I honestly don't remember what happened on the second series. If I recall, there was Nanulak, Toklo swimming to some island, Toklo and father problems, Taqqiq and Kallik problems, although Taqqiq does redeem himself by helping a bear family.. but I really don't remember much besides that.
I have not read the last book yet but I did buy it.
But I think I would have been okay if they just ended Seekers with the original series. It was good but I don't think there was any need for another few extra books. But at least the quality of the writing never went down the drain like Warriors did and each bear had development plus there were some cute shippings too.

The last book was a good ending to the series. Although the climax was disappointing. An enemy from the past returns but it wasn't the bear I thought it was gonna be.

The only thing I remember about the second series is the conclusion when all the bears grew up and that Yakone was sick and/or had an infected paw for like 95% of the arc
