I do not celebrate Thanksgiving, but I have a pretty good idea of what some warrior cats might do:

All the apprentices sleeping in.

The inner pigs of all the cats coming out and them stuffing their mouths.

Medicine cats are the ones that do the "Grace" prayer.

The elders talking about the old days and the kits listening to their tales and learning about the festivity.

I can totally imagine Brightheart talking to Birchfall because he is his daughter's mate and then when Whitewing is not looking she'd be like "you better take good care of her" like in movies. For some reason I feel like she's the type of cat to do that.
