I don't really have much an opinion on her, besides my dislike for Feather X Crow, but I don't really dislike Feathertail entirely. She's alright, she was only shown in two books so I don't have much of an opinion on her.

I liked her, especially how the Erins mentioned that, had the lived, she probably wouldn't have continued her relationship with Crowfeather and instead stayed loyal to her clan. Which is a relief, cause though I have nothing against Stormfur, he tended to only be loyal to cats and not clans- just like his father.
I wouldn't even mind if she had become deputy or even leader.

Don't judge me for this, but i thought CrowxFeather was cute. The scene where she died was heart wrenching, and I felt like they were actually developed. I don't think it would've gone anywhere if she had lived, but it was nice while it happened.

I don't mind her, but I do wish she would've lived... Stormfur didn't deserve to lose everything...
I do think that the twist with there being part of the Tribe prophecy and her death was beautifully executed, though. Especially when Stormfur realizes the only reason they were fascinated with him instead of her was because the two were in the water and they had not seen the silver fur... It was both shocking and tearjerking that it was something that simple...

I like her. I thought she was a sweet character and unlike her mother, actually had a legitimate reason for believing that she and Crowpaw would be able to be together based on what Midnight had said and even thought of the consequences at least at one point. Interestingly enough, it has been stated that Feathertail would've remained loyal to RiverClan anyway had she lived despite her feelings for Crowpaw.
As for the relationship itself, I was never too fond of it.

I love her, imo Crow x Feather was better than Leaf x Crow, but at the same time, Feathertail deserves better, so lol.

They actually did, they're even shown being closer to one another than the rest of the group. Feathertail defended Crow on several occasions too, and was the one cat that decided to give him a chance first. And unlike the others, Crow was able to open up to Feather before they truley became a companions as a group. However, I don't think what they had was true love, where as I think it was cute, cause this was back when Crow was tolerable, I don't think it would have worked out in the long run. Feather seems to choose her duty over love in the end. |
