I think he still likes her, but since he's a ShadowClan cat he's trying to not like her and thinks that being hostile is the way. I mean, his reaction seemed normal for a Clan cat when Dovewing, who after all is a cat from a different Clan, crossed the border.
Tigerheart's pretty loyal. He used his teenage lover as a benefit to help his Clan. He also was a spy in the Dark Forest. And he was one of the three cats still loyal to his true Clan. And I think the Erins are going to exploit this in Super Edition 10. He has a pretty interesting life.
