I personally love Yellowfang, if she did "kill the kits" as Broken star said, I dont know, never read the book where she was burned to death
Raggetstar loved her very much, and he didnt deserve to die when he did just so Broken can be leader,
Yellow was kicked out for no reason, I hate the shadowclan cats of that time that followed broken.
How Wishkit and Hopekit died, the one that lived was a villian. And ended up in the dark forest.

Raggedstar didn't love her. If he truly loved her then he wouldn't have thrown a fit about Yellowfang choosing the path as a medicine cat. He was very immature about it and he should have accepted her fate. Raggedstar would constantly nag at her about trying to become a warrior, and she said no. Then he went as far as using Foxheart just to make Yellowfang jealous.
And I do not like Yellowfang either. She was a great character in the original series, but after she died she kept making cats miserable. While it wasn't done on purpose, she was not right in the mind. She wanted Cinderheart to know about her life as Cinderpelt - and look where that happened. Cinderheart was very stressed out and miserable, and she didn't even know who she really was for a while.
Yellowfang even lied to Squirrelflight about being barren. While it may have been for the best to accept the Three, Squirrelflight became depressed for a while because she wanted to have kits with Bramblestar.
What Yellowfang has done affected so many cats that I just can't forgive her. Even the poorly written Spottedleaf has a very good reason to be angry with Yellowfang. Yellowfang messed up so much that StarClan cats even yelled at her lol.
I just think the Erins either need to leave Yellowfang alone or just let her fade in peace. She's not right in the mind anymore, and she makes mistakes that shouldn't have been made that really hurts other cats. I'm not fond of her anymore.

I like her a lot, especially with her personality. And I felt very bad for her because she got stuck with a tyrant son and a mate that didn't love her...
And of course, Squirrelflight got depressed over lack of fertility... It's not uncommon. But if you think about it, would she have been willing to raise the kits if Yellowfang had not lied? She has to constantly deal with keeping her sister's secrets, and raising a family is a lot of extra work for her... Not to mention she had to lie to Bramblestar and her parents as well... She loves her sister, but I can't help but wonder if she would have done what she did had Yellowfang not lied...
In fact, she very well could have convinced her sister to tell the truth, or to give them to some other cat, like what Yellowfang did... Then how would they have turned out? Maybe Yellowfang was too afraid to take the risk of them being raised by someone else and turning out badly like Brokenstar, so she lies to Squirrelflight because she knows the sisters trust each other...
