What do you imagine the cats' voices to sound like?

ngl i've always imagined like. specific accents for certain characters based on how they are?? like i guess in a human au different accents would make sense but you know!!

i've always imagined a brooklyn accent for darkstripe - like harley quinn's in the batman: animated series. him saying puddin and mista makes me really happy omg it just does
tigerstar probably has some sort of british accent or something; something that drawls out and sounds just really nice
berrynose/daisy/mousewhisker/hazeltail all have southern accents i dont make the rules
and just. longtail w an australian accent just...because.

I always thought the Tribe cats had British accents.

I also always thought Ashfur had this deep, cold voice
And Tigerstar would probs have a deep rumbling voice that just sounds freaking awesome.

You are not a weirdo! Either that, or we're both weirdos because I imagine the cat's voices in a similar way. My sister and I actually discussed this at length the other day.
Breezepelt's voice always sounded familiar to me, and it was bugging me that I couldn't figure it out. Then, the other day, I remembered that rabbit kid with the bangs from Arthur, y'know, one of the kids who tries to bully Arthur and Buster, and it was his voice! It just sounds super snotty and rude.

Jayfeather's voice I imagine as slightly softer than the other male characters' voices.

Firestar's voice sounds soft to me as well, but not as soft as Jayfeather's. He can deepen it significantly if he wishes to.

Brambleclaw's voice sounds very similar to Kovu's from TLK2 in my head.

Yeah, I support the Tigerstar-Shere Khan thing!

Leafpool's voice is calm and collected, on the softer side, but not too soft.

Squirrelflight's voice is wackier and less controlled than Leafpool's.

Graystripe's voice is coarser than Firestar's, but the warm, sweet kind of roughness, not the evil kind.

I wish I could send a sound file from my brain, that would be much better than a description. Anyway, if I can think of more, I'll add them!

Squirrelflight= like a louder, more excited version of Judy Hopps from Zootopia/Dory
Gray Wing= idk... sort of like Ed Sheeran? 
Lionblaze= Tyler Posey in Teen Wolf (Scott McCall)
Jayfeather= Colton Haynes in... Teen Wolf (played Jackson Whittemore)
Hollyleaf = Elsa or Hermione Granger
Dovewing= Anna

I don't know why but whenever I read the books that was the voice my brain automatically gave him XD

Right now all I can think of is that Blackstar sounds like Alan Rickman, Hugo Weaving for Tigerstar, and then the lady who played Saphira in Eragon as Bluestar.

bluestar will always sound like cate blanchett for me
hollyleaf sounds like sophie turner as sansa stark

I can't say I have specific actors in mind for voices; I wish I could just send sound files from my brain...

That said, I imagine them all with British accents because I'm British myself and that's what comes naturally to me. Mind you, they're all fairly neutral or RP accents, rather than particular regional accents.
