I never shipped him with Heathertail even before their friendship ended and while it's possible that Icecloud and Honeyfern may have liked him, it clearly never went anywhere, especially in Honeyfern's case since she ended up falling for Berrynose.
LionxCinder has its issues—a lot of issues—but it's clear that the two do care for each other very much.

And despite their relation being heavily emphasized thanks to the Prophecy of the Three, it's pretty clear that Fernsong and Ivypool at least like each other. |
