For an example, here is Heavystep:
Heavystep was a lazy elder in the RiverClan den for elders. He did nothing because of his painful, failing kidneys. He ate, all day long. So, he grew fatter than he was ever before. That's when he noticed his pee tasted sweet. He had diabetes! Heavystep must exercise. He did. Running, running, running around. One day, he decided to go into a forest not owned by any Clan. Then, he got lost. His kidney started to hurt, so he took a rest. When he awoke, he realized he was dehydrated and lost. What was he to do? Seek water, of course. He never found a pond. Instead, he fell on the ground and slowly started to die...
This is not the end! A kittypet found him and dragged him to his house, a cottage in the woods. Heavystep made a full recovery and made a new friend, Jimmy. Jimmy and Heavystep lived together for many moons. That was until Heavystep received a strange vision telling him to go back to RiverClan. So, he did, along with Jimmy. Heavystep found that the Clans were being attacked by the Dark Forest. Heavystep and his friend slowly backed out, but a Dark Forest warrior with a strong desire to spill blood tore off their ears, blinded their eyes, and sliced their throats. Neither of them survived.
