This has been on my mind for a long time now, but what even is so unusual about Willowpelt's eyes? Are they just lighter or darker than other blue eyes? I guess it could also be because she's gray and they tend to not have that eye color in real life, but since when have the Erins ever followed cat genetics accurately?

I think at first they were going to make blue eyes rare (like in real life) but then decided not to or something

I just thought it was unusual because she wasn't a white cat, but had blue eyes. Gray cats don't usually have blue eyes, so maybe that's why it was unusual at the time?
