've already run into a monster? Hopefully it didn't cause too much trouble," she murmured, then backed away some. "I am always watching,so if anything is too much of a hassle, I will always come and help you, just call for me or Banshee. I myself am Rin."
