"Hmmm... I guess you're right," Dawntail mewed, rolling back onto her paws and padding after him. "Still suspicious."
She could tell he wanted out of the conversation, and though she was a bit of a prankster, she wasn't cruel. "Anyways, nice chat!" she meowed, lightly flicking the side of his pelt with her tail, "I've go stuff to do, though. I'll talk to you later~"

Eclipsesky padded over to Sparrowwing, placing a paw on the tom's chest to hear his breathing "Feeling any better?" Eclipsesky asked tiredly. Almost all of the herbs were ruined in the storm, in the storage and out in the wild, he was holding onto a very little selection.

Eclipsesky frowned, hurrying into the storage area to see what he could scrap up for the poor tom. Eclipsesky padded out a moment later with chamomile and chickweed. The medicine cat didn't have any catmint, but he was doing the best with what he had. "Here Sparrowwing, this will ease your coughing and give you extra strength." he mewed, nudging the herbs towards him.

Sparrowwing nodded his thanks to Eclispesky before dipping his head to lick up the herbs. Man they tasted horrible.

Dawntail poked her head in the Medicine cat den, carrying the blackbird she'd caught earlier. "Helloooo~!" she mewed, her voice muffled by the prey. She spat the bird out on the ground, grimacing as a feather got stuck on her tongue, but her expression soon returned to normal.
"I thought you toms might want some fresh-kill. No need to thank me!" she purred, a twinkle in her eye. Her face took on a grave expression when her eyes landed on Sparrowwing. "Oh, yikes," she mewed, "Greencough's really getting to you, huh?"

Eclipsesky glanced over at Dawntail, dipping his head as he nudged the prey she brought towards Sparrowwing. "I'm doing the best I can with the herbs I've got, but I don't have much..." he sighed, "Thank you for the prey though Dawntail."

Sparrowwing tried to reply to Dawntail but broke out into another coughing fit, this one sounding worse.

Dawntail winced in sympathy. "I hear ya," she mewed, shaking her head, "Anything I can do to help? Find the latest Clan gossip? Put poison ivy in the apprentices nests? Something to keep you entertained? It's gotta be boring being stuck in here. No offense, Eclipsesky."
Frecklepaw's sniffling had started up again, the herbs apparently only stalling whatever she'd caught. She stubbornly ignored it, working instead on bringing more moss into camp.

Eclipsesky winced as he heard Sparrowwing's cough "No no Dawntail, I've got plenty of work cut out for me here.. I need to get used to being a full medicine cat... and finding herbs again after the storm." He turned back to his store, this time bringing out what little honey he had left "Here Sparrowwing.. this will hopefully soothe your throat."

Sparrowwing coughed once again before he eagerly licked up the honey, desperate for anything to ease his throat.

Dawntail stood for a moment longer. "Welp," she mewed, "guess I better go, then. Don't want to catch anything."
She padded out of the medicine den, throwing a "Feel better, Sparrowwing!" over her shoulder as she left.
