We don't know what happened to Egg, and Frecklewish was probably killed by Darktail's rogues or got away, but just wasn't able to reunite with her Clan, like Mistfeather.

No clue what happened to Egg (or Creekfeather). I asked Kate what happened to Frecklewish and her answer was practically wait and see. Not sure if that means she's going to come back alive or not.

We don't know what happened to them, but it's implied we will find out later books... If they're still near the old Skyclan territory, it would be hard to catch up to their Clanmates though...
