Just out of curiosity, is a deleted member someone who was banned? Or is someone who deleted their account themselves? And if a member is banned, are they able to seen (just with no avatar/siggy like on the WCF)?

As far as I know it's when they deleted the account themselves.

It can be both. Usually we delete banned accounts and all their post, threads, pms, etc.
A banned member who hasn't been deleted will look like a normal member. You won't be able to tell their banned.
