What's the point of it?! I just looked at someones profile on the side there and I saw that there was a counter and that mine had none while a few other people had a huge number. Are we supposed to click that and something happens or what *is SO confused right now*

It's candy for festival events. A little outdated now, but that's what it is. It's not harmful. Click it and your bag gets more candy.
