Since Echosong is seen to have died in the manga and now Skyclan doesn't have a medicine cat I think when they get to the lake either Leafpool or Alderheart will end up moving to Skyclan so that they have a medicine cat.
Also I'm like 60% sure Twigpaw and Violetpaw are going to turn out to be Hawkwing's kits and join Skyclan to live with him or something.

But SkyClan should have a medicine cat, Frecklewish, unless she died too

I think Frecklewish died, and that's why just Echosong is mostly shown as the main medicine cat for most of the story.

and all of the other clans will be salty about Twigpaw and Violetpaw going to SkyClan because 'oh there were arguments about where the kits go before!'

It was never confirmed whether Frecklewish died or not only that she was no longer with the main group when they left the forest
She may turn up like one of Leafstar's kits though

I bet twig kit and violet kit are Hawkwings kits (Spoiler alert because his mate pebbles Hine got taken away by a two legs monster). I agree. But then, what happened to Pebleshine? |

I don't think that Twigpaw and Violetpaw are Hawkwing's kits because they don't look like Hawkwing or Pebbleshine.
I think that Twigpaw will be SkyClan's medicine cat because she did seem to enjoy helping Alderheart.
