sweetclover1, brokenMonarch didn't offer much information about himself. "I'm a computer technician." Both might not even know what that was. Monarch knew more then enough to pass as one. If there were actually computers in this place. (Hey, broken, can I suggest an earthquake?  That would be interesting.) -- Hime and broken: ( XD Noctis sounds like me. What he just did sounds like something I do every time I enter a place with books in it.) Kid only stirred from his bookshelf when Conan was deeply asleep and the others weren't watch (at least as far as he was aware of). He lightly rolled off the bookshelf and landed on the side out of view of the others. He landed on his toes and hardly made any noise on landing. He turned and started to walk for the door. Mika was probably on guard duty, right? -- Hime: Hyuse shrugged, "It's fine I guess." He stretched out his legs. "Just be carefully who you approach." He rubbed his head, avoiding his horns. "I had to fight off a thing that looked like a large bug, so be careful when you leave." He got to his feet, "Now, watch the fire. I need to go get more wood." The fire had gotten a little low and Hyuse had been letting it burn for a little.

mintedstar/fur, sweetclover1Ciel glanced over at Monarch, then at the other three he was with. Hopefully they wouldn't laugh at this next question, but he didn't know what that was. "What is a computer technician, if you wouldn't mind me asking?" (Yeah go right ahead :3) -- Kuragehime, Minted Shiro was already asleep, but Sora was awake. He looked over at Noctis as he came over to sit by his friend. "Hello, I don't know if we were able to properly introduce ourselves besides our names earlier," he said softly with a shrug. "What's it like where your from?" Mikaela was in fact just standing outside the bookstore, leaned against the brick wall as he looked out into the destroyed streets. Sighing, he turned his head, noticing a figure approaching the door from the inside. "You need something?"

Noctis looked at Sora and was quiet for a moment before he answered. "It's... a bit complicated," he started, and Prompto nodded in agreement beside him. "I guess it's a big city with a lot of people," he said with a shrug, thinking back to his home town.
"It's not just any big city," Prompto interjected, looking up from his phone. "It was only the capital of Lucis, where the royal family lived," he said with a glance to Noctis. "If only I could show you the palace, it was huge!"
"Whatever," Noctis sighed. "Outside that, there are a few big towns but mainly wilderness."
"And monsters. Giant bugs. Niflheim soldiers. And all around scary things," Prompto added, counting on his fingers.

"A giant bug? Like this?" Calli asked, holding up her snail. She put the snail down after Hyuse gave her the instructions, and gave an enthusiastic salute. "Yessir!" she exclaimed as he left. Her eyes turned to the fire and she sat quite literally watching it...though a few minutes in she got bored. She held up her snail again and it popped into the form of a guitar, and she started strumming a soft tune to pass the time.

Miroka nodded, knowing what it was, now able to gauge about what time era this strange man lived in. Although she didn't use computers much herself- her theory was they would be replaced in no time at all, so why bother trying?- she was aware of quite a few gods who have taken a likening to them. It almost made her old friend, Yato, unbearable. He had convinced her to get phone so he could text her any time, which could get annoying after awhile. He tried to get her to buy a computer for him to use, too, but didn't fall for that one.
"Interesting. I wouldn't of guessed that, based off of your demeanor," She commented. He seemed too... peaceful to be a computer technician. Those who she had met in passing seemed to be antisocial at best, but she supposed she couldn't stereotype.

sweetclover1, broken"I repair and maintains computers and servers," explained Monarch to Ciel. He was about to comment on what Miroka had said when the ground hopped a little under his feet. "Huh," he said. Again the ground hopped and the nearest (whole) glass window jittered in its frame. "Um..." said Monarch. "That doesn't sound good." And then the earth tilted drastically. (Did someone order a earthquake?) -- Kuragehime, broken Katio pushed open the bookshop door and nodded to Mika. "I was planning on leaving," said Kid. "I know from experance that it wont be long before me and that little detective starts biting each other's heads off. We don't get along for long periods of time." The thief wouldn't have considered abandoning the group if he thought they would be in danger, but he also thought that if he stayed he and Conan would start to go back to the way they had been in there home world. Their truces never lasted. Katio didn't get a chance to wait for the vampires reply because the windows of the bookshop shook and Kid had just enough time to looked surprised before the really quake started. -- Hime: The distant sound of guitar music let the neighbor back to his fire. He had been half tempted just to leave the girl, but had come back because he was tired of looking for another suitable building to rest in. The logs and sticks rolled out of his hands with a clatter and he sat down again. The flames danced and spat as he added more wood. It wasn't until he was done that he frowned a little. "The ground just shook." He looked at his pile of logs in time to see that they had moved around. Then the roof above them shook and started to crumble. Hyuse looked up. "Move!" he cried. (I hope I'll be more active tomorrow then I was today.)

Calli looked up with wide eyes as the ceiling started to fall around them. Her snail popped back into its natural shape and slithered to the girl's shoulder as Calli jumped to her feet with a quick shriek. She jumped out of the way as a large chunk came crashing down, and after staring at it for a moment ran out of the building.

Hyuse quickly followed Calli out, not waiting for more of the roof to collapse. He heard another crash behind him and a large chunk of building feel into the fire.
"Find a place away from the buildings!" shouted Hyuse. The city was to rotting and broken to offer any sort of protection.
The concrete under his feet crumbled as it collapsed into the sewers below. He jumped just in time to avoid dropping.

KuragehimeSora smiled some, nodding at the information he had just learned. "Woah, it does sounds complicated...and it sort of sounds like a video game," he replied with a shrug, then leaned forward some as the earth began to shake. Waking up his sister, he stood up, looking at the other two. "W-woah! We should probably get out of here" -- @mintedstsrfur, sweetclover1"Ah, thanks," Ciel mumbled, trailing off a lit before his attention was stolen by the sounds of the nearby glass shaking. He stood still, not really sure what was happening for a moment, then he finally realized. "Earthquake," he said simply, trying not to sound surprised. He looked around, seeing nothing but buildings. "I don't think there's a safe place to go." -- Mint Mikaela nodded, not even bothering to persuade him to stay. It was his choice if he really wanted to leave or not. "Fine. Maybe it'd be best to find one of the other groups that are wandering around." He then paused, hearing the ceiling of the building begin to crumble. He sighed, turning back to the group inside the building. "Everyone, get outside now!" He then looked to Kid. "And you're staying with us for now."

This would usually be the point where he would have abandoned his new group, but that would have done nothing and would have made the progress he had made useless. "We're closer to the forest, it would probably safer then the city." He pointed back the way they had come, through the crumbling buildings. He had to jump as an old lamppost crashed down near them. "I think I trust falling trees more then falling buildings." -- Broken and Hime:Kid froze for a second before he wrenched the door open and rushed back in. Conan had been woken by the movements the earthquake was causing and he was now groggily trying to stand. He had been working so had today that he had slept to deeply. He wasn't awake enough to move very fast. Kid barreled in. "Out, everyone out! We need to get to an open space!"

Miroka grunted in agreement, barely flinching when the ground started shaking from under her. Technically she couldn't really die- she would be reborn- so the falling rubble didn't worry her as much. She leaped onto the post, before calling both of her weapons, deciding it would be easier to have to carry them than have them run behind her. The god set Kiriki on a strap on her back, then she was off. She had two humans she had to slow down for, which was... unfortunate, so she decided to make things a little fun.
"This way," She hummed happily, leaping up and grabbing the arm of a lamppost and swinging on it, clearly amused. Lady Miroka... Shouldn't you be a little bit more careful? What if.... they are out here? A feminine voice echoed in her ear.
Miroka... Don't tease them.Kiriki warned, his voice more solid and scolding than his counterpart.
"Don't worry, I won't" She responded outloud.

Broken and Mint:
Noctis jumped to his feet and helped pull Prompto up as well. "Is everyone able to move?" he asked, looking around.
"Looks like it!" Prompto replied. "Now let's get outta here!"
Noctis replied with a nod. He stretched out his arm and a sword appeared in his hand. He then threw the sword out the open door and disappeared, reappearing once more far outside the building.
"That's so not fair Noct!" Prompto yelled after him. "I hate it when he does that," he murmured, now running outside.
Hozuki had picked up dog Shiro and the two of them made it out after Noctis and Prompto. They were fairly calm, as earthquakes were quite common where they were from.
Mint:
"Aye, sir!" Calli hollered, taking off down the street. She turned and looked back just in time to see the concrete crumble underneath Hyuse and stopped. "Are you ok?!" she called.

sweetclover1, broken: Monarch didn't bother to even complain about the god's comment. Instead he just focused on keeping his feet and not getting crushed by falling walls or things like that. Another shudder went through the ground and a taller building collapsed in a growing cloud of dust and rubble. Monarch ended up nearly running right into it. He let out an undignified yelp and hurriedly stopped. A rather large piece of stone clipped his shoulder and drove him to the ground. -- Hime and broken: Kid ended up scooping Conan up in his arms and carting him out of the bookstore. A bookshelf fell over as he left and, because of the way they were stacked, created a chain reaction for a little. Katio stepped out of the door and only let Conan down when he started complaining. "Is everyone okay?" asked Kid. He still couldn't suppress his worry even though a few seconds ago he had wanted to leave. -- Hime: "Yah, I'm fine," said Hyuse. He stepped lightly from then on. "But we need to find a place that wont get berried in rubble." He looked around to try and see if any building wasn't at risk of falling in on itself. "Now, be careful, but be fast."

"Ok over here," Noctis said, giving a wave to Kid.
"Speak for yourself," Prompto gasped.
"You're fine... wait, all we did was run a few feet and you're out of breath?
Prompto immediately straightened up and shook his head. "N-no..."
"Shiro and I are fine as well," Hozuki called over.
"What about other Shiro? And her brother?" the dog asked.

"Ok!" Calli chirped. She pulled the snail off her shoulder and held it tightly to her chest once more and started to run again. Five steps later, and she tripped over a rock. She could pull off the 'fast' part, but the 'careful' part.. maybe not so much.

"Uh," said Hyuse. He didn't help the girl up, but he did wait for her instead of continuing to run. "You're one of those clumsy humans aren't you?"
The ground shook again, though this time it didn't cause so much chaos. It simple rattled the teeth inside Hyuse's mouth and a window a block down broke.

Calli slowly got back up and brushed some dirt from her knees and palms before answering Hyuse. "Yup, that's me," she said with a giggle. She wobbled a bit as the ground shook once more, and she then went to pick up the snail she had accidentally thrown when she fell. She gave a few tugs, but the snail wouldn't budge. "Maru, come on! We're in a hurry!" she grunted, and on the third pull it finally un-stuck from the ground...and Calli then fell backwards.

Hyuse had to do a small dance step as clump of building fell. "Seriously? By trigger Shield doesn't work on anything that isn't trion. You need to get up before we are berried alive."
He was nearly resorting to carrying her. But that would probably slow him down even more then her clumsiness.
The neighbor growled a little and looked up at the nearby building, checking to see if anything else was going to fall.
