((It's okay!If you want Whiteberry too. I'll have Larkpaw try too but end up failing and so Whiteberry has to step in.)) "Boring without you." Whiteberry purred and licked Heatherpool's cheek as he sat down next to her, watching the kits play with amusement. (I'm just going to make up names for the kits because no one has decided to make some) "Cloudkit is turning out to be quite a hunter," Heatherpool commented about her she-cat. "And Tallkit is very brave." Heatherpool leaned against Whiteberry, letting his scent lull her. "I've missed your visits to the nursery. The kits do too." Blacknose was out of breath by the time they reached the tunnel. Cinderpaw's weight must've really gotten to him, but he refused to set her down or give her to Mooncloud. He slowly padded into the camp, setting Cinderpaw down in the center of the clearing, settling down next to his apprentice and pushing his nose into her fur. ((Okayyy)) "I'm sorry Heatherpool. Mooncloud has me on almost every patrol possible. Prey is scarce. " Whiteberry said before seeing Blacknose,Mooncloud, and Cinderpaw's lifeless body," Oh my..You should take the kits to the nursery." Mooncloud walked into camp after Blacknose and looked around for Lionpaw," Where's Lionpaw?" She called out, loud enough for everyone to hear. |

Larkpaw just nodded and went to say something but was cut off by Mooncloud's voice. She glance at Berryleap confused before walking out of the medicine cats den, she gasped at the sight that met her.

Hawkstrike took in a big breath, but, to no avail, he couldn't smell anything. A tad frustrated, he opened his mouth to help enhance the scents around him. There were a few he could pick up, but they all seemed stale. With an exasperated sigh, the tom turned to look at Snowheart. "Any luck?"

Driftcloud-
He inhaled the scent of the wound for any sign of infection. A rank smell hit his nostrils. "Yep, it's infected alright, but not a severe infection. Which is good but an infection is an infection I will clean it and patch it up but try not to open the wound again with too mucb activity." He led Lionpaw over to one of patient dens and piked his head outside the den, "Larkpaw, can you-oh my StarClan..." his voice dropped to barely a whisper

Heatherpool glanced sharply up. "But they just got out..." she followed Whiteberry's gaze. "Oh, StarClan," she breathed. "Cloudkit, Tallkit, time to go back inside," she meowed softly, gathering her kits and shuffling them into the nursery. She poked her head out a bit later, coming to join Whiteberry, her eyes wide.
Blacknose lifted his head slightly at Mooncloud's words, but his eyes were glazed, showing he didn't exactly understand her words.
Lionpaw heard Mooncloud's call and cocked his head. "I wonder what that's about?" he murmured to himself. Sighing, he moved away from Driftcloud. "I'll come back later, right now, Mooncloud wants me." he trotted out of the den, passing Larkpaw and Berryleap, asking, "Do you know what Mooncloud wants?"

Hawkstrike took in a big breath, but, to no avail, he couldn't smell anything. A tad frustrated, he opened his mouth to help enhance the scents around him. There were a few he could pick up, but they all seemed stale. With an exasperated sigh, the tom turned to look at Snowheart. "Any luck?" Snowheart went to answer but heard a noise in the bushes. She silently stalked over to the bushes before disappearing under them. When she re-emerged there was a small rabbit hanging from her mouth. She dropped it and took a deep breath," That's the best I've done all leaf-bare." She chuckled looking at the small mouse and rabbit. |

Hawkstrike's eyes widened. "Oh my StarClan! You're wonderful!" he purred as he brushed his fur against hers, but drew back when he thought it made the environment uncomfortable. He cleared his throat and asked, "Well, should we head back to camp?"

Lionpaw padded fully out of the den and next to Larkpaw and stopped dead at the sight before him. Cinderpaw lay in the center of the clearing, blood oozing from her parted lips. Her back paw was slightly twisted and her chest was still with no breath. Lionpaw walked stiffly forward. "Who did this?" he asked, his voice low and dangerously calm.

Larkpaw looked at Lionpaw with sad eyes and her tail down," Lionpaw..." She trailed off and Mooncloud dipped her head to Lionpaw. "Lionpaw..Cinderpaw.." Mooncloud cleared her throat and tried again," Cinderpaw tried to help catch a hawk..but the hawk flew off with her..She killed the hawk in the air..and she..Lionpaw I'm sorry but Cinderpaw is in Starclan now." She said the last part gently to the young tom," It was no one's fault.." Larkpaw watched Lionpaw carefully, knowing this wasn't going to end well. She took a small step closer to him in the hope to comfort him. |

Stormfeather heard his stomach growl though he did his best to ignore it. He sighed placing his head on his paws. There was some prey on the pile but he didn't want to be selfish. His reasoning was that the others would benefit more than him.
Greywind returns from a unsuccessful hunt. He was feeling down since he had been do determined to try and find some prey for the clan. Greywind almost went beyond the border though he convinced himself not to do it.

Streampaw nodded, "Well, I don't have anything to do right now, so do you think we could go hunting right now?" The gray she-cat didn't know if it was a good choice to ask to go hunting now, but she asked anyways. Stonewhisker was watching the scene in front of him," Streampaw...Cinderpaw dead...I'll take you out later okay?" He quietly explained why now wasn't the best time to leave. |

Petalnose was in her den, sorting through herbs with a steady paw. In her mind, she was pondering different things, not entirely focused on the sorting. Every now and then, she'd send a poppy seed into a pile of tansy of all things. Fortunately, she caught her mistakes in a second sweep of her green gaze. Perhaps she just hadn't slept well the night before, and was now in something of a drained trance. Either way, she looked forward to actually getting things done.

Stoneheart arrived in camp, padding up to Blacknose slowly, carrying a piece of prey with her; it was Cinderpaw's catch from earlier. "I'm sorry about Cinderpaw," she said, dipping her head in respect, as well as setting down the prey, nudging it towards Lionpaw. "I'm sorry I didn't do anything to help her; I couldn't help her." She looked over at Lionpaw with wide eyes. "I'm sorry about your sister."

Taking a moment to think about the two ideas. A playful and goofy smile soon crept up onto his face, "Or maybe.. tag?" Before he let Snowheart answer, he quickly touched her should with his nose and took off in another direction. He forgot about the prey they had just caught, even though it should do fine, and the clan, camp growing farther as he ran. He only thought of where his paws would land next and Snowheart.
((I'm not entirely sure if the cats in the book know about tag, but I just went with it. I can change it, though, if you want. c:))

The apprentice was upset, her ears flattening against her head. (it is so difficult to try and write that Streampaw is looking down but she canT SEE SO UM) Stonewhisker put his tail on her shoulder, trying to comfort her," You're right..She was too young..." He said softly to her. |

Hawkstrike risking the gap he had in between them, turned around to look at Snowheart. "Why are you so slow?" he joked and quickly swiveled on his paws to keep running forward. As he began to run once more, he tripped over an unexpected rock. "Woah!" he yelled out and fell to the ground. He wasn't hurt, but knew Snowheart had to be close now. Hawkstrike scrambled to his paws, but his agility seemed to have vanished when he tripped over that rock and continually fell down.

Hawkpaw knew she liked Skypaw now. "Well Poppypaw, I will be heading now back to camp. I can see you want to hunt with Skypaw which is fine. Bye.", Hawkpaw said trying not to sound jealous. (I gtg and does Poppypaw like Skypaw now?) ((No haha Skypaw is her best friend.)) Poppypaw frowned and flciked her tail at Skypaw, signalling him to go on without her. She padded over to Hawkpaw and stopped him from leaving," Hawkpaw don't leave...I want to hunt with you..."She trailed off softly," I sent Skypaw to hunt on his own.." Hawkpaw mewed," Oh, so when I leave you want to hunt with me? It is very obvious you like him and I feel like I am interrupting something between you and Skypaw." Glaring at Poppypaw and said," Well excuse me while I get back to camp, so I won't interrupt your cute moment with Skypaw.", he huffed out. |

Lionpaw pushed away the piece of prey. "No. It was someone's fault. It was Blacknose's! You could've saved her! You should've warned her, told her to be careful, and yet you watched as she jumped on a hawk that was even bigger than her! How dare you say it was no one's fault? Blacknose is to blame!" Lionpaw leaped for Blacknose, reaching for him in midair, not caring who got in the way. "I'll kill you! I'll kill you for this! You let her die! Murderer!" Lionpaw sprinted for Blacknose, claws unsheathed, ready to rip apart the tom who had let his sister die.

Lionpaw swung his head and caught her in the shoulder, flinging her aside. "You did nothing!" he screamed. "You watched as she grabbed the hawk, and all you gave her was a word of warning? She had a whole life ahead of her! She was supposed to get a mate and have kits, and now you've ruined it!" he sprinted towards Blacknose again, side-stepping Mooncloud and tripping her with his front paw while he whipped past.
